The room was clean and the property was new and clean too. But there were some problems with the property. Like one of the receptionists was extremely rude and sometimes when we went to the reception to ask questions, she would not even acknowledge our presence. If something was not available, instead of politely saying that it is not available, she would just look up move her hand and say ‘No Have’! Another problem, the property was understaffed, there was no bell boy to carry the luggage or show the room. The restaurant staff was very understaffed too. And even though they were nice and friendly, it seemed that they were overburdened with work and as a result food was not great too. The quantity was very little, the variety was minimal and it was devoid of good taste. The property is located a bit far off from the town but they offer shuttle service at 50 bhat per person two way which is reasonable considering how expensive Krabi can be with traveling. You could also hire a scooter with the hotel for 300 bhats which is the cheapest and easiest option available. Overall! The property for me was just okay! I wouldn’t book it again or recommend it to any of my friends who expect great hospitality experience!

Very clean and good equipped hotel. Super friendly staff, housekeepers on top of everything- so fresh water and tea/ coffee toped up daily. City / mountain bikes available without question, motorbikes available for 300B for whole day. Basket ball court- swimming pool also available. Highly recommended but be prepared that the hotel is not that close to the old town so either cycling or motorbikes will be needed.

THB 750 per night was worth the money for this amamzing place. Wouldnt pay more than that. Its far from the Beach. Clean and tidy with comfortable bedding.

The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond helping us get food, scooter rentals and airport transportation. They even helped us find a good hospital to go to when I was sick with food poisoning. The hotel itself was great, there was a tad bit of an odd smell to the room but outside of that everything was perfect and the help from the friendly staff made the stay a 10/10

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Like the name, this place has got a chilled out vibe. Clean and fairly big rooms. The location is a bit far from the town, but away from the hustle and traffic. Ample parking lots. Mornings were so peaceful. Warm, smiling, welcoming and courteous staff. Attentive housekeeping services. Limited but affordable breakfast. To my surprise, breakfast wasn't included even in the 'deluxe room with pool access' package (it wasn't mentioned in the booking details made through Agoda either), so don't go with an assumption that it's included by default. If you love peaceful resort like setup, you'll love this place.

Very clean, quiet, modern and comfortable rooms, excellent service and facilities at a very fair and reasonable price. I haven't used the pool, but it looks clean and inviting. Pleasant and peaceful location but quite far from the town centre, markets etc., no problem with a car as good parking. One suggestion would be to improve the water pressure for the shower which is adequate but would benefit the experience if a stronger delivery could be provided. Another constructive suggestion would be to add a small towel rail / peg next to the WHB for hand / face towels, in the pursuit for perfection. 😊

Everything about the hotel is great except for the location. Bed was very comfortable. It is far from the town centre about 5km. Rooms could be better with a safe, flat screen tv with Netflix, etc.

Excellent place to stay with affordable price. Amazing staff and their service. They also have cycles and motor bikes kept available for the guests. PS: Indian restaurants might be little far.

The rooms were very clean. Staff was kind, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. It was home while in Krabi. I definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Solid hotel for the price. Nothing too fancy but clean and well taken care for. The breakfast was so-so. You get to pick one of 3 predefined options each day which can get booring if you're staying for longer period of time. The security deposit for the keycard was silly... Never has that before. I guess people loosing it on a regular basis has been an actual issue at some point.

Nice and clean rooms. Well maintained and looks newly built. Little far from beaches and main town areas, so advisable to have your own arrangements of transportation (we had a self drive vehicle with us) Hotel restaurant closes at 8:30pm which is little inconvenient for planning dinner this early on vacations :-) Rest all good.

The room was good and clean. Shower head was broken so did not stay on the hook. Noise travelled fast from other rooms. All in all it was worth the money, just bits and pieces should be updated.

We only stayed the one night due to a flight the next day. But this is a super clean, new hotel. Our room was great and it probably had the comfiest bed we’ve stayed in so far in Thailand! The swimming pool is good too and very much a sun trap. The restaurant is really cheap also. The staff were friendly enough. Just watch out for ants as we came across a whole army of them coming in from our balcony, nothing some repellent couldn’t fix so we didn’t bother telling the staff as it was past midnight.

Good, nice room, clean but cannot explore too much because its quite far to community area hard to find food or shop but the place is very private comfy and relax. At least there is 1 tasty Dimsum restaurant in front of the main road which serve breakfast and lunch.
