Expensive and really terrible. I had booked a package with 30 min body scrub and 90 min massage and the therapist spent much longer doing my scrub and my massage seemed to last 50 min max. The massage was awful, it had no rhythm whatsoever and was like she was randomly gently stroking me. I asked for more pressure and then it was way too much and painful, she was going over my spine and bones. It was such a frustrating experience, the worst massage I've had in Thailand in 3 months. There was no hole in bed to put your face and so my neck is super painful now, The sauna didn't work and the steam room was too powerful to sit inside. I would avoid and go elsewhere. Waste of money

Mostly male clientele for this spa, masseurs generally decent and clean. The massage skills fluctuate from one to the next. Be careful about one or two of them possibly asking for a tip which I find unprofessional, but very rare actually.

I had two bad massages in Chiang Mai. My partner recommended Sanctuary spa and it didn’t disappoint. Did 1.5 hours with Khun Jo. He is very attentive. Asked about the massage and the temperature in the room. The owners were really nice. The room is very clean with private shower. At the end of massage, Khub Jo offered fresh coconut and sweet mango. I am impressed. We are now a fan and will be back! Update. May 2023. Just had another great massage with Mister Ton. Very strong pressure. Great technique. The owner is very attentive. Highly recommend. If you want a truly skilled masseuse, you must try Mister Rom. Rom skills were impeccable.

Great service. Reasonable price. The coconut and fruit at the end of service is an excellent touch. It would be more comfortable if the massage table can have the hole for the head to rest in. It's uncomfortable with my head twisted to one side as the masseuse worked on my back.

I used to like this place but the owners don’t reply to booking when it’s high season whereas they are chasing you during low season. Massages here have become bad quality compared to before. Too bad, I won’t return

I very much enjoyed my body scrub + 90 minute aromatherapy massage. Boon, the owner was very kind. He even offered me use of the sauna, which wasn't included in the package. Noam, the masseuse gave a very good massage. I highly recommend. Another nice perk is the coconut 🥥 and mango after your massage. I'll be back when I'm in Chiang Mai in the future.

Retro environment, good service,located beside the road ,the price is more expensive than other massage centers. Everyone likes to have different tastes and end up with coconut juice and fruit entertaining.

Best salon de massage in Chiangmai. I stayed in this city for 4 days and I came to have the massage every day. After the massage, the fruit and coconut were generously offered.

Massage was OK but beware of the masseur jo as he is a money boy. Try to avoid him as its not appropriate to ask for money as the massage has been paid which include all service.

Went to this Sanctuary Spa Chiang Mai today. The scenic was such a beauty. The manager was very attentive and was immediately gave us a welcome bottle of water. There my partner and I both selected the masseur. The room was clean and today and it comes with soothing massage music and the melody almost make me sleep throughout. Masseur was attentive and the strength is just right and he did ask me whether I am here for holiday and that’s all and throughout just concentrate the massage on me. At the end of the session I tip the masseur and thank him for his wonderful massage. At the counter we were amazed by the spa who gave us a compliment fruit mango and and coconut drink for our patronage . We thank the manager greatly, this is the spa we are talking about - 5 stars for the service. We will definitely be back and recommended to our friends.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Spa gets A+. I just had a 90-minute massage with Boon. He certainly knows his stuff. I was offered shower facilities before and after my massage, and after my full 90 mins of his professional service, I was offered fruit and coconut. I will certainly be back. Great service deserves a good tip.
