👍👍 A nice chocolate shop near Tha Phae Gate just outside the east side of old town. Tucked away in a quiet part of the road, they have a nice selection of chocolate, post cards, books and many other products. Good place to buy a gift for yourself or someone who loves chocolate. Prices are quite decent... People often mention chocolate, shop, Thai, local, flavors, nice, Chiang, chocolates, products, making,

We are selling Siamaya chocolate bars in our minibars and I am so pleased we found them!! Delicious through and through ... aroy mak mak and and and .... they are locals! When you think that some people were expecting us to have a Mars bar instead hahaha what a joke. So go on. Try Thai tea (my favourite) or chilly, worry not mai pet!

I am in love with chocolate and end up in this shop with so many tasty chocolate. You can try the taste before to choose your favorite. Personally the Thai tea was my favorite, very good chocolate and some small spicy back taste 😍

We coincidentally met the shop. We are surprised for the combination of their chocolate. It’s amazing that there are coconut curry flavors. What a lovely shop. It’s a nice place to get a souvenir from Chiang Mai :)

It was disappointing that there was almost no variety of small size chocolates available and most of them were out of stock. Maybe all these high ratings are because you get free chocolates when you rate them on Google😅

This is an amazing chocolate and souvenir shop! I bought cocoa lip balm and it’s like eating chocolate every time I put it. I also tried their samples of chocolate, with many interesting flavours such as mango chili or Thai coconut curry. The employee working there is a real JEWEL, she was so so nice. She told me they have a factory in Chiang Mai too, where you can drink coffee and take a chocolate making class. I left with a heavenly creamy piece of free white chocolate. I’ll buy many bars as gifts before going back home in September, for sure!

Very unique chocolate factory experience with local flavors and treats. Friendly staff. Reminds me so much of Manoa Chocolate Factory in Honolulu. Love it

I had my second visit here. Always fun to sample the many types of chocolate available. It’s hard to leave without buying something because I end up wanting to buy treats for myself and gifts for others. The customer service has been great both times. Btw, I got a free chocolate for writing this review today, but I was planning to give it a 5 from my last visit before I knew if the free chocolate.

Always a treat finding a local chocolate producer that celebrates the heritage and authenticity of culture. Also helps that the chocolate is fantastic. Fun memorabilia to buy for those back home if you’re visiting. Got myself a Chiang Mai Candle to come back for a moment of quiet when in the bustling city.

Amazing quality chocolate with unique flavors, all of which you can sample. These are your best bet for souvenirs! These flavors were my favorite. ✨

Very nice work. These guys handle everything from growing cocoa to making coco based products like cocolates and coco based drinks. Siamaya also does a good job with its packaging, looks impressive. Have not seen any sugar free chocolates from them. Would be nice if the government or concerned agencies, would help them with their marketing efforts. Keep up good work guys.

Best chocolate factory tour I've ever been too! Better tour and chocolate than Ritter Sport and Lindt!!! Must see in Chiang Mai!!

Wow. This place is amazing. Highly recommend the chocolate making workshop. Tons of fun while getting to eat chocolate at every stage! Their chocolate bars are amazing. Be sure to sample some of the Thai infused flavor's. Great for Co working, lots of comfy areas to sit with plug access while you sip on your totally next level chocolate infused beverage crafted by a master. Check it out for yourself

I love Thailand. I have tried the surrounding countries and a few other alternatives in other parts of the world. I am sitting here half a world away eating SIAMAYA chocolate. Finding a source of true single origin all natural chocolate is not easily done. I know, I have tried around the world. Most chocolate stores combine other people’s chocolate to create the chocolates. SIAMAYA Truly makes their own chocolate from local beans (they look more like almonds) hmmm, is bean the right word to use? Anyway, you can see the whole process at SIAMAYA. The owners happily showed off each step in making the chocolate that I am sitting here eating at this very moment. This chocolate is so fresh that we had to wait while they wrapped it, one bar at a time by hand. The young woman wrapping the bars was made nervous by our picture taking. But as I love so much, she smiled as she worked and had her picture taken. This is a small operation and the location is a bit difficult to find at the back of an apartment complex. But it is really what you want to see, to smell, to eat.

This chocolate is amazing! Every time I open a bar I am whisked back to the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-ness of childhood. Perfect snappy chocolate bars with creative flavours, wrapped in foil, sealed with a signature sticker. The presentation gives a hint at what’s inside. Siamaya is gourmet stuff made with local ingredients. Decadent without being a violent use of resources. You can tell it’s made by people who care about and love chocolate like it deserves. And they’re keeping it all lovingly local too. Thank you for making this 🙏 I highly recommend the peppermint cookie crunch! ❤️

What a hidden treasure. Chris one of the partners personally greeted us with big bright smile and was happy to tell us about how him and his partner Neil started the company. If you have the opportunity to visit you will not regret it.

  • 5/5 Norman C. 4 years ago on Google
Excellent service and product. Neil, the Co-owner personally showed and explained how all different kinds of the chocolate are made. I tried a few places in the area. This is a small factory, but definitely one of the best place if you want to learn and taste a good local chocolate.

It is very good craft chocolate in town. The owner and staff are very nice and friendly. You can taste the example before make decision. There are a lot of flavour. I highly recommend Thai tea & Chilli dark choc.

Terrific products, service and vibes! We requested that a gift bag be made up with a sampler of all the various chocolate varieties to take for a special occasion in the USA. Siamaya Chocolate eagerly designed an attractive bag for us and packed it very efficiently for travel. We were very impressed and the recipient of the gift loved the chocolate. Definitely a local business worth supporting. We will look forward to seeing your business grow! Thank you

Don’t expect a fancy chocolate boutique. You have to go past Line Star BBQ and tell them that you want to buy chocolate. Staff are very friendly and offer you to sample the different chocolates. As a chocolate addict I can only recommend their products. Try the coconut / 60% dark chocolate.

Unfortunately, we never entered the place. We waited 30 min until 10.35am and no one appeared. I had also texted the number from the website to enquire and was assured by text that the shop opens at 10, even though it wasn’t. A few other neighbouring shops were not open despite being past their opening times too. Timings posted were obviously recommended timings and loosely adhered to.

(Translated by Google) The best souvenir from Chiang Mai is 100% local chocolate, very tasty! They have small and large tiles, cocoa powder and a crumb of cocoa beans. (Original) Лучший сувенир из Чианг Мая - это стопроцентно местный шоколад, очень вкусный! У них есть маленькие и большие плитки, какао-порошок и крошка какао-бобов.
