This is a faded mid to low end shopping centre with a small range of cheap products and a good supermarket in the ground floor. Parking is okay and the toilets are clean enough. Place serves as a vaccination centre now which is fast and efficient.

A safe place to trust my children. This Taekwondo Always disinfect and clean every day. He is Korean. Taekwondo gym the original method taught by a Korean Taekwondo teacher . He was the head coach of several national teams. The only place in Thailand to obtain a school license. This is Taekwondo school.

The Explace Mall is a nice small mall, I think it's convenient. The parking lot is sufficient.

Nice place to go eat, easy parking and lot's of restaurants to choose from, and a full supermarket. They always have cheap clothes too.

The Starbucks is cosy and comfortable.You can enjoy Bangkok Post getting economic updates.At the “Explace” you have a wide variety of restaurants. Lim Lao Ngow tells you that “ No Noodle No Life”. The atmospheres here is above your expectations!

I often visit this place during the COVID pandemic. Top Supermarket is in this mall and also a pet shop named Peta. It is a very convenience place and a bit far from community with less people which is very suitable during the COVID pandemic. Though TOP supermarket here is quite small but it offers variety of products which serve my need very well. Moreover, there is a grocery store name Watson here where I could by cosmetics and skin care with ease.

Their disadvantages they were too close to the Mall , i saw in 2 years time shop come and go . i do understand the owner drive pass concept but to keep up with upscale shopping mall more need to be done , beside trying very hard to bring in flashy show , maybe convert into education purpose might prove to better option.
