I had such a warm welcome in this little hostel, I loved the rooftop and the cafe downstairs, and everybody has been very friendly to me - staff as well as other travellers, oh and also from Tai, the hostel cat!!! Clean and comfortable enough for the price. They arrange day-trips as well and can recommend good places depending on what you feel like doing. A big thank you to Nat and Dawan who made my stay special and unforgettable!! I will definitely go back whenever I stay in Chiang Mai!!

I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed for 2 weeks and then another night while passing through. The staff are very nice and speak English well. AC in the room was super nice to get away from the heat as well as the privacy curtains. It’s kept very clean as well and is quiet so it’s easy to get a good night of rest. Also… the hostel cat is super cute!

Popped in after staying here 4 years ago and it was still amazing! Pom is super friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Hope to visit again soon!

Staff is amazing! So helpful and kind. Location is awesome, about a 10 minute walk to old town. Great atmosphere and good breakfast! Will definitely be back on my next trip!

Very nice hostel. The curtains for the beds are darkening and they also lock, so extra privacy than most dorms. Staff is lovely and very helpful! Walking distance to many eatery and the market.

Service is great! Max and Yu are fantastic host! Yu gave us great LOCAL food recommendations that were GREAT! The price is right and you're close to everything in town. Several of the tours can be booked directly through That Thai House or most of them use this as pick up location which is great. As for the accommodations there are mixed rooms or separated by sex; they are bunk beds and lockers in the rooms. Showers and bathrooms are located on each floor, which are kept clean by the guests and hostel staff. There is a small rec/living room area with complimentary laptop and big flat screen TV or you can head to the roof top to chill out.

Thai Thai Hostel is great for backpackers. As soon as we walked through the door the staff were super friendly, chatty and extremely helpful - they went out of our way to help us book a bus to Kanchanaburi with a company they don’t usually use. For quite a small social area there was a good atmosphere. A continental breakfast was included, which is all you need. Free tea and coffee all day long which is such a bonus. There’s a couple of sofas and a flat screen TV hooked up to Netflix which is awesome!! The rooms and bathrooms were always cleaned! Just a little walk I to Town but good to actually walk somewhere! There’s an amazing Thai food court round the corner which does food for 40B! Highly recommend!!

This was by far one of the best hostels i've been to! Really clean and cozy. It kind of feels like home🥰

I would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and cheap. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed their taste in music. They were really helpful in setting up the tv and laptop to stream a football(soccer) game going on in Germany. It had a pretty relaxed atmosphere and there didn't seem to be much going on here.

It's been three years since I stayed here, and this place still ranks number one out of all the hostels I've been to. So welcoming!

Stayed here for three weeks and it was perfect. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and sweet!!

Great place with the sweetest receptionist - Pom (a ball of energy who'll charge your battery after a long day with just one conversation) accompanied by the most adorable cat. The place is perfect. Its not in the middle of chiang mai's bustling center and you need to walk 1.5 km to get to the center, but it's worth it.

Have a great experience with a very cheap price. Very good service.
