Upon arrival, there was no welcome from the staff, not even a "hello" with a smile. Rooms looked significantly better in the photos. Cleanliness was questionable, our bathroom smelled really bad, and the shower wasn't draining properly. Every day we would have to call reception for forgotten towels or water. Dirty dishes on our level next to the staircase have been sitting there during our whole stay. Lift didn't work for the majority of the time. For the price you pay, very disappointing stay, certainly not worth the money. The only positive was the location.

It's definitely not a 4-Star hotel. Cleaning is not done properly and this sewage odour is really not convenient. The hotel has however good pools and a good choice of food for breakfast. It is also well situated, 5-min walk to Ao Nang Landmark Night Market where there is a lot and interesting food to discover.

Hi, The hotel was ok, the swimming pool is so good as well the location BUT the manager at reception is not nice she does not talk well with the customers and this is the first time in Thailand I will see someone talking to you without smiling. I asked her the first time for two separate beds as mentioned in my booking she didn't accept and she didn't want to understand also the answer was not good. Another point is that the bed was not clean (see pictures). But I will say the breakfast is good, location as well also the staff Only the manager that she is not nice. Thank you, Regards

My official rating would be 3.5 stars. The best feature is the great location across the street from Ao Nang beach, a short walk to Landmark night market, restaurants and long tail boat kiosk to book trips. Service was average - no complaints. While the staff did not go out of their way to please you, they provided basic services when required such as providing towels in a timely manner. Here are the negatives: the hotel is dated, only had face cloths 1 of 7 days, had no towels 2 of 7 days and only one towel 1 of 7 days. We ran out of low quality soap/shampoo our last day, and the hotel was unable to unclog our toilet (we had connecting rooms so we were able to use the other toilet). Finally, breakfast was not good, but there is something for everyone. To summarize, the hotel lacked the basics but it's decent value if you are on a budget.

Unfortunately to say, we didn't come away from here feeling that we enjoyed ourselves very much! While the rooms were reasonable, there was lack of service and having our rooms ready on time, considering they were booked well in advance. We did have to wait over an hour, to then discover they didn't make the twin room ready for our children, they had to split the beds. Breakfast was disappointing! Cold, lifeless, not a great balance of food offered, just dissatisfied! I have read on reviews, many the same about the Breakfast, not many people have liked it when they visited! And the reply you get from manager looks like a custom made auto reply and says the same in every response! It would be much better to address the issues, so people can then leave a more positive review. However, good location to markets, great big pool, however tourists from other countries put towels down on sunbeds early in the morning and Walk away claiming the sunbed when they go out or before breakfast! They would claim them nearly ALL DAY!

I'm giving this property 1 star just because of the amazing location... that's it .. Nothing in this property felt good right from the rude front desk staff to the "not caring" attitude of the restaurant staff. The thing that shocked me the most is that u can't expect fresh towels before 4 pm everyday as that's when the "laundry arrives" according to the front desk. The pictures of the room was pretty good to be honest but in reality it was nothing short of an extremely small cabin-like room. Adding to the bad experience one of the rooms we booked had a faulty AC with no air circulation at all...upon informing the front desk I was told to shift to an inferior basic room with garden view whereas I had paid a premium price for a deluxe room with pool view as the hotel was apparently sold out. This puts a huge question mark to the hotel's hospitality as the guest is being asked to compromise for a mistake which is hotel's fault. Lastly if you're supposed to check-out in the morning, please do not expect a porter service as I was informed by the front desk that any help with your luggage is only available after 10:00 am in the morning and nothing before that. Overall an extremely disappointing experience, probably the worst hotel experience of my trip to Thailand 😓.

Good: -pools are large and refreshing -pool bar with food and drinks available to purchase -breakfast is varied and plentiful, good value for money. Coffee is very good. -Rooms are clean -Location is great, across the road from the beach and not too far from Ao Nang beach. Walking distance to the Ao Nang Landmark Night Market with lots of food options -Wifi included in room price -drinking water provided daily Improvement needed: -As others have said, linen provided is not at 4 star standard. Holes in bed linen and towels are worn and thin. - Housekeeping staff sometimes forget to provide towels and tea/ coffee sachets -There is room for more sun lounges. Many visitors will ‘reserve’ sun lounges at the beginning of the day so they often become unavailable very early.

Had an amazing and a very memorable stay here! The ambience is lovely and the proximity to beach was an added bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special call out to the lady at the reception.. while we were checking out, I requested for a bottle of water which she couldn't get right away due to long queues of people. But sometime later, she followed up, so full points for service! Overall, totally loved the place and recommend for future guests!

The good:. New hotel built in 2022 so it's clean. The swimming pool is decent and the staff are very polite. The bad:. I stayed 3 nights and all 3 night, house keeping didn't clean room until at least 4pm. Wasn't able to reach front desk either. The noise from neighboring pub will keep you awake until 2am when they close if you are a light sleeper. I booked via their website a day before check in date and they would not give you confirmation email until an hour after check in. Despite this, when I asked if I could pay difference after checking in to get upgrades, they stated that it's non refundable booking and I'll have to pay more than the double the difference for upgrade.

The main selling point of the hotel is the three pools on offer - one for swimming and playing, one for floating and loafing and one for the kids. Staff were great. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working so they upgraded us to a pool access room. Nice to open the sliding doors and step straight into the water. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pretty standard breakfast. All in all recommended.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. The receptionist staff are so patient, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the service was great. The only downside was that there seemed to be a bar/club nearby that was playing loud music in the evening. The walls are quite thin which means you can hear what people are doing next door and them moving chairs etc. Had i stayed for longer, i may have rated this place lower due to these factors.

The room smells badly like mold and they are very small. The bathroom don t have a drain or at least it is clogged drain… I want a standard room with 1 bed but i get a twin room. And ask the front desk to change it but i think they don t speak english or they don t care. I asked someone to give me a towel after the room service clean my room and took all the towels, without giving me some new towels. And after i begged i recived a stain, torn towel.. also the bed sheets smells badly from the humedity of the room. The room is very very miserable. They have a lot of dust, the bathroom it is not clear properly. They say they have a gym but that it is a joke they have only a few gain and 2 aparats. The breakfast it is very simple…nothing special. The only thing nice at this hotel it is the position, but this have almost all the hotel in this area. The hotel should be a 2 star maximum 3 but it is clear that it is not a 4 star hotel. I will not come again and recomande this hotel to some else.

Spend 3 nights in this hotel : good position , good mattresses . Unfortunately , the rooms are not isolated well so we could here all our neighbors talking and flashing the toilets ecc Cleaning is average. The room had smell of mold : I had to keep it open for quite long time Breakfast - average . In conclusion , if you have to spend a couple of nights in this hotel - then is fine . I wouldn’t suggest longer

The hotel have a nice visual, the breakfast and location were really good. It says in web site that have 2 big pools, but only have one and is not big enought for so many people. It have photos of 2 different pool in web site, but is the same pool before and after renovation. Unfortunly there is no chairs available in that pool, only 20 for 200 people is not enought. The girl in the bar always rude. The towel in the room was on the floor and they dont change it. They dont put body lotion on room or other products like 3 star hotels in Thailand have. Conclusion: not quality enough for a 4 star hotel, but good breakfast and good location.

Great experience there, great location the staff was very helpful. The only bad point is the room we were sleeping had a lot of humidity (being on the first floor might be the reason) my wife got sick and a lot of clothes had a bad smell. Just correct this problem and this hotel is perfect :)

I was told that it’s good value for money (I didn’t book and pay for the rooms myself). Location is not the best since it’s about 1km from the main strip but there are still a good number of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby, including the Ao Nang night market. Facilities (such as the gym) are minimal but there’s a decent pool. Breakfast at the cafe is nothing special as well. However most importantly the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, if you get a room on the ground floor of building 1, the balcony opens up directly to the swimming pool.

If you are reading this review means you are checking this hotel for a booking. Do yourself a favour and trust me when I say you should not book it! This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are pretty small, there is no closet for your clothes, just some hangers, but not enough in my opinion if you stay for more days. The balcony has no furniture and not even an ashtray. Even for the dryer you have to call the reception. The towels are not replaced daily, they usually take it but do not bring back new clean ones. The clean one have holes and stains, as well as the bed sheets. We stayed for 5 nights and they never cleaned the room once nor changed the sheets. In our group some friends room smelled like mole and there were spiders webs at the balcony door. Breakfast is of cheap quality and one of the worst I have seen, coffee is bad. The front desk people do not know basic english words of this touristic domain. The hotel itself looks nice, but clearly not a 4 star. I would never come back here and I do not recommend it.

Location is only 5 minutes walking distance to Landmark Night Market. Plenty of halal food available within a near distance. Walking to Ao Nang tourist street is a little further than anticipated, but there are many songthaew available outside the hotel. Cleanliness of the room and attached bathroom could be better, I based this as when I checked in, the bathroom floor was sticky and the room lamp was dusty. I asked for my room to be made up the day after but housekeeping only comes in the afternoon, probably best to inform reception for urgent cleaning request. The balcony door to my room was hard to open and require much effort. Swimming pool was fantastic and hotel have a nice landscape. Staff were attentive and friendly, but spoken English could be better.

It's a lovely place, price is nice. Location is awesome. And if you stay indoors, you will feel comfortable. I am a pretty chill traveller. I don't get bothered by tiny mishaps. So giving it a good review. The picture is of the garden next to my room. And the video is of the centre of the buildings where the pool area is. It's not a pool for swimmers. It's a place to relax. If you like the review. Give it a like and comment :)

A little away from the main Ao Nang area, so the location was nice and still walkable if you want to get to the center. The pool was really great and clean, even though the chairs were never enough. With one or two exceptions, everyone that worked here was either careless or rude, barely look at guests (specially at reception). Breakfast was expensive and not great, and the breakfast area was always dirty.

Rooms a bit small with no place to stow clothes. Very clean and staff attentive. Way to few lounges around pools but people are not too bad about holding chair’s they aren’t using. Close to ocean but not really a sunning beach (1km away for good beach)

The location of this hotel was very good, a beach across the road and next to many food places and a reasonable laundry service. The rooms were clean with refillable soaps but not consistent as we changed rooms mid stay the second room was empty and never filled. The breakfast was included in our price and was decent but not worth paying 300baht. The only downfall is the loud music playing from 10-3 at night which can cause sleepless nights if your a light sleeper. We requests for a room change to a higher floor at the back of the hotel where the noise was reduced.

Great hotel in superb location. Close to the beach and a few minutes walk to Ao Nang Market. Well planned rooms. Good air-conditioning in rooms. Fan on the ceiling does the job cooling you down after sunbathing. Pools are very good, especially the long one that stretches for around 50m giving you a lot of space to swim. Pool bar have rather limited options but it work quickly. Sign-up process took nearly 45min. Breakfast is quite limited, small choice of food. Not many veggies to chose from. Eggs: scrambled or fried. The sitting area is not air conditioned so can get quite warm. Overall the hotel is really good for couples and families. Worth the price and really clean.

We stayed at the property on January'23. We spent one of the memorable time at Krabi in Holiday style Ao nang. The property is very beautifully decorated with pretty lawn & mesmerizing pools. The rooms are very cozy & comfortable with lots of natural lights. Beach is 1 min walk & breakfast was really gourmet. Also price is comparatively cheaper with great Ambience & jovial staffs. Highly recommend.
