The
room
was
clean
and
the
property
was
new
and
clean
too.
But
there
were
some
problems
with
the
property.
Like
one
of
the
receptionists
was
extremely
rude
and
sometimes
when
we
went
to
the
reception
to
ask
questions,
she
would
not
even
acknowledge
our
presence.
If
something
was
not
available,
instead
of
politely
saying
that
it
is
not
available,
she
would
just
look
up
move
her
hand
and
say
‘No
Have’!
Another
problem,
the
property
was
understaffed,
there
was
no
bell
boy
to
carry
the
luggage
or
show
the
room.
The
restaurant
staff
was
very
understaffed
too.
And
even
though
they
were
nice
and
friendly,
it
seemed
that
they
were
overburdened
with
work
and
as
a
result
food
was
not
great
too.
The
quantity
was
very
little,
the
variety
was
minimal
and
it
was
devoid
of
good
taste.
The
property
is
located
a
bit
far
off
from
the
town
but
they
offer
shuttle
service
at
50
bhat
per
person
two
way
which
is
reasonable
considering
how
expensive
Krabi
can
be
with
traveling.
You
could
also
hire
a
scooter
with
the
hotel
for
300
bhats
which
is
the
cheapest
and
easiest
option
available.
Overall!
The
property
for
me
was
just
okay!
I
wouldn’t
book
it
again
or
recommend
it
to
any
of
my
friends
who
expect
great
hospitality
experience!
