Food is delicious and tasty. Clean and good ambience. Very convenient and near to the Nopparat Pier. We had 3 meals here, each time we stop over at pier. They are able to serve the food fast and with quality. The person who serve us even help us call a tuk tuk to our next destination. Tom Yum Kung, Dry Curry in coconut, Fried Chicken, Local vege fried with egg, Pineapple rice, Prawn with Petai are good. High recommended.

Recommended by a Tuk Tuk driver to try out lunch at Krua Thara. The food is average and lack the authentic Thai taste. Price ranges from 150Baht to 200Baht, not really cheap too.

Local restaurant located near the main pier, very convenient and busy location. We came during off-peak hence dint face the crowd. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Seafood quality is decent and fresh. Price is on a mid-range, not cheap not expensive. Slightly disappointed with the portions though they came smaller than expected. Staffs were okay, efficient.

One of my favourite restaurant in Krabi. Food is very tasty, fresh. But might need to wait for a bit if order steamed seafood. Recommend steamed fresh crab meat, price is a bit high but they served with good quality (1 kg cost 950 THB). Very fresh, sweet taste and yummy! Another must try is fried sator with shrimp. Staff is attentive and polite. Parking can be found in front of restaurant.

During long weekend, this restaurant will be crazy packed and expect the delay of your order. The food taste ok, but pricy compare to portion they serve. A bit of a tourist place, not as local as you might think.

Very good experience all the food was delicious and fresh we had scallops and cheese, grilled tiger prawn, oysters, chicken cashew nut, shrimp / chicken cakes, shrimp fried rice, with Leo beer and Sprite 1550 baht the staff is very friendly and efficient the restaurant is clean and the toilet is clean too

Their seafood is fresh. The food overall is very good. It is located in Noppharat Thara beach so you can enjoy a walk before or after your meal. Nice location. The service is also good.

Since this place serves both local and tourist, the price is bit on the higher side. It was a nice place for seafood. Their smooth shell crab larb & stir fried miang vege were amazing! Not forgetting their fresh squids filled with eggs❤️

Was told that this is one of the best restaurants in the Krabi with reasonable price. We were here for dinner, not too crowded, service is average, wish the staff who taking order can speak better English. Food was average, the green curry chicken is disappointing!

Food was good. Place was a bit warm on a hot sunny day. Place is generally clean and spacious. Food is little pricier. We were served a dish we did not order but they took it back.

A Mixed Experience but Great Crab Salad! I visited this restaurant based on a blog recommendation, and while my experience was mixed, there were some highlights. I went on November 4th, which might have affected the freshness of the seafood. Sadly, the seafood curry in coconut was a letdown – lacking coconut flavor and featuring chewy, flavorless seafood. The steamed white snapper was decent but overpriced, while the fried snapper was a better choice. On a positive note, the crab salad was absolutely delicious! The restaurant lacked ambiance due to being empty, and the service was average. Overall, an okay experience, but the crab salad was a standout dish worth trying.

Very happy with my experience. They are happy to prepare and give dishes in vegetarian option as required. Had tom yum soup, veggies in Thai green curry and pad thai veg noodles

We stopped by for a quick snack but the variety offered in this restaurant made us have a proper lunch. Courteous staff, great food and nice chill ambience makes this place worth visiting again and again!!

Authentic Thai cuisine at its best. Warm hospitality by hospitable owners who own the place for 20+ years. Spice is nice and seafood is really fresh. Would totally suggest a group meal.

We followed a recommendation from YouTube and ended up at Krua Thara for a late lunch. Service was lovely, the owner came out to chat with us and made us feel welcomed. The food was outstanding, we had the steamed mussels, softshell crab laab, soto with Thai curry, spicy glass noodle seafood salad and tiger prawns. Spicy, well balanced and very fresh seafood for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend visiting if you come to Nopporat Pier, can't wait to go back!

Amazing crab! Visited for dinner 2 of the 3 nights we spent here. Great food, very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Mediocre food. Not very authentic really. We had Tom Yum Koong, grilled squid eggs & stir fried vegetables. The taste was OK, but nothing to shout about. The spiciness was not enough and the Tom Yum Koong barely had much ingredients in it, only 5 prawns which were considered medium big, but nothing else. Disappointment.

The food was tasty, not many people there. The price was about 2700 for two.
