Absolute Disaster❌ We booked the tickets online, it should be quick and easy. Instead, people working at the box office had no idea what’s going on, inefficient, and it took an average of 10 min for each customer to get the wristband(you scan the QR code on it to get in). They even didn’t know their own promotion, which is every wristband comes with a free drink. They even had to make phone calls to verify it, which delayed the whole process. Upon entering the park, your bag will be checked, no food or water is allowed. Once you get in, you cannot re-enter(they don’t want you to get food and drinks from your car). There was only one register working at the food counter, which was ridiculous(they told us the other register broke). We had to queue up for about an hour but the queue barely moved, so we had to give up. The rides are good, thrilling and get your adrenaline pumping. That’s the only positive side about this place. In terms of prices, 1590 baht for adults, 1290 for seniors and kids. You’re almost forced to pay 300 baht for a locker, since you can’t carry your bag while riding the rides. 258 baht for a pad Thai, 148 for a small portion of French fries. To sum up: rides are good, management is shocking. Wouldn’t go back again.

A really fun water park for all ages! The slides were fun and the area was beautiful and clean. We bought our tickets when we arrived and paid around 2000 baht for 2 adults. Plus around 100 baht for a locker. Changing area, toilet, shower and lockers were all in one place, at the entrance. At least we couldn’t find a toilet anywhere else, but the whole place were a bit unclear on where to go and where to find places or slides. Food was good, no ridiculous prices but not many options tho. A really great place to have fun with your friends and family! We as two adults easily spend 4 hours here!

We were a group of 5 adults and had an awesome time here. We actually came for a 39th birthday which they worked so hard to make special and it was great. Since it is low season there’s no long wait for rides or food. I would say we couldn’t get on the flow rider because the same 5 people do it all day and you’d have to wait for about an hour which didn’t seem worth it. But the slides are awesome and keep you busy and fit. Food was good and cabana is a good idea when you have a larger group as it comes with couches and a safe. Would love to visit again, we stayed until closing! The big wave pool with movies playing was my favorite. Also do the go karting! It’s pricey but you race for a really long time

We spent the whole day there and I loved the place. Best themed water park with a lot of amusement characters inside. You must visit.

We visited you waterpark today (13th October 2022), 2 adults and 2 kids, when I first walked in, we were excited to explore and have fun in the waterpark, but soon realised our excitement was misplaced for the following reasons: 1) Jumanji - a mother and her daughter got stuck on the slide half way down and all 3 rides ceased while the attendant had to go and help them. 2) The slide with the lay down matts, only 2 working when you have 4 slides. 3) One of the slides in the kids side not working. 4) The slide where you stand and the floor drops, not working. 5) Lazy river, doesn’t push you round and you have to push yourself. 6) The park is made from cheap plastic pipes, for the price they charge it looks and is cheap looking, things not painted or finished properly. 7) In the changing room, electrical wire hanging down on the showers, this is extremely dangerous and not what you expect to see. 8) We ordered 2 Fried rice for our kids, after 45 minutes we were still waiting and there were about 20 people before us also still waiting, only one server preparing food and not following the order of the tickets, we cancelled our order. 9) Cabanas are extremely overpriced for seating in the shade, no safe, no fan, no aircon, no fridge like other water parks It is clear there is no proper management overseeing what is going on, do not waste you money at this waterpark.

Facilities are new, and clean. The Aquaverse movie above the wave pool was really cool. Food is average since pizza was not warm enough. The wrist band with the QR code has wallet feature was convenient, we also like the towel rental service. The water slides are really really fun, mostly kids friendly. (120cm + recommended). The staff all had a poker face without a welcomed spirit but overall experience was a pleasant one. Will definitely come back again.

Came here with my family to entertain my son for his birthday. The children enjoyed the water activities. The kids especially liked the foam. The number of employees shows that the organizers care about the safety of visitors. Usually in such water parks the water is cold, but in this one the water was not cold, as it should be. We also informed the workers that our son had a birthday and they organized congratulations for him. It was nice. I can recommend.

It’s ok place to visit if you’re not experienced one. Comparing it to European parks or North American is a so-so. The price is HIGH! We paid for the tickets, for the tent to stay all day and didn’t even get the towels! And the music is very loud! Drives you nuts! Two huge buckets hanging on the top, when the water comes, the flow may hit your kids head really bad, keep it in mind. There is also a very slippery area around little fountains! PS All the shows are quite pathetic

Once I visit this place, I have been there with my friends after we finish our school trip. In my opinion, it is good place to spend time the day with a group of friends. My favorite water park rides that we will be sit on the big rubber ring because when it slides down, the rubber ring can be rotate due to the weight of the person who sit on it which I prefer this more than just sliding down directly.

I didn't expect of having so much fun. I'm adult man and spend wonderful day with my family. Some slides really give you a good adrenaline rush. Safetyness at very high level. Pizza wasn't best in the world but it was alright. You can spend 4 hours there without getting bored. Well recomended!

A bit pricey! Fun but easy to get bored. 8 kids slider, 10 adult sliders Not recommend if you have to pay the full price 😩

The rules for using the children's section of the park have changed. Now, a 5-year-old child cannot go down most of the slides with their parents, which significantly limits the use of the slides. Therefore, if you have small children who want to use all the slides in the children's section but are afraid to do so alone, it would be better to choose another park to visit. Update after company response: I disagree with your response. The rules for adult slides are clearly stated, with signs indicating height, weight, and number of riders allowed. There are no such guidelines on children's slides. You originally allowed parents to ride with their child, but then abruptly stopped. The lifeguard at the summit informed me of this change, and there was no prior notification of the rules for children's slides.

Went during songkran festival 2019. Good maintenance, good sensation, the kids (11/13 yo) loved it, but parents too ! We rented the Cabana, and it's a good place to rest and eat ! We spend 2500 for 4 people (2 drinks each + lunch). Good to go at the opening (10am) because the people arrive during the afternoon !

The park and attractions are excellent. My family really enjoys them except i strongly recommend you not to pay for cabana. In my case i paid 2,500 baht for cabana and my cabana is near the area which some lousy people sit and enjoy their smoking in public. The park should handle these customwrs more properly.

Nice and well maintained waterpark with the characters from Colombia picture movies (It used to be Cartoon Network). There are tons and tons of slides, everything from huge four person slides to free fall single person slides. The place has a cool summer vibe with K-pop music, fountains and what not. It is not overly crowded so there is hardly any waiting in lines. It can be highly recommended, but make sure to have a ride home else the taxi drivers outside will be ready to overcharge you 500-600 TBH, as Grab is outside reach (trip to the park was around 300 TBH).

Wow. So many rides. So many things to do. The day we went was a bit crowdy but still fun. Didn't have to wait that long for any rides. Everything is pricey though 😢

We went the waterpark when it's still named as the Cartoon Network water park. The park features a variety of slides, including some exciting ones like the one mimicking flushing toilet. So it's suitable for families as well as a group of youngsters going together for fun. Don't forget to buy tickets online at a cheaper price!

The rides are extremely fun, but they might be a little bit too scary for children like me. The price of the food is reasonable. The place is great to spend a day at. I like the wave pool most because it isn't too scary but it is also exciting.

We had such a fun time there. However, carrying those inflatable rafts up 5-6 flights of stairs were quite a workout. There was a lot of people over the weekend, but they manage the crowd well, including how quick the food come out considering how crowded the place was.

There's a Go-kart track at the back of the waterpark, took my kids there Saturday and we had a great day, would recommend to anyone with children or without in Pattaya. Very good experience, the best go karts and track in Pattaya.

Definitely a fun place but don’t think it’s worth 1700thb per person. You’ll have to pay less if you go in couple or groups but you still have to pay for locker (300thb) and have to pay extra 450thb for mini kart and 300thb mini golf. Other than the cost the rides are still amazing and the water is clean unlike other water parks i’ve been to.

Carry less clothes and you can do with 1 locker. A 50 % off post 4 or 5pm on all food items. We had a gala time at this place! We visited this place as a bunch of friends who love water slides. A couple of rides were closed and it was a weekday and hence it was less rush... Weather was perfect too for a summer afternoon!

Soft opening now and will grand open Oct 11. Prior to the upgrades this park is know to be one of the best Waterparks.

This place is fabulous! We had a great day there, and it wasn't too busy ( we went on a Thursday) food is expensive, and you can't take your own food or water in, which is a bit weird I reckon. We had a cabana and it was great, but there is plenty of loungers around if you don't want to rent one.

I'm visited here so many times. They have a yearly ticket and it's very worthwhile. Childrens very love to play sliders and freshwater sea. Food and beverages are available but relatively high price. Overall I think good.

Its was super fun!! The rides were quite exciting but you would have to climb up the really high stairs with the floaty. The food here is neutral but you would have to wait for the food a very long time because they would only cook what you ordered after. The merchandises are good, and they have special toys from the waterpark. They have sunscreen, swimwear, goggles and other stuff you can buy there.

Amazing fun for the whole family. Kids and adult slides. Crazy fun in the wave pool, just beware very strong waves. My little girl almost drown. Also the wave surfing was very fun. Food court is good but the wait is long.
