Definitely one of the best gyms I've been to in Thailand. Very well maintained. There are so many machines! I can't believe that this gym has better equipment than most of the gyms in England. I highly recommend.

The previous review says they have discounted to 100 baht due to Covid, it’s actually discounted to 200 baht. It’s a really well equipped gym with a huge range of equipment, but could do with a proper squat rack/lifting rig. Otherwise it’s probably the most well spaced out and well equipped gym I’ve been to in Thailand. It was actually quite hot inside, despite the air conditioning units. Also, the floor tiles are a bit all over the place so be careful walking around.

Great Gym: spacious, affordable prices, air conditioning, new equipment, friendly staff...BUT Could have been all 5 stars if the gym had an air ventilation system in place. Hadn't spot even one air grid on the ceiling. Lack of fresh air makes hard to work out and unhealthy since people breath stale air over and over again that has in addition a rubber unpleasant smell to it. I doubt that windows get opened every now and then to help things out. This is a deal breaker for me hence can't recommend it unfortunately.

Decent gym in Krabi, comparable to any commercial gym in North America. A little difficult to find using Google Maps, so make sure you look for the printed signs on the road or cut through the hotel directly to the right of the entrance to the Ao Nang Night Market. Has everything you need for almost any workout, but many people didn’t seem to follow gym etiquette (putting phones,towels on equipment they weren’t using, lifting directly in front of the dumbbell racks). I’d strongly recommend the owner put up signs to encourage better etiquette by those visiting. It got very frustrating the second time I visited.

Heroic gym is a okay gym but not up to the modernst standards. The gym is spacious and kind of has al the equipment needed. Unfortunally some equipment is broken en most of the equipment is old so you can't make an optimized motion. Dumbells go to 50 kg and they got enough of them. Lots of bars and grips, in thailand gyms have more variety in bars, handles and grips then in holland, so thats a plus! Cardio equipment seamed to be okay. Airconditioning didn't work enough or was switched off, so prepare for some extra sweating. All togheter still a fine option for some training on vacation. We payed 200 Bath for a session.

We loved the machines they were older but had great ergonomics. The gym overall was a bit dirty though, and unfortunately people didn’t have the habit of moving their weight plates so it was always hard to find them and had to look around for ages, because they weren’t enough anyway. It’s a massive gym at least so loads of space but could do with a little renovation and more regular cleaning. You can use the pool of the hotel but it seemed dirty and didn’t have any sun beds so we gave it a miss. Employees were kind ❤️

The gym looks like it was amazing at the beginning. I bought a one-month subscription and it satisfies my needs. But, it is quite dirty and run-down which is a disappointment. Toilets are smelly, and in general it needs more daily cleaning. Also it can get quite hot if they din’t turn on the AC. If it was cleaner and better kept it would be a 5. It would be good if they forbid people to make videos onsite as it makes people working out uncomfortable.

A really great gym in Ao Nang. Heroic Fitness has an extensive range of free weight and machine weight equipment, along with all aspects of cardiovascular equipment. There is also a sparring ring. The cost for a daily pass is extremely reasonable for what you get at 200 Baht. The only slight negative is that it has some odd closing times during the afternoon. As I like to workout first thing, that didn’t matter, but it’s worth knowing.

Best gym I’ve trained at in Thailand! This gym rivals gyms back in The States. This may be my all-time favorite place to lift. The lady at the front desk is so kind and accommodating. I’ve seen a lot of reviews complain about price, but it is worth every penny. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it so much we will be training the next two weeks solely here!

Decent gym loads of equipment and area to do your own circuits and cross training but the showers were freezing and the staff were rude.it was 300bhat for one session - I’d go again but it would be nice to have more friendly staff as it’s not exactly dirt cheap

Large gym with just about all things a gym could have. I find it to be on the expensive side of things, finding much cheaper gyms in Sweden for example. On the other hand it's the largest gym in town with the largest range of content, for little extra cost over comparable gyms. Sweat towels are also supplied, and very much needed in the hit climate. At opening hours there are very few people. Closing time has been ok, with mostly local people. Cleanliness of the floors is so-so. Floors in changing room seemed to never have been cleaned for the whole month I went. The drain in one of the men's showers smelled of sewage and barely ever drained anything. The staff said they themselves could not do anything. The floors in the gym could easily be remedied. Looks quite messy with many patches lying about, and loose mats.

However, there is no AC and no windows - just a few fans; this could improve, especially in COVID times Also I had an unpleasent experience at the reception; I came 50min before the closing time and wanted to pay the full amount for a day (200tbh), but the guy didn’t have change for 1000tbh and also didn’t want to let me in because it was near closing time. I assured him i would be done by the closing time but he still refused it. This was one specific receptionist, while with others I had great communication and they were more than helpful

Easy enough to get to from Aonang Beach. Charged only 200 Baht for entry, a time limit wasn’t specified. They gave a locker key and a towel. They also supplied Gatorade and water, unsure if they had protein shakes. There was plenty of equipment to choose from. Toilets available. The only issues I had was that it wasn’t properly air conditioned, there were fans mounted to the walls but the heat was too much while working out. Music could’ve been louder, felt very strange not hearing it much.

Really enjoyed working out here a couple of times in between island hopping and water colour painting! If you need to work out, this place is fabulous. Free towel, locker and there are showers here as well. Yes, equipment is a little bit old, but perfectly serviceable. V. Happy to find somewhere to work out!

Heroic fitness club Been here for my first and certainly last time. Price for one off gym is 300baht which is very expensive, this is Thailand not a New York. Certainly prices for westerners, that's why for such big gym I've only seen like 10 people in there throughout my exercise. Secondly, whole place is massive, air volume is really vast. Yet its being cooled by a four piss poor hotel room-like AC units, of which one is turned off, there is also one bigger AC unit and... Wait for it... A few office fans hanging in various places. Completely inadequate for Thai climate!!! Its been like 27 C in there. I ended my training completely soaking wet and exhausted. It was free sauna hahaha. I needed that training to keep my muscles in place, but I rather not do it again and save myself from stroke or heart attack lol. I will not come back for sure.
