Very disappointed with the result and service , paid a hefty price for bleaching ,the added treatment which I didn’t ask for also I wasn’t told how much I would pay until the end of the service . My hair was blow dried ( you never blow dry curly hair when it’s bleached ) , I complained to salon and was told to come in for a toner next week that I have to pay for even though the job is incomplete . Also I gave them the opportunity to rectify the hair job , They cancelled my appointment due to my review . I am extremely disappointed , it is very clear the staff is unprofessional. Please be warned everyone.

I had a very thorough pedicure. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. My therapist put a lot of effort into it. I will gladly come again.

Thanks Head 2 Toe Salon for a lovely experience. Brought my daughter for a 3 hour make-over - hair, nails, skin (from head to toe as what the salon espouses) and she enjoyed it so much. She likes to tell her friends the facial was so relaxing that she fell asleep and her hair is much softer now after treatment. As soon as you enter, a full bevy of staff attend to you and they are so accommodating and friendly, you feel comfortable and right at home. They gave us a good price for everything and speak good English. They offer all kinds of services, from hair blow out and manicures to facials and waxing. Pamper yourself and go to this one-stop beauty salon for all your beauty needs

I'm a bit late with this review, but I never forgot about the amazing experience I had at this gem of a salon located in the heart of Bangkok. Especially after traveling around Thailand with great looking hair :) Firstly let me say a huge Thank YOU! For the wonderful service and especially to the wonderful people who makes this salon so special. I can't wait for my next trip to Bangkok! They were so accommodating to my needs, my lack of directions lol, making me feel as comfortable as possible even after I was dripping with sweat and exhaustion. The amazing owner even took us to the ferry boat and was always available online with quick responses. The Brazilian Blowout was applied to my hair with professional care to detail. After being treated so well, I doubt I will be visiting another salon in a long time. I look forward to trying out their other services on my return. Definitely not gate-keeping this place, and telling all my family & friends about them. Thank you so much to all at Head2Toe, you guys have a special place in my heart xx

I had a great experience with this salon for hair and makeup services at my home for a big event. The team was prompt, efficient, and professional. I was very happy with how my hair and makeup came out - thanks to the team for the great effort! The experience was very relaxed and very easy to arrange, saving me a lot of stress.

This salon is fantastic for colouring (I cannot review for a cut as I didn’t get one)! They did an exceptional balayage on my hair and took the time to listen to my request for something low maintenance. We ended up using a high-lift tint instead of bleach and toner. As a bonus they use Kevin Murphy products containing no ammonia. At the same time I got a pedicure which included a super relaxing foot and calf massage. Delightful. Whilst my hair was being dyed the salon provided a nice green tea and fresh banana to eat :) My Thai language skills are very minimal but this salon has many non-Thai speaking clients so I felt no language barrier. I organised everything through Facebook messenger before arrival so extremely easy for a tourist like myself! A short walk from the four seasons hotel and took 2 hours for consultation, dye, simultaneous pedicure, wash and hair mask. 5 stars, high-class service, clean salon with friendly and thoughtful staff.

I’ve visited this salon a few times for Brazilian blowout and hair cut. The service has always been good, the staff are lovely and communication easy in English (my Thai is pitiful when it comes to haircuts). While they’re not the cheapest place around, I feel confident that I can go to this salon and they will do a good job - worth every penny for peace of mind.

Went because I bid on hair treatment voucher from Paws Bkk. Wanted a bold haircut but was skeptical at first as not many stylist understands my need to thin out my hair. Hair turns out great, exactly per photo example I showed :") only thing to improve is the awareness on cleanliness as the hairdresser trimmed my bangs without fully covering my clothes so had to brush around for a bit after cut 😅

Update: I’ve been contacted by the salon via Instagram immediately after the review threatening to take legal action for the negative review, so be aware that negative comments are not left alone here… The WORST salon I’ve ever been to! They pretended to know how to style curly hair and they absolutely had no idea (she used heat and asked if I was satisfied with a horrific frizzy mess on my head so I had to wash again and teach her!!). The makeup was a disaster that I had her remove it and they use some cheap regular nail polish that takes ages to dry. I literally had it damaged after 3 hours of trying to dry it off, so I wasted time and money (1100 baht) over nothing. Would never recommend it to be honest. DISCLAIMER: This is my opinion based on my own experience without any reference or intent to defame the place.
