Totally enjoyed my 6 night stay. Every staff member was friendly and always had a smile. The included breakfast offers added value and has a good selection of options. The coffee machine works well and the coffee is good. My room was clean and comfortable and they have parking. The pool is beautiful as well. I also enjoyed the location which is across the street from old town and there are so many street food vendors within a 2 min walk. The Saturday night market is also only 2 mins away.

This place was so cute! Our room was nice and comfortable. It was summer when we visited and I would have liked if they had the air on before we got into our room because it was VERY hot and muggy and did not get cool for a few hours. However we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool. The food and drinks we had were delicious to say the least.. They had a great happy hour! We were walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel just outside the old city. Excellent and stable wifi (130 MBit download). We stayed for 5 nights and had a very pleasant time. Staff speaks English is kind and gave their best to accommodate us. The breakfast is a bit bland for vegetarians, considering most hot foods contain meat. So toast with strawberry jam it is - or the vegetarian restaurant "Aum" which is nearby and really good. The pool is very pretty, but note there is no bar or similar. You can have your laundry done by the hotel, but it's roughly twice as expensive compared to one of the many nearby places that offer the same.

This is a solid Hotel. Quiet but right at the gate for the old city. The pool is nice. The superior room had only one tiny window and i asked to be upgraded to the deluxe room which was really nice and only 15$USD more a night. I didn't have the same experience as everyone else on here i felt the staff were efficient but not friendly in the least. I'd consider staying here again if i come back to chiang mai.

FABULOUS!! This hotel was such a joy to stay at. The staff were so friendly, they have great laundry service, the staff speak English, they clean the rooms every day changing the sheets and giving fresh towels every day, free water bottles every day. I can't say enough about how much my boyfriend and I enjoyed every part of the hotel. The room was clean, the shower was hot had good water pressure. Loved this place highly recommend.

Walked in at 6pm didn’t have a booking and got a room for 1000 THB per night or about $45 AUD at the time I was staying there. Breakfast was a 4/10 very small and not a lot to chose from. Pool was freezing cold and it was the hottest time in Thailand so it was amazing to jump into. Lady who helped me at the front desk was super super kind and very helpful, she booked me a van to the airport to for 500 THB or about $21 at the time I was staying in Thailand.

Nice location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet wasn't fancy but cooked well. The hotel was very clean. Slept well throughout my stay as it was very quiet in my room. Ps. They provide complementary cold drinks in the fridge opposite to the reception. It was lovely to have expecially after spending the day out in the sun. The experience was well beyond my expectation based on its very reasonable price. Very satisfied overall! 😊

10/10 for every worker there. They have great manners and are very helpful! I can’t give 5 stars because comparing to other hotels of similar pricing, this one seems to have older rooms and way less facilities. No balcony. The atmosphere is not as lively. Good location though.

Overall very pleased. Great staff, clean, spacious rooms. Seems to be a good location in the old part of town. There’s some outside noise at times but it wasn’t that bad. We enjoyed our stay.

Took the deluxe room and it was nice and large with a view over the pool. It's good to have a sofa and chair in the room. All the facilities are good and the service is excellent, always smiling faces and very willing to help in any way. Breakfast had a fairly good spread and was always sufficient. Nice stay.

4 star hotel room for the price of 3 star hotel rate. Resort like environment. Breakfast is quite good. WiFi need to be improved as the internet connection was only on for few minutes then no connection. *Turn on the water faucet of shower to high volume so that water temperature won't change hot & cold intermittently

Friendly staff who are very helpful. Location is super close to the south gate night market which has the cheapest street food in Chiang Mai. Pool is shaded so water is very cool. Our room had a hard time getting cool as the sun beat onto it from two sides. We stayed in room 309. Outside of that they have a great breakfast and we loved our stay here!

From the moment I started corresponding with Jenny about reservations I had a feeling I was going to have a positive experience here. She was prompt and thorough with her responses and accommodated all our needs. Her English is perfect. My husband and I were first timers in Chiang Mai and didn't know what to expect. It turns out this was the city we loved best of all and the hotel was part of that. All of our drivers and guides had no trouble finding the place. We were there on a Saturday night and the Saturday night street market was literally a 2 minute walk from the lobby. The hotel is right outside the main old city gate so it's always easy to get cabs, find good street food and walk around with lots to see so close. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful! When we arrived they brought a welcome basket of snacks and cold drinks to our room. The AC works like a charm, the bed was comfortable, it had a nice TV (that I was able to plug our HDMI device into to watch our movies etc) and sofa, chair and coffee table. There was plenty of space. The bathroom was a bit small and the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great, but that wasn't a big deal to us as we spent very little time in there. Others have complained about spotty wifi, but I didn't have that problem at all! It worked steadily and flawlessly for me! We didn't use the pool, but walked by in many times and it was IMMACULATELY clean. Lots of guests were enjoying it even though it's not huge. The breakfast was great! Lots of options for all tastes and someone to cook eggs and french toast etc to order (also included) you sit down at a table. We had to check out very early in the morning before the sun was up and they had no problem accommodating us. Even though this hotel is right in the heart of the city, because it's down a small alley street, it's very quite and we were not at all disturbed by street noise. All in all I would say there are nicer hotels in the city, but not at this price range and with this great of a location! If you're planning to visit Chiang Mai to see Tigers and Elephants and temples and walking markets and everything else it has to offer without breaking the bank, this is a GREAT place to stay! Thanks Jenny and Golden Bell!

Nice rooms, very friendly staff, very good location, taxi service from/to the airport. The Hotel is STRICTLY NON SMOKING, if you like to smoke you have to leave the building. But they provide a table and a few chairs near the parking lot. In the lobby area you'll find a fridge with several homemade teas for free, very yummy. The pool is good enough for a quick cool down.

Value for money. It is also very near the night market so please remember to stay over on saturday nights. The only issue was the shower. There was no way to control the temperature. It was either cold or hot, no in between temperature. Just opposite the hotel is also a massage place for your tired body. Very convenient.
