I found bed bugs in my room and I got bitten by spiders during my stay, which cause my calves to swollen. I had to move my bed from the mezzanine to the lower floor. However the place is cheap, 300 baht for a single private room with toilet and other people didn't have any problems. There are loads of mosquitoes in the common area.

Cheap many times means expensive! Don’t expect staff will understand English. From the road looks good, restaurant okay, but the inside feels sketchy, specially in the rooms. Forget about renovations, for the price you will pay don’t expect a lot and fancy rooms... but at least they could IMPROVE more the house keeping. The bathroom was the worse we have seen in Thailand of 20 days trip so far. In the room we stayed the window lack the glass, the mesh is there tho, and we could hear all the noise from outside. And PLEASEEEEE DO NOT leave anything of value because they give you a lock and the key and expect for the best....

It was our mistake not to trust the reviews. The place was actually the worst we saw in our whole trip, and don't take me wrong - we've slept in many budget places. The room and the bathroom was very dirty, bedsheets were so heavily soiled we didn't dare to sit on it - how can you even supposed to sleep there? After five minutes we were out and booked another much better place near by for the same price. We've contacted agoda for a refund and they were happy to do it, but the hostel rejected. Please, don't do our mistake, stay away!

FRAUDALENT!!! Booked on Agoda, pay at the property option, "Deluxe Double Room", with AC and fridge as advertised on the website. Upon arrival, I found out that "Deluxe Double Room" is a tiny room with fan only, they wanted me to pay extra 130 Baht to get AC room! Scammed right away. I shown the lady in the reception my booking details showing AC in the room features, but no, she insist I must pay more to get AC room. So I paid, got into the room finally, equally small as previous one, nowhere to put our belongings to it was so small. Bedding was soiled and had stains from previous use, but we thought we may accept it, as we already paid, already in the room.. But a minute later I find out that bed is infested with BED BUGS!!! Little things were crawling on the bedding, I took picture and video to show the owner! We came back to reception, cancelled out stay completely and got cash back right away, owner in the reception knows of this issue because she agreed without hesitation to cancel our stay!! AVOID this place at all cost!

Good points: free coffee, water, toilet paper, towel and soap Weaknesses: The staff is ok, but not very welcoming. The bathroom was no so clean and the bed sheets didn't smell washed. The tap water was disgusting, even just for hand washing and teeth brushing. It smelled horrible and of metal. And there was not much water coming out of the tap. The guesthouse is not noise isolated at all. You can hear everybody coughing, speaking, receiving whatsapp’s and email messages via phone etc. The window cannot be opened for aeration. And the room is super-tiny. For 280 Baht there must be something better (and there is something better actually). Conclusion: Can be an option, when everything else is either full or not affordable

Not a bad experience overall but some things might be improved without any particular efforts. First, the toilet paper and shower gel might be refilled.. and at least make the rubbish bin empty once in a while. Bad mattres is awful. Rooms are too small and you might have the feeling you can breathe. Finally, staff working there is not able to speak English properly and as a consequence they are unable to listen to your concerns/questions.

Staff are pretty rude and unhelpful. Didn't feel very welcome at all. Room was basic and not very clean. A few stains on the sheets and generally lazy cleaning over a long period of time is obvious. Walls are very thin and dirty, we were kept awake most of the night with other guests vomiting and speaking on the phone. If you're looking for a budget place to stay in old town last minute with air con then this could be for you...but I'd rather pay and extra 100 bhat for a nicer place any day. Regret booking.

The hotel was really bad, I rather stayed at a hostel. It is the worse bed I had in all of Thailand. The room is dirty and there was not a window in my room. I would not suggest you would stay here.

The flavor was good, but the soup was rather fatty. I ordered some rice on the side, but it didn’t taste fresh. The noodles were nice and the soup tasted good. Fast service. Though I feel like you could get a better price elsewhere.

Basic accommodations, 1 shower and 1 toilet, ok bed, I'd imagine that a full room would be bad for shower time, no place to hang out, maybe in the restaurant under the hostle, if you don't buy anything I am not sure they'll like it, nice balcony to see the street and night market, the location is good, near most of the temple and places to visit, in the "old quarter" the price is good. I'd recommend somewhere else I think, because this hotel was empty even during Songkran

My room is pretty basic, but its private and secure. The staff are kind and hard working. I think it's a little bit overpriced, but overall I'm very happy here. Great location and great staff!

The only good thing of this hotel is its placement in the center of the old town. Room: smells like humidity no matter how many hours you keep the ac in dry option; window that faces the aisle and that can't be closed (only insect screen and curtain) so you hear everything from every room. Bed: is as hard as usual in cheap Thai hotels and the pillow was a couch pillow (leather-like). Shower: has no pressure and you have to wash yourself over the wc. Sink: looks like it has never been clean and the water smells like iron.

Smelly room, many bugs, room and toilet was not clean, water smell like iron. Safety might say abit scary because only have the keys for the room (250-500 baht/night) but dont have security or receptionist. But it is very cheap. Owner please take a good care of all.

Staying here has been super comfortable. I love the aesthetics and atmosphere. It’s super close to a large variety of restaurants and shopping stores. The staff were very friendly and ready to offer help when needed. I stayed here for almost a week and would come back. Highly recommend.
