I
found
this
hotel
after
arriving
in
Chiang
Ma
at
11pm
and
realizing
that
I
had
accidentally
booked
my
original
hotel
for
the
day
following
my
arrival
and
that
original
hotel
was
fully
booked
for
the
night
I
arrived.
I
desperately
called
nearby
hotels,
with
the
Mercure
having
a
room
available
for
that
night.
The
best
thing
about
the
hotel
was
Tara,
the
absolutely
wonderful
late
shift
front
desk
associate
who
got
me
squared
away
with
a
room
immediately.
She
is
extremely
warm,
polite,
and
her
English
is
fantastic.
If
you
check
in
later
in
the
evening,
please
give
her
a
warm
hello,
because
she
is
tier
one.
She
is
the
reason
that
this
particular
hotel
has
a
5
star
rating
and
not
a
4.
The
air
conditioning
in
the
hotel
rooms
was
fantastic,
if
you
are
not
a
fan
of
hot
weather,
the
hotels
AC
was
bar
none
exceptional.
The
room
service
menu
was
quite
limited
but
everything
I
ordered
from
the
menu
was
quite
appetizing
and
of
good
value.
The
location
is
slightly
north
of
the
old
city
but
still
within
a
very
convenient
distance
to
the
old
town.
My
primary
dissatisfaction
with
the
hotel
were
only
that
there
were
no
towels
in
my
room
when
I
arrived
but
that
was
quickly
squared
away
by
alerting
the
hotel
staff.
The
second
issue
was
that
the
water
in
the
shower
was
not
very
hot
and
that
was
the
only
annoyance
that
was
not
something
that
could
not
be
addressed.
