I think this is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! The perfect location, near the top attractions, the PERFECT hosts, ready to help you in every way possible, and the lady of the house prepares the best Thai breakfast. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, the room was very big (I got a deal ) and loved the details in interior design. Pissamorn is very helpful lady, gave me many tips and is also very fun to talk to . I wish I had booked there for remaining days but I already booked another place in advance. The location is middle of city , there is also wide selection of snacks and Thai banana for guests . Pissamorn herself cares a lot about the guest and wants them to have best experience, she speaks English very fluently

This is a fabulously appointed guesthouse. When you come off the laneway, you quickly realise that you are stepping into a beautifully furnished house, but that's the least of its attractions. Location-wise, it is great for the Sunday night market, which is almost literally outside your front door and a lot of the major temples are also only a short walk away, Wat Pra Singh, the most well-known, is only a couple of minutes away and, in fact, this is as good a direction as you can give to a taxi driver - they all know where it is and it's a 2-minute walk from there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well-fitted out. Wifi was better than what I've experienced in more expensive hotels. From the start, you are made to feel very welcome by Pissamorn. She will want to know what time you want to have breakfast because she prepares this in advance, including toasted home-made bread and jam (plus fresh fruit and eggs done as requested) - the simple things are excellent if they are done well! She is also a great source of information about what to do and see in Chiang Mai and, if you want to organise tours, she can be on the phone for you organising a decent rate. She made us feel very at home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book again. A wonderful stay.

A great local guesthouse right in the heart of the old city. Pissamorn is such a friendly and informative host who loves to chat. She bakes her own bread for the toast served at breakfast each morning. You also get freshly cooked eggs. A great way to start the day. Not sure on an itinerary? Just ask Pissamorn for ideas, she has lots. Highly recommended

What a great host. Any questions of what to do or where to go, are happily answered, So helpful. Even helped us negotiate a taxi for a half day at a great rate. The taxi however was a whole other story. Great breaky. If a homestay is what you would like to try, Pissamorn(mama san we liked to call her) place is great.

The location, the bedroom, the cleaning, relationship quality-price ...everything was perfect!! Meeting Pissamorn was fantastic, she recommended us the best places to visit, prepare some sweets, and even negociate the price with the taxi for us. Thanks for everything!! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Pissamorn Chang Mai. George and Kim were absolutely amazing. We had general ideas of what we wanted to see and do while in Chang Mai but hadn't planned out the details. George was eager to assist us with any tour or private driver we may have needed. He dropped us off at the night market our first night, and made sure we enjoyed our time wisely. We took their recommendations for a Thai massage just around the corner and it was incredible. Kim makes a fabulous breakfast in the morning. A tasty home cooked meal with home made bread. We extended our stay and had too different rooms. Both rooms were very clean, and we were more than happy with the small details like free coffee/pop/water. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We were at Pissamorn House for 4 days. The room is very comfy with all the amenities, Pissamorn is very friendly and gave us all the information that we need.

George and Kim were excellent hosts in Chiang Mai. We enjoyed the many discussions we had with them about Chiang Mai and Dallas (where they had spent a lot of time several years back). Their place is very well located - close to major sights in the old city. The room itself was comfortable. Overall an excellent place and we would certainly stay there again in our next visit.
