Pros: The owner itself is very accomodating. The staffs are accomodating as well. The room design are unique and I enjoy the place very much. Cons: The place is quite difficult to find specially to a non thai speaker/reader. The room we got has a little strange smell that cannot be removed. Staffs are not available 24 hours (as what i observed). Overall I am giving this place a 5 stars for their customer service.

Pros; Amazing guest house for the price! I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. Our room was very clean. Its interior was beautiful. Very quiet area. Very nicely served breakfast. The breakfast place is decorated in the Route 66 style - very beautiful. They also have a big fountain. Cons: very small car park, but still fits cars.

The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean. Some plug sockets weren't working properly and the sink was shaky. On top we ordered for the next early morning a tuk tuk to bring us to the bus station but it was simply forgotten. Luckily there was still enough time in the morning to order a new one.

This place looks the part (though reception is inauspicious) with instagrammable decor and pool; however they just haven't quite got the rest right. On arrival we were shown to a room with no window, despite specifically booking a room with windows and separate living area - after being shown 4 other rooms (none of which resembled the room we'd booked) we gave up and accepted one. The bed was super soft and uncomfortable, breakfast somewhat limited and coffee was not included. It's a bit of a walk down a gravel road to get from reception to the rooms. The most annoying thing though was the air conditioner condensing pipe, which was located in the corner of the bathroom so that the floor was constantly wet. Location is also a bit out of town in an area with not much happening, it's about a 15 minute walk into the centre for restaurants, songthaew to the old city, etc.

A place that you can relax. We stayed for two nights in early March. The room was spacious, clean with very good wifi. The breakfast ​service was excellent. We will go back again. However, it is better if you have your own car.
