Huge privacy issue. Someone put a camera under the gap of the door. I noticed it just after I got out of the shower. So they like have naked photos/video. When I went to the front desk, there was no one there. I found the front desk person in a room next door watching movies on his phone. When I explained the situation I asked if there were any security cameras. He told me there was only security video of the front desk, which was interesting since he was in the side room. When I asked if he could keep an eye on the hallways for someone filming inside guests rooms he replied by saying “Can you?” and went back to watching movies on his phone. The lack of interest might suggest that this is something that normally happens at this hotel. There are mosquitoes in the bathroom and bedroom. The hot water heater in the shower wouldn’t power on. When I asked the front desk person if he had an idea why it wouldn’t power on, he just said “No hot water”. The lobby is loud night and day, and you can hear it from the room. You can also hear anyone using the plumbing from the room. So maybe the rooms at this hotel are best for people who leave their front door open and party all day and night. There is some sort of issue with the plumbing in the bathroom. The toilet erupts like a geyser every few hours. Not sure if that’s methane coming back through the pipes or it’s back pressure from when someone else is flushing. So there will be toilet water all over the toilet and bathroom. The bed is very hard. Not recommended for light sleepers. The WiFi is very very slow. The connection constantly resets, so don’t plan on doing any sort of transactions over the wifi.

Hotel have bed bug or mosquito or something, it bite me when i sleep. In the morning i have more than 20 bug bite place on my legs. I stay in the 7 floors, no one help us to carry my luggage, me and my wife need to climb 7 floors. Worst experiences ever. The room hv no window, and they toilet stink, lack of fressair. The bed was hard and the tv is only in Thai. Everything was bad, we book fully stay on Trevaloka app and pay for 6 night already, and we need to move out. Even the hotel sign fall off, and no one fix it.

Hate this hotel. It is a seven story hotel but doesn't have any elevator. Even having a booking from agoda they gave us a room at top floor floor. Where as they had vacant rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor. Insisted that we have senior citizen with us even then they disagree to give us better rooms. Not recommended at all.

I had a very bad experience. * The WiFi was not working and the receptionist lied about it. * The room was too small. * There was no cupboard. * Power plug was far away. * The Air Conditioner was not working. * Unable to lock the bathroom door. * No Air Ventilation.

They make you sign a disclaimer in which they are not responsible for ANYTHING in your room and just when ur about to leave you start to notice things are missing, they stole some shoes from my brother and my aunt (both in different rooms). The guy in the front desk gives the worst service ever and when we told him about the incident he almost threw our bags to the street. The rooms are dirty and with ants, in my mom's room the AC and the bathroom were leaking, we were told that they would call the plumber to fix it, when we arrived to the room the "fix" was puting towels undeneath... The worst hotel in bangkok!

2019: Horrible. Mostly the attitude of the staff, who was rude and mean. The room we booked was not given to us. We booked a tripple room with city view, but was given a tripple room without a window and much smaller. The room was on the seventh floor and there is no elevator in the hotel. While checking in we asked the staff to give us a room on lower levels to which he said that all lower level rooms already have guests and are not available. But we later found that there were atleast 2 rooms available on lower floors. On that the staff asked for more money. It was a pretty bad experience and i will not suggest this hotel to anyone else. 2018: A budget hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice housekeeping. The rooms could have been spacious. There is no lift, so make sure you reserve lower floors. It would be really difficult to carry heavy luggage beyond 5 floors. No room service, so dont expect water or food being delivered , they dont even have an intercom. However, since its cheap and is located at a prime location, you can adjust for sure. Starbucks, seven11, superrich, subway etc ,just around the corner, makes your life easier.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Tv only had two channels. Clean and tasteful. A little overpriced, but book at agoda for a much cheaper rate. The cleaning staff was super loud early in the mornings, sitting in the stairway and talking loudly on the phone. Bring earplugs!

It had a terrible smell to it, they put us on the seventh floor and there's no lift. We asked for help with our bags and he laughed at us and said no. They gave us one pillow each and when we went down to ask for more he refused and said they do not provide extra bedding. Couldn't help us with a bus to the border either. Terrible hotel and terrible service. Stay away from this stinky place!
