Superb! Awesome biketour and the guide was friendly. He showed us Chiang Mai in 4 hours. We travelled with 3 others so we had a small group. Everything went smooth. Also the owner made himself present. He was very kind and helped us to get a taxi. This biking thing is very nice to do when you're around.

We did a leisurely bike tour of about 24km through the outskirts of Chiang Mai with guides Wee & Wit. Ideal way to cover some ground. We cycled through the rice fields, visited a couple of nice temples, a local bakery and stopped for an authentic Thai lunch. Guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Only point for improvement were the bikes. In our group of 10, we had several bikes with bad brakes and failing gears. Time for an upgrade or replacement I would say.

The very experienced guide could not answer many basic questions about what we were seeing - even though his English was decent. The bikes were in good condition.

A great way to explore the rural side of Chiang Mai. I won't give away the itinerary but you visit a lot of local places and the guide gave us a great understanding of Thai culture and Buddhist practices

Decided to hire a mountain bike & go on a little adventure. I found some good trails over near huai tueng thao. Good climbing over from Doi Suthep & Doi Poi hillside village.

We did a morning tour from 8-12 and booked for 4. We were the only ones that morning, so basically it was a private tour. The guide (a Thai woman called “Benz” who spoke perfect English), showed us many things on a approximately 20km tour. We visited some temples, a farm, rice fields, had a snack on the way, etc. Was a very nice experience.

Today we had an incredibly good cultural tour with our guide Tong. Through the many interesting stories in very good English, time flew by. We have seen so much that we would not have noticed without a guide. Thank you for the great tour!

After researching a few easy cycling tour options around Chiang Mai, I decided to go with Thailand Biking for their Colors of Chiang Mai tour. I LOVED IT. We got far out of town - far from the crazy tourist areas. We saw temples, a local school, several farms, and even 700-year-old ruins of the old city. Our guide was fantastic. With only two people in our group, it felt like a private tour. The bikes were also very good! Sturdy and easy to use.

Nice easy ride around the outskirts of the city on quiet roads. Bicycle was good for this tour.

I went on two bike trips with this company, and they were excellent. Because of the low number of travellers now, I had the tour all to myself. The guide, Mr. Tong, was excellent, and I saw a lot of places I had no idea about. If I had more time in Chiang Mai, I would have gone on more tours with this company.

Enjoyed this tour thoroughly with Mr Wee as our guide. We went to the old city to learn about the history and the temples. Mr Wee is especially knowledgable and full of smiles. Highly recommended

A brilliant day out! I took the colours of Chiang Mai tour and it was incredible! This is a must if you’re in Chiang Mai. Although it rained unusually on the morning we did the ride, we donned our ponchos and went anyway, it really wasn’t bad at all! You see some wonderful sights and the guide is knowledgable and funny. Highly recommended!

We went on the tour, because it came so highly rated on TripAdvisor and we're grossly disappointed. Our tour guide hardly told us anything about the history of Chiang Mai. When she did tell us something, she'd follow up with a contradictory answer. An example is when she took us to a farm in a village, showed us cauliflower, and never explained anything about farming in Thailand (even after we asked about it). The summary of the Lonely Planet guidebook was more informative and interesting than the 4.5 hour tour. The only redeeming quality was a nice long bike ride and a stop at a delicious place for lunch.

Great day out cycling around down lanes, lots of temples, ruins and the wood artist village was great.

Wee was an excellent guide for our trip. We took the cookies of Chiang Mai tour, which was perfect for us. Got us out of the main city and into the countryside to see a lot of things you would not get from other tours. Really great experience, better than a lot of other tours we have taken in other cities.

Brilliant. Our guide Tong spoke good English, and was full of useful information, and would answer all of our questions about the local area and its people. Bikes well maintained. The full day trip is about 45km, but it's mostly flat, so not difficult. Bring sunscreen! I would have been crispy bacon if I'd not been able to top up every few hours. Highly recommended for the lunch alone.

January 2020, a morning Colours Bike tour around Chiang Mai. This was a fabulous experience and made all the better by our expert guide, Benz. The tour took us around interesting areas on the outskirts of Chiang Mai and gave us a glimpse into day to day Thai life. The bamboo rice stick were so interesting and delicious. The visit to the school was delightful. The meal at lunchtime was delicious and Benz helped us to understand the complexities of Thai cuisine. Benz went out of her way to answer all of our questions in detail and was very knowledgeable. The local market was great, again, Benz explaining everything too us. We did lots of other things and I could go on. I do a lot of cycling at home and found the bikes to be comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a great experience which I can highly recommend. Thank you so much Benz 👏👏

Fun to ride with our guide Wee. We've learned a lot. And enjoyed the colours of Chiang Mai tour very much! Even ate some crickets on the local marked.
