Som people might be surprised, but I personally like this beach quite a lot: it has a sandy part, some interesting cliffs and stones, a park-like garden with sitting pavillions, and the view of the Map Ta Phut industrial estate - hich I like, but have to admit that this view might be everybody's enjoyment...

This is a small park by the sea. There are several large reefs in the sea, which make the sea look interesting. The stone seats in the park are very comfortable. I lay here and enjoyed it quietly for ten minutes. Leave afterwards.

A lovely beach which is relatively unknown to the passing visitors. The small road leading to this beach is easily missed. A great place to visit, park up and read a book in the cool sea breeze or sit and have a bite to eat under the beach umbrellas.

If you walk directly past the gates and through the park, it leads out to a cape and what would be a great beach if it weren't for all the trash washed up. Lots of pretty shells to be found here. Fishing is possible off the rocks, the locals were all using small bits of shrimp for bait and catching small surf perch.

Very nice little beach in Ban Chang, Rayong. Not well taken care of by the city though, so no matter what improvements they make it ends up looking kind of seedy after a short while. Popular for family picnics.

Lovely beach right on our doorstep. Sure it's dirty and polluted, but the restaurateurs try their best to clean up all the shite that gets washed up here. It's mainland Thai, so it's dirty, but it's still tropical and local/convenient,

Shade for the bike. Peaceful and breezy place. Great seafood stalls opposite the beach. Enjoy!

Could be lovely but a lot of garbage

The part of the beach that has been cleaned is sufficient to enjoy the time at the beach.
