A big and modern shopping mall. It's not far away from the Greenway night market. There are a lot of famous brands here. You can find outlets stores and some local brands here too. The toilets are located only at the end side of the mall which is not so convenient. Also, not much trash can is available in the mall.

One of the bigger and newer mall in Hat Yai. Hosting enough brands for daily needs. From fashion, food to electronic. Layout is simple enough to navigate and there are plenty of escalators.

One of the biggest shopping mall in Hatyai, Once you are inside Central Festival, you have everything you need and there is no need to leave. Most restaurants are located on floors 4 and 5. If you want to eat inexpensively there is a Food Park on Floor 4. You won't find any Michelin rated restaurants at the Food Park, but the food isn't bad and it's fairly cheap. On Floor G in front of TOPS supermarket there is another food court and you can also buy ready-to-eat food from TOPS, which you can then eat at one of the tables in the food court. In 2019 a number of shops disappeared from floor G and were replaced with food stalls, making the food court on this floor quite a bit larger than before. Quite a few food vendors are Muslim, therefore the food is Halal and there won't be any problems for Muslim visitors.

Great mall with plenty of shops all selling awesome stuff. Some of the tees i bought was great quality. Bestest part for me in my view - they even provide free strollers which came in a car model and both my kiddos were loving it.

It offers a wide range of retail stores, from popular fashion brands to electronics and home goods. The mall also houses a variety of restaurants and food stalls, providing plenty of dining options. On the ground floor, there is a food court where I tried a spicy chicken dish with rice - I don't remember the name. The food was delicious, during peak meal times, it can be quite challenging to find a seat to dine in. Despite the seating difficulties, the tasty and reasonably priced food makes it worth a visit.

The food court has a great selection of local and international cuisine, and the prices are reasonable. There are also plenty of other dining options scattered throughout the mall. The was clean and well-maintained. The parking lot is spacious and there were plenty of spots available.

CentralFestival Hatyai is open: Mon - Thu 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM; Fri - Sun 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM ... This is not just a mall, as there are plenty of things to do inside where you can shop to your heart's desire in its numerous retail shops. It has many restaurants well, and many authentic local food stalls. If you plan to so some groceries shopping, TOPS supermarket is the answer.

The biggest mall in Hatyai with variety of shops. Worth to visit even if you’re a tourist as they have selections of goods that couldn’t be found in other night markets. Could be considered a convenient one stop spot for tourists if the markets are closed.

Looking a lot like Christmas.... In Thailand. Very fun to people watch and see the crowds. I think they doing the decorations and festivities better than most American shopping malls.

CentralFestival Hatyai offers an entirely new perspective on shopping right in the heart of the popular Hat Yai tourism district, embracing a unique combination of convenience and modernity within one place. The building possesses outstanding architectural design features, inspired by the shape of crystal. A refractive prism design provides a modern and atmospheric blend of light and colour within the complex. Central Festival Hatyai is a brand-new shopping experience, offering a fantastic range of fun and entertainment options that will ensure all our visitors of happiness and unforgettable memories of Hat Yai and its people. Since opening in December 2013, the Hat Yai branch of Central Festival (the largest shopping mall in southern Thailand) has had a profound effect on the town. Prior to its opening, Lee Gardens Plaza was the focal point for retail and tourism in Hat Yai. It was where retailers and restaurants wanted to be located, it was where tourists visiting Hat Yai wanted to stay, and it was where local teenagers used to like to hang out. That all changed after Central Festival. Nowadays, the Lee Gardens Plaza area is just a shadow of its former self. Restaurant chains such as Fuji and Sizzler no longer have a presence in Lee Gardens Plaza, but they have opened new branches inside Central Festival. The same applies to many retail stores that used to be located in Lee Gardens Plaza or elsewhere in downtown Hat Yai. Many businesses simply moved to Central Festival.

There are many different products and foods here. Thai food is conveniently available in a designated section on the lower level. In addition to being wonderful, part of the food is halal. The seller's halal logo might be used as a guide for visitors who are Muslims. The upper floor is where those who want to buy things like electronics, clothing, watch movies, play arcade games and etc. In the evening, there is a sale of Thai cuisine, handicrafts, and live performances outside the mall.

Our family spent 3 hours here. Came for lunch at a Japanese restaurant and bought some stationary items. Found the hotwheels storage box which is not available in my country. Two kids get to enjoy Thomas train ride with a purchase of 500 baht in a single receipt.

It has to be the biggest shopping mall in southern Thailand. A total of 5 floors are filled with shops selling all kinds of clothings, shoes, electrical goods, home appliances, mobile phones, gold jewellery, cosmetics, toys, books, etc. There are many restaurants and several food courts selling Thai, Korean, Japanese and western foods, drinks and desserts. There are also bank branches and a mini government department office in this complex. On the basement level, there are more food stalls and a big supermarket. Parking is free. Security is very tight, visitors need to produce their identification paper or passport upon entry to the car park. The car boot has to be opened for inspection too. Visitors are required go through a scanner and have their bags checked at the entrance of the complex too. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Hatyai.

A bit crowded during my visit time but it is a good place to shop and eat. Plus there's a lot of tuktuk here so you don't have to worry if you're unable to get any grab.

Big and grand carnival mall with many branded outlets. Of course with this prestige mall you have to pay extra VAT for your purchases. You can easily spend a whole day here shopping and patronizing the foods. Don't forget to check the food stalls at the basement with many delicious offerings for your taste buds.

Central Festival Hatyai, totally not recommended for a tourist like me. Its just a big shopping mall with a lot of shopping brands, but there is not souvenir shops. They have foods stalls at the lower ground, i love the traditional kuih but TORO Fries definitely not worth to visit. And for me, the foods there is a little bit pricey and limited to compare with the markets. But, if you're looking for aircond and easy access to toilets and surau, yes it is recommended. I'm not recommending the TORO Fries since the process took too long. Limited machine and the workers also love to joke around to each other. Even tho there was a short queue, unfortunately 7 people before me already waited for almost 2 hours for their orders.

Lanta Pian Boat Noodle: First time try boat noodles and it is really delicious. The sliced pork & liver are fresh, and the noodles are chewy. By adding the chili sauce, it is excellent. Cafe la Sirene: Very nice cake, unique design. A place to rest and enjoy yourself after a long shopping trip.

You should try all the local foods in the basement of the mall...it was very tasty 😋😋😋😋😋. It's just that , during the peak time, it was hard to find a table and chairs to enjoy yr food. It is recommended to go there with 2-3 or more people thus they can book the table while u go and buy some foods
