The hotel is okay but the staff is a little bit on the rude side. Unusual for Thailand

Hotel aged a little by nice. Room and bed were nice. Used to a more friendly Service in Thailand to be honest

Not much to say, it's a rather old hotel and it shows. Management also seems to be running things without much initiative. Rooms are clean but boring, buffet breakfast is cold and dull, service is friendly but minimal.

It is a hotel in the heart of Udon Thani city. The hotel is in old condition. There are events all the time. There is enough parking.

The rooms are clean however the bathhrooms are way too small,too claustrophobic,breakfast is tasty and the service is pretty decent,location of the hotel is in a pretty accessible place.

Location is good since it’s near to various attractions Room was nice for its price,but toliet height might be abit too low Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for 2night. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I enjoyed swimming pool which has a diving stand. Location is close from either central plaza or night market. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Large soulless hotel resembling a conference centre. Appears to be a popular wedding venue. Typical breakfast, with western options featuring processed meat floating in water and cold fried eggs cooked in palm oil, reached by a long walk through empty cavernous rooms. Service staff that don't speak English will just walk away from you without acknowledging you, as though you are invisible

Yellow bird dusco at the back of hotel and the large warm pool out the front were great. Only a short Tuktuk to the wonderful Centra Mall. Massive place on 4 floors, and really 2 halves. Large tech and phone area.

The hotel is somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment, however to give them credit, we had our wedding here and the staff did an outstanding job - there was nothing to fault on the day. An update to the building (and rooms) would make it a truly excellent hotel.

Good location. Stayed here before. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the breakfast is a bit less from before covid, could do a bit more. The pool is ok but needs a bit of refurbishment. Overall I like the pool more than the rooms. The beds are a bit to hard for me.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was also very good. The morning buffet was so delicious!!

A large Hotel centrally located, this is one of a handful of old hotels which date back to the American military presence in Udon Thani. It's better to book a room that has been refurbished. Otherwise you might get a room that's a bit shabby. The price is very reasonable and it's a clean hotel with a helpful staff. I have found the breakfast to be just okay but not great. There is a nice swimming pool in front of the hotel and it's possible to use the hotel and pay a daily rate even if you are not a guest. They don't have a business center but the front desk staff can make copies or send faxes, e t c. The popular nightclub, Yellowbird is located directly behind the hotel.

Very helpful staff who mostly speak English well. The room has most things we needed, except for a limit on the free drinking water. Internet access is good. Restaurant had a variety of tasty local dishes. Breakfast is very nice. Swimming pool looks great but we didn't use it. Our bed was very firm. Good view of town.

Quite large comfortable rooms although could do with a tidy up , breakfasts have a good selection ,did not try restaurant , hotel is in good location walking distance to central plazza and ud town , bus and railway stations

It's OK pair 1500 for the "de luxe " room wasent overly impressed breakfast was okish

I was very happy with everything about the room. The breakfast was good, and had a lot to choose from.

This is ab old established hotel has excellent service and is clean and tidy very close to city centre can walk through back gardens to street the into the main street.

Typical old hotel complete with the musty smell but offers good value for money. They offer airport transport so you get save even more.

Location not far from marked, bed was very hard, breakfast was ok
