Made a switch to the Elements from another hotel while in Krabi. Elements has five star service - staff go out of their way to ensure you are having a great time. Hotel itself is beautiful with a fabulous pool, gorgeous indigenous gardens and a spa. Gym, games room, kids playroom, Library, zen garden etc. Breakfast buffet is excellent, restaurant has diverse menu for lunch and dinner. There are 2 Thai restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well. Location is about 20 min out of town, but there is a daily free shuttle at 3pm and 5pm. The beach in front of the hotel is not great, there us a grass area where you can relax but the beach very rocky and not great for swimming, however a gorgeous beach about 2km from the hotel, with a very nice beach bar also. My only recommendation would be that the hotel should also offer a daily shuttle to the beach as they do for the market.

Staff are polite and helpful. Food is good. Enjoy the time in resort.

Best hospitality. The manager Justin was one that is memorable as he was really polite and fun to talk to. Overall the hospitality was the aspect I liked. The included breakfast was also very good. The rooms were spacious with a semi jacuzzi tub.

So nice here. The rooms are nice, the pool is very clean 👌

Everything was great 👍,good environment,service,etc despite low period with very low occupancy . Will definitely first choice if come back for another Krabi holiday. Byebye Mr Justin and team. Thanks again.

incredible hotel, it was the best choice to end our trip to Krabi, very nice and friendly staff, thank you very much for the warm welcome🙏🏻❤️ the room was large and cozy, which was very memorable, the delicate floral smell, a large clean bed, a hot bathroom, and a delicious breakfast, where you could choose whatever you wanted, we will definitely come back again, I’m in love with this hotel❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful resort with excellent hospitality.. me and my husband had a great time here and we definitely felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.. clean and comfy room with pool access.. loved the pool, they had a pool bar where you can order drinks from their restaurant. Breakfast buffet was not bad.. we also tried breakfast in pool and that was so good.. location wise, there’s a 7 11 closeby.. a beach right opposite the resort ( not recommended for swimming) they also provide shuttle service to aonang, where u can have plenty of bars and restaurants to chill.. also bicycles 🚴 so you can ride and explore the area.. overall, Loved it! Thank you!

A relaxing place. Good breakfast. Near a nice seafood restaurant n 7 eleven store just nearby. Had a tour of four islands with lunch provided. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. All staffs were friendly, attentive n prompt.

Amazing resort. The definition of paradise. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful. Perfect for kids. Our almost 1 year old loved the pool area, the playroom, the jacuzzi in the room and the staff. 😃 There was a 7eleven a few minutes walk from the hotel. Beautiful beaches and nice restaurants was about 15-20 minutes walk away or a few minutes with tuktuk or car.

The place and the room is really nice but the most impression is their staff and service, I would love to visit there again...and I hope u too!!!

Great vacation spent at The Elements. I like the way they put things together in a limited area. My family and I spent our NYE at the countdown party, there were some activities and prizes for guests (we won our special prize as well) 😆. They also have a nice gym with chest press, pull down machine, leg extension, db racks & so on 5/5 stars for all of the staffs. They were super lovely, helpful and kind with excellent service mind. For breakfast buffet, I wouldn’t recommend you to expect to have everything in a buffet breakfast would have had because most of the food they supposed to have they didn’t (Most food was already empty in the trays since 8 am was very unusual and took too long to refill them) Honestly i was not satisfied to get breakfast there. Another thing is the bed, the bed was comfy but the bed frame was bigger than the mattress itself i accidentally hit the bed frame on my leg shin every time ;’( The rest of it was great i couldn’t complain. i hope my opinion helps in deciding on where would you spend your vacation.

The hotel itself is really nice, small and compact for families. The house keeping team is great and keeps the rooms clean and quickly comes after your wishes. The hotel is very remote which makes it difficult to get anywhere since it’s not easy to get a taxi. Unfortunately the rest of the staff is completely incompetent and the service is very poor. The tables are never ready to eat and you have to get cutlery yourself. Further also the empty plates never get cleaned up and especially the restaurant team is complete disorganised and literally helpless. Unfortunately the reception team is not a lot better. During a gala dinner the Head of Staff introduced the team with the outcome that more then half of the 10 people staff i say over my 3 days stay are non English speaking interns. Which explains the problems they have with there staff and international guests. Judging by the reviews Thai people like it and you find many of them there but if you’re not thai stay away from this hotel and find another more central located place to stay.

a great resort! I went there with my family in feb 2019. (teenager sons.)Everything was perfect, quiet place close to the jungle, swimming pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast great, with every choice, staff is so kind, lovely and helpful. Superior rooms with pool access are spacious, beautiful comfortable and enjoyable, with the terrace and the pool at the end of it. Food very nice. We will be back for sure. We had motorbike rented and it was great in 5 minutes you can go to tub kaek beach which is stunning with breathtaking sunset. The resort provide a free shuttle for ao nang beach too, there is the spa and they organize activities (by boat)

I stay there on 17 November 2019. Sorry as i supposed to post this review earlier. To be honest, this is one of the best hotel ever stay. The team are kind enough to help me to arrange the transport from the airport to the hotel (it was a very last minute arrangement) and I did not expect that the hotel is kinda far from the main Krabi town. But the location is perfect for me as i don't want to stay near crowded area. Once we reached the hotel, we being greeted by the receptionist (Ms Pla) and we received a welcome drinks and cold towel during our check in (which we didnt expect that as we paid a very cheap rate that time). Ms Pla assisted us on the check in process and explain on all the facilities that available at the hotel. And Ms Pla gave us a personal tour around the hotel and to the room. Extra miles i should say from the reception team. Food wise, i cant comment much as we spend most of the time at Krabi town till midnight. But their breakfast was good, with lots of varieties from Western to Thai breakfast. The waiters are friendly and attentive. Awesome Our room is good. and the view is nice as we can still see the beaches from our balcony. We had a good time lepaking at the balcony chatting till midnight ;-) The hotel provides scooter for us to travel during our stay and the rent is cheap. Wifi was good. no problem so far... Overall.. i definitely will come and stay in this hotel again! Thank you all!! (Sorry for any grammatical error as English is not my main language :-P )

The resort is a bit old overall but understandable as it run for qiute a long time now. The check-in went smoothly, receptionists were super helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. One complaint is that there were soooo many ants in the room, probably coming from the balcony but it was a bummer to room's cleanliness.

Not for budget-conscious travelers as it is quite expensive. But you get what you pay for. Rooms very luxurious, grounds are beautifully landscaped with a set of pools intermingled with the gardens. Diverse buffet breakfast is included, including creamy curry sauces. Free use of 1-speed bicycles for tiny people. You can hike to Nong Tha Lay Mountain right out the back door of the hotel. Inexpensive restaurants across the street on the beach.
