Was a little nervous as there was a bad review here on Google Maps and the number of reviewers was not so many.... however, upon arrival found the place absolutely amazing. We used only 2 of the 4 bedrooms... with Covid the place was cheaper than normal so we didn't mind the price. First off, the design, the architecture, the build, the kitchen are of amazing quality. If we ever come back, likely will come with another family and do a barbeque here! Everything is stocked here that you may need, from coffee to good quality pots and pans. The pool is also amazing and looks really beautiful as well. More incredible is how the pool and villa feels when you pull down the screen and watch a movie. I can't say enough good things about the place. Truly incredible. The 1 star review really almost made us not come here, adding my review to this incredible and rustic place. The only thing is the distance from Ao Nang, you would need either a motorbike or car if you want to go around. Otherwise, if you're going only for a night then it's ok to take a pickup truck taxi in and out. I wouldn't be sure of the rates as we had our own car. Owners recommended some great restaurants as well as letting us know some of the more private non-touristy beaches that feel super private. Do note that there is air-conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms and no aircons on the upstairs bedrooms.

Just arrived home from a wonderful stay. Thank you Ja our lovely hostess & the owner who bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Wonderful house with 2 a/c bedrooms & 2 fan bedrooms, full amenities, pool, garden, delicious breakfast brought to the house each morning, whatever you want Ja brings, she cooks the eggs in the kitchen so they’re hot from the pan. Very comfortable beds, thoroughly clean like new home throughout.

Hi! The villa give fault information as below 1. The room did not have air-con, there are only 2 rooms with air-con and another 2 rooms with fans. 2. Activities did not the same as an information they provided on the website and they were trying to offer board game to us instead of those activities. 3. Bottle water, they advertised that it’s free but actually we need to pay for it. Not recommended

ALOE Eco Boutique Villas is a true hidden gem! It feels like a little piece of paradise, surrounded by paradise. The villas are absolutely gorgeous, they look as beautiful as on the pictures, and are perfectlu located on a quiet location but close (5 min by motorbike) to the main street near the beach with all the restaurants. Laura and Etienne are super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We spent 2 weeks in the villa with our friends. The pool is very nice and the garden very big and welll maintained. The cleaning ladies and gardner came everyday. We recommend to rent motorbikes to explore the surroundings. If we are ever back in this area we would definitely stay here again!

The idea of this place is great, mostly made with bamboo and an organic look and feel to it. However, it looks great in the pictures and a bit disappointing in real. Not very well equipped, and not near anywhere really. It’s a cute place and it’s got potential, maybe a good make over would do.

It’s a really beautiful property. It has 4 double bedrooms, each with its own shower, sink and toilet - although should note that the bathroom facilities are quite open within the bedroom (ie no door between bedroom and bathroom space, so there isn’t a lot of privacy). The living space is open out into the garden which we loved as it feels entirely natural, and it overlooks the pool and pool seating area. But expect to be in the presence of little ghekos and other nature. There is aircon in all 4 bedrooms now, and free drinking water is provided daily. We spent lots of time in the pool seating and made good use of the projector screen. Communication with Vishal at the property was very good via WhatsApp, and he was able to answer any questions we had (although a couple of emails prior to arriving at the property weren’t replied to). He helped with organising taxis each day to nearby areas - approx 400 baht for a 9 seater minibus, one way to Ao Nang. It’s also within walking distance of Ao Nammo pier, where you can get ferries to Railey beach. Two things that could do with improving - one of the bedroom doors didn’t lock, although Vishal has been notified of this. And finally, I don’t think the property is suitable for 12 adults, max 8. We had 9 and one person had to sleep on a mattress which wasn’t comfortable enough. So something to bear in mind if booking for bigger groups. Overall a distinctive property if you are looking for a designed private space within nature.

We stayed with a group of 8 friends in the Aloe Ecological villa. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this to anyone. The villa is very spacious with a nice open kitchen and living space, a swimming pool, a projector, and 4 bedrooms. The villa is located in the middle of the nature which also means that animals can be seen crawling about such as geckos and spiders. The rooms all have a toilet and a shower but these are not secluded and therefore offer little privacy, because of 3 mirrors that are present next to the toilet you can see anyone sitting on the toilet from anywhere in the bedroom. The villa is cleaned each day, next to this complementary drinking water is provided. The host was the most helpful man we've ever met and helped us enjoy a carefree holiday with all kinds of activities nearby, which they can easily arrange for you. Some supermarkets and local restaurants are nearby, but for most things you have to take a taxi to Ao Nang or Krabi, these are quite cheap.

Great place. A group of 8 adults and 2 teens had the best time in this beautiful review. Get a bike, explore and enjoy! Vashil was the most accommodating and arranged for us taxis, bikes and trips. Strongly recommended

We stayed here as a friendship group of 8. The villas and communal areas are absolutely beautiful, with bamboo roofs, an amazing pool and garden. It was also nice having a whole villa space to ourselves. Laura the owner was super fast to respond to questions & inquiries, helping us to arrange tours and activities during our stay. Our main critique of the was that it felt slightly that design had been prioritized over practicality. The rooms are pretty intimate, (showers & toilets in the bedrooms), when there was heavy rain the roof wasn't totally watertight, and there were signs of animals in the rooms. Having said that we still had a great time & loved the villas.

Amazing experience! The villa is gorgeous and the staff very kind and supportive. We spent there 3 fantastic days, feeling like we were at home.

We loved our entire experience at the villa! Vishal was extremely accommodating and helpful to us. He was very quick at responding and organizing excursions for us and really exceeded our expectations, making this the most hospitable Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The villa itself was beautiful just like the pictures and we enjoyed lounging around watching movies by the pool. We had no issues with the rooms as we kept doors shut at all times to keep bugs out, and the A/C worked great in the rooms. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Krabi!

Service was top (food & transport arrangement, cleaning), bedrooms were nice except bathrooms that had no doors/privacy. Pool was very cool. Location not so good as requires cab for everything

An amazing Oasis just on the outskirts of Ao Nang but easily accessible to the town centre. Ideal for that perfect getaway in a secluded and private space. Fully furnished to a tasteful fashion. Extremely well managed and a lot of assistance on hand available if required. I would give it 6 stars but can't! Top place.

I had an incredible experience at these villas and I highly recommend them. It's just a short ride from Ao Nang but I loved this as it felt like we were in our own little world. It was so quiet, serene and relaxing. A great place to recharge the batteries. The villas are unique and beautifully appointed. The bamboo roof is amazing and the photos don't do them justice. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Plus the AC is great, even by western standards. The staff are helpful and we ordered some of the local food through the menu they provide which was very tasty. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Lovely place to stay! Convenient location and great hosts who help with transport arrangements, bike rentals and sound advice. Two bedrooms out of four do not have airconditioning, if you are keen about that- the weather was pleasant in June and we did not need it. A very idyllic location set in the midst of nature, so insect-spray and bike- rental (to get around easily) recommended

It‘s a very beautiful, quiet property with good mix of thai and modern eco style, excellent work. And staff are very nice and helpful there. However, we found the hygiene is very bad there. We stay there for 2 nights and we accepted all mosquito and bugs because it’s natural environement. However, we discovered more than 5 cockroches in 2 bedrooms without any assistant. Because there are no housekeeping services after 6pm. It’s really a scary experience to live in a bedroom with cockroaches keep coming out from bottom of the bed and toilet. We have asked for pest control and apparently didn‘t work well. And the rubbish bin put next to dishes is also a design fault. Also, we booked from Agoda and it mentioned it includes breakfast but the owner reject to provide it. It’s a very eco-friendly experience and you can basically don‘t need to turn on air-con at night and open the door and hear the voice of forrest. Also, most of cushions are not clean and many of them with bad smell. And I booked in Agoda and it promised to include breakfast but they declined to deliver. It’s a bit unexpected it happens in a owner with its description of luxurious experience especially in Thailand. However, it’s definitely not a luxury experience as describe. Even a basic hygiene standard cannot be reached.

Everything about this villa was exactly as advertised. A beautiful and tastefully furnished property set in a lovely area great for morning walks. Safe and secure with CCTV and locked gate. Swimming pool was great, the whole ambience made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The owner was prompt and helpful to any questions and requests. The manager Jaa was excellent, she was extremely helpful and kind. She arranged massages in the villa for us. We had a delightful time and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Immediate relaxation on arrival. The villas are private, rustic-modern and very spacious, perfect for large families or a group of friends (sleeps 12 max), with private pool and garden. Every detail of the villa is custom designed by the beautiful French family who runs it, even the mattresses are designed for maximum comfort. We highly recommend these villas because they are perfectly situated in a tranquil nature reserve, but still close enough to all amenities. Also very close to the famous Railay Beach and Phi Phi islands. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!!!
