I think more could be done to improve this park but there is ongoing restoration work. The centrepiece is the "Luang Por Monument", a few stray dogs there who didn't seem to like my presence, but just barked. There are several lakes and sporting facilities (Gym, Football, Basketball, Skateboard) in this area, and also a small Temple which was closed at the time of my visit.

3 November 2022 Good to see a bit of open water without lotus completely covering it. Facilitates a range of outdoor activities.

Peaceful, an oasis of nature near the city center. Possible to skate, play football, run, work out or just rest and relax.

Truly amazing to see such a huge, well maintained, shady park around the lakenin Nong Khai. Very lovely! Many kilometers of walking tracks.

Large park with walking trails and pleasant scenery. Perhaps more pretty in season, nothing was flowering when we were there--though should be nice for flowers in late winter. It is maintained, but could do a bit better. We were on some of the walking paths and there were some large, muddy puddles. Still, a nice place to get away from the streets of Nong Khai.

A fairly nice park - good place to exercise. There are good walkways and also some free outdoor gym equipment. At the moment the park is under renovations - it is therefore not possible to access some parts of the park. It looks like there will be some really nice walkways when it's finished. It should be nicer after the upgrades, and probably more activities available. It's a nice place to wander in the early morning or early evening, if you have covered the centre of town, or if you want a nice place to exercise. Or just to take a few snaps of the Reflections.

A large public park with a lake close to town that has a two km running track around it's perimeter. Used by locals to exercise, play fusball, meet with friends or just go for a walk, this park is a breath of fresh air.

Nice parkland and lakes to sit under shady tree or evening stroll. Exercise equipment and many sporting facilities and play equipment located there as well.
