of
the
best
authentic
Thai
restaurants
in
Bangkok.
Vises
Kayang
we
were
told
has
been
in
operation
for
the
past
60
years
and
it's
no
easy
feat
to
be
able
to
survive
for
so
long
in
Bangkok
if
not
for
the
delicious
good
and
excellent
service.
Coming
into
the
restaurant
area,
there
is
a
buggy
service
for
cars
which
are
parked
further
away
from
the
restaurant
as
the
main
restaurant
entrance
has
limited
parking
spaces.
The
interior
deco
is
simple
which
portrays
Vises
Kayang
as
a
family
friendly
and
affordable
restaurant.
The
menu
comes
in
both
Thai
amd
English
version.
However,
for
non
Thai
users,
I
strongly
suggest
the
Thai
menu
as
it
has
more
pictures
making
it
easier
to
place
your
orders
without
the
need
to
understand
the
Thai
language.
The
dishes
come
in
3
sizes,
Small
Medium
or
Large
which
is
clearly
reflected
on
the
menu.
6
of
us
ordered
10
dishes,
all
"Small"
size,
just
to
be
able
to
try
more
different
flavours
and
yet
not
waste
food.
The
service
was
quite
fast
and
the
produce
used
were
fresh
and
cooked
to
perfection.
Prices
per
dish
average
from
thb130-250
for
small
portions.
The
river
prawns
in
special
sauce
comes
in
at
thb90
per
piece
while
the
crab
meat
in
curry
is
thb360
which
made
up
nearly
40%
of
our
total
food
bill
of
thb2,800.
The
rest
of
the
dish
are
also
very
tasty
and
all
of
us
managed
to
clean
out
everything
and
still
able
to
order
desserts.

and
affordable
place
to
dine
with
family
and
friends
in
Bangkok.
