I've never been to a place like Longhua before. Very unique experience to choose each of your meat, seafood, noodles and vegetables and they prepare for you in a Sezchuan style sauces. Be aware even medium spicy can be very spicy

The concept of this restaurant is truly unique. It operates on a self-service model where you can fill your bowl with whatever you desire, and then you pay based on the total weight. You also have the option to select your choice of soup. I had never tried mala soup with milk before, so I opted for a less spicy version. The taste left a lasting impression on me – it was incredibly rich in flavor, especially due to the combination of beef, mushrooms, and beef balls. My favorite one is beef dumpling, which is rare to be found anywhere. The experience was worth every penny, given the quality, quantity, and distinctive nature of what was offered. We will definitely be returning in the future.

One of my fav mala tang restaurant in CM. Highly recommended. Their milky mala soup is a must try.

An interesting way to try noodle soup in Chiang Mai. Especially if you’re looking for something away from the main touristy areas. You hand pick your own ingredients from a variety meats, veggies, and noodles and take it to the counter for cooking. Wait a few minutes and you get a huge bowl of delicious soup

We didn't know where to go for dinner so we decided to have a look inside Longhua. Here you can pick all the ingredients you want in your soup and then choose your soup base. I went for the mala milk soup base (less spicy..) and it was delicious and just spicy enough to enjoy it without spitting fire 😂👍
