The rooms are very clean and spacious however it definitely needs updating to a modern standard, the wooden look and feel smells unpleasant. Beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities like iron, ironing board, slippers, robe (very uncomfortable material), towels. Food at breakfast time was good, plenty of options both for western and local Thai dishes. The beach restaurant is also great with lots of options. In room dining had some great dishes including finger foods. The hotel is generally very clean all around including lobby, pool, restaurant and rooms. You can walk around inside the hotel but note outside does not have walk path but you can walk along the road just fine during the day time. At night, there’s no street lights so be careful. Generally very safe in Phuket and around here, it seems quite safe even at night. Not well lit streets outside. Staff were somewhat friendly but not very helpful at times, they misunderstood basic things. Good value for money for a general 4 star hotel with everything you need for kids and family.

This medium size resort is very nice, fantastic pool, beach access and well maintained with 24hr security. While this resort is directly next door to the nicest Beach Club in Phuket the area leaves a lot to be desired. This review is July '22 and better than 50% of the surrounding business is closed, construction projects are abandoned, and an overall vibe of despair in the air. Covid mandates have not done the immediate area any favors. We were able to walk up and get a room so even the resort is half empty currently. Well worth it though and recommend.

The resort itself is fine. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The walls are very thin and we could hear everyone that walked by the room and even housekeepers opening trash bags in the morning. Unfortunately, the week we were staying here they were preparing for a grand opening of their beach club. They took away all of their beach seating on Thursday morning, leaving nowhere to sit to enjoy the beach. Friday night the party went until well after 12:30 with music so loud my family could not sleep. The party seemed to be more for people who were not guests at the hotel and was obviously the focus of the entire staff during our stay. A very disappointing end to our stay for sure.

Big Rooms, 2 King Size Beds, Very Good Breakfast Spread, Private Beach, Very Big Swimming Pool. Only Very Far From Patong & Nothing Much Near the Resort So you need personal Transportation. 5-8Pm Happy Hours 100Baht For Cocktails at the Beach. Very Good & Welcoming Staff. With a motive of making us enjoy our vacation. Definitely Will Come Back Again

It's right on the beach and really gives that resort feel. Lots to do during the day, great music vibes at night. Really easy to pass the days. Prices are on the expensive side but had a meal in the restaurant on the last night and was incredible so you get what you pay for. Kids club was great with 3 different rooms to play between. Staff fantastic and deserve 5 stars for their effort. Pools are very well set out. Big pool up top which most of the older folks went, middle area was for family and the lower pool was a good mix. Breakfast area is amazing and so well set out. Never seemed like it was too busy. Great selection too. If your undecided, take the plunge. It's a great hotel, great staff, great location though not much else about. I will definitely stay again.

Very nice stay. Huge pools and right on the beach. Fantastic breakfasts and pleasant staff. Room for improvement - shuttle to town only goes on certain days and at very limited times - suggest it should be available at least twice every day.

Service staff, as with for most Thai resorts, is excellent. Accomodating and helpful always. The rooms are spacious enough, and though our probably cheapest room's air-conditioning malfunctioned on our 2nd night, they readily upgraded us to a pool view room. Amenities are plentiful, with a table tennis room, gigantic swimming pool, hammocks, children's room, it really is family friendly. What is probably its main drawback would be the location, unless you like isolation.

Really lovely hotel, fantastic staff too. Remembered my name the next day which always goes a long way with me. Rooms were great looking over the pool. Pizzas were lovely and the pool bar was just brilliant.

Lovely hotel and such a great price! Perfect spot on the beach, with lovely bar/restaurants. Plenty of beach and pool sun-beds. Next door to Catch beach club which is lively and fun in evenings. Highly recommend a room with access to the little pools. Friendly, helpful staff. A wonderful stay :)

Wonderful location! One of the first big Thai-family oriented hotels on Bang Tao beach. The gigantic pool is the center of this place, with swim up bar. New beach restaurant is amazing! Sunsets to die for! Rooms are slightly dated but spacious and comfortable.

Had our wedding at the hotel! The staff and team organising were incredible from day one. I could not recommend staying or hosting a wedding at the Arinara more!! Amazing people, great food and restraints at the hotel including the Starbucks! Enjoy your stay here!!

3rd hotel on our first ever trip to Thailand. First impressions were that the staff were very pleasant, friendly & helpful with a good level of english speaking (much better than my 'thank you' in Thai). The hotel was very clean in general and our room was a good size, (we had a swim up pool garden view), although (and this seems to be a thing in Thailand), not enough draw storage for clothes so lived out of packing cubes! The room we had (5101) was next to the pathway, which staff used to take laundry, etc, to the service area & there was a staff shortcut / walkway next to the swim-up pool. Therefore, you can get a lot of noise from carts, etc, around 7 am onwards and lack of privacy in the room due to the staff using shortcut / walkway as no nets in room window was a little off putting. Apart from that, l while it's the first room off the main walkway to/from reception, general 'people' noise wasn't too bad. Thus is a family hitel & pools etc appear to be set up for this, so if you like a quiet adult only area, you'll have to stay on your balcony & not in the main pool areas. The location of the hotel is great, regarding closeness to the beach, literally walk straight onto it. For eateries, there are a few with 2-10 min walk with good mini golf next door, which does good food to.

We stayed here for a week this November. Overall the resort is nice and the location is ideal for coming with a family. Away from the hustle and bustle and a good quiet environment. My child loved the playground areas and it was good to keep her busy. The only thing is as a parent don't expect to be able to get a break from your children. The kids club is designed for kids to play but adults have to stay around and keep an eye on your child. That was a bit disappointing for me because I really wanted to be able to relax worry-free but I had to make sure I stayed close to the playgrounds whenever my child was there. It ended up being okay though. Maybe it is better for older children(7+) who can go without parents. For younger children though you have to stay with them the whole time.

Okay. so the resort is very beautiful and had a nice pool, private beach, kids play area, decent rooms, etc. The only reason for the low rating is completely due to the service. Most staffs are extremely rude. The hospitality and helpful nature we found around most of Thailand was largely missing here, to the point of it feeling racial discrimination. The rooms could be cleaned with much more due diligence.

Great location for exploring Phucket for people who aren't after the clubs. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food. Only one restaurant open whilst we were there due to the hotel being quiet After 2 weeks on half board we could have done with a few more choices on the menu. Hotel clean, large rooms with partitions between the beds so great for kids sharing. And a nice sized pool with separate kids area.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, all in all hotel is fine, but we were verh dissapointed by: 1. Very poor wifi - you cannot work at all with such a wifi. 2. You need to pay for the sun chairs kn the beach - that is a nonsence and we have never experienced this before - paying for the chair on the beach that belongs to the hotel 🤷‍♀️ 3. Fitness room - is very old and neither air conditioner ( +35 C duringvthe day) nor treadmill was working. I mentioned it to the staff several times - but now is our 14th, last day here - air conditioner was not fixed and treadmill was just removed…Very bad style - mention that Fitness Room is available, when it is not even usable 🤷‍♀️ I would not recommend this hotel - it positions itself as a Lux resort, but lucks just basics functions

I dont give 5 star reviews out easily but i have no choice here!! Staff were all amazing and super friendly and helpful with our 8 month old bub. Location and layout is ideal, swimming pools everywhere and the resort backs onto the beach right where there are numerous resteraunts and bars where you can sit directly in the sand and enjoy a cold beer or candle lit dinner. The resteraunt at the resort is expensive but the beach side options are cheaper and better. The resort bar has happy hour cocktails every night for 99baht but i am a beer fan.If you are going to stay here make sure you book a pool access room if you dont it would be a crime against humanity. We got one at the back to the resort and it was ideal to be away from the main area where the hustle and bustle can take place. Especially when travelling with a baby. Thank you arinara for a lovely stay

Unfortunately I will not be able to stay at this place. Thought it would be a great place and really looking forwards to it. I did a reservation over a booking platform, and it was not to be charged before arrival. But it was, even I have a valid cancellation confirmation. Since 3 days no answer to my calls ors emails. Dear management, that is not okay, that you block my money on my account, even if I cancelled within the policy!

Although thier room service isn't so good. They have an awesome breakfast buffet, exceptionally big pool which is well maintained, right on the beach, close by stores / shops, close by (walking distance) Indian restaurant, laundry services, ATM, very close by tour & taxi counter (ask for Billy and give my reference). Overall you can't go wrong in choosing this place for your Phuket stay. ✨✨✨✨

This is one of the best Family Resorts with serene beach and beautiful pool. The best part of the Arinara Resort is its location. It is along the Bangtao Beach which is rarely crowded, so you have the whole beach to yourself. Also the beach has white sand and is excellent for enjoying with family. Taxi and tuk tuk are available on the adjoining road. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious, by spacious I mean it can accommodate 4 people easily. Bathrooms are clean and Hygienic with all the expected things. No hand shower or jet in Potty seat. Rooms - 4/5 Hygiene 5/5 Location - 5/5 Pool - 5/5 Beach - 5/5 Service 4/5

Lovely hotel, definitely family orientated, great for children. Rooms big and clean, lovely pools (just tiny bit too warm for me). Location is great, breakfast probably the best buffet I have had in Thailand so far. Staff very helpful.
