👍👍 Super hidden bar with amazing drinks. Once you find it, the service is really good and drinks are super unique and delicious. The coconut based one is amazing. All expertly made and presented. Definitely a fun experience. Expect to spend about 400bht per drink. People often mention cocktails, cocktail, experience, floor, drink, cool, good, great, menu, unique,

Really hidden tucked away artisan cocktail bar behind secret wooden door on 3rd floor of industrial creative building with small modern gallery called Storage next to it. It was a lovely surprise . Takes card payment too. Pricey (500 thb for 1 drink with the 7%tax and 10% inclusive service charge) but paying for the art of the cocktails - had the frozen coconut with rum - delicious alcoholic dessert cocktail ! Most of the drinks on menu are with Gin . Loved the ambient lighting and use of the modern industrial raw space. Air conditioned.

The entrance is on the third floor and the entrance is a sliding wood door. Amazing cocktails and really slick looking bar. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and will come back next time in Bangkok. They accept Visa/MasterCard.

Was questioning what I was doing entering a dark alley in the middle of the night after watching numerous Thai horror movies. Made it to the third floor after many prayers, and discovered a speakeasy - what a relief! The bar itself was enigmatic and mysterious, with lots of privacy. Drinks were really good and bar tenders were professional. Would definitely come here again

This is a must visit destination for speakeasy lovers. Getting inside is the best part. When we arrived, we walked down the alley way to the right side of the jazz club named Brown Sugar. At the end of the alleyway you’ll find a wooden door and brass plate. Check out the plate, enter the door and climb the derelict staircase to the third floor. Feeling lost? You’re doing great. Exit onto the third floor and keep left until you see a short hallway clad in wood paneling ending with a sliding wooden door. Slide that baby open and enter Ku Bar. The vibe is authentic, the design is minimal, and the service is impeccable. Perch up at the marble bar to watch the masters work or chill in the back corner to sit near the record player as you sip away. My personal favorite drink was the Earl Grey cocktail - like a high class hot toddy. If cocktails aren’t your thing, there’s also access to the second floor wine bar down another staircase lit by a flickering neon sign. Enjoy.

One of Asia's Top 50 Bar! Interesting concept and interesting drink. I think the location is a bit creepy and the interior design is a bit uncomfortable for me. Nevertheless pretty decent creative drinks. Service was pretty good too.

Very cool hidden bar near Democracy Monument. The decor is very minimalist and has a relaxed ambiance. It reminded me a lot of bars I’d visited in Tokyo. The drinks are super inventive and unique. I had a frozen cocktail called Coconut with Isaan rum, coriander, coconut (obviously) and sunflower seeds that was served with a spoon. I’d never tasted anything like it before. I would love to come back and try some of the other drinks on the menu.

It's probably my absolute favorite cocktail bar in Bangkok! Ku Bar presents an incredibly ambitious and observant cocktail receipe that is frequently updated, showcasing elements of life in a special and intricate manner. It feels more like a fine dining experience rather than just a cocktail bar. Every detail, from the choice of glassware to the cocktail techniques, presentation, and temperature, is precisely mastered, leaving me thrilled and looking forward to future visits. Following the lights in the stairs to third floor and enjoy your adventure of palette.

A SUPER hidden bar around the old town Bangkok. The entrance is behind a shophouse and you have to go up to the 3rd floor of a semi-empty building. It’s surprising very good and so cool! All the cocktails taste great with some local ingredients. I love everything that I ordered and was tempted to try more. So will definitely come back again!

A gallery of cocktails. I rarely post a review but this place truly deserves a praise. The vibes in this place are unmatched. Yes the cocktails are great, yes they’re unique, but there’s something about the whole experience that makes it so pure and artistic. The location, the music, the entrance, the structure of the bar, the cocktails (of course), all combines to a near perfect scene. Most probably the best bar experience I’ve ever had.

Really excited to visit this place given the rest of the reviews. Visited a few speakeasys during our trip to South East Asia and loved the vibes of this place, in terms of finding it and the decor inside. However, the cocktails were the worst we had in any of our similar experiences, at prices way beyond what we paid elsewhere. Might have gotten unlucky with our selections, but certainly would not recommend the Jasmine Tea and Pandan ones. Debated staying to try something else but couldn't justify it given the cost and the quality of our initial ones. Left after one drink.

This is so surreal, the entrance was like a crime scene, after we arrive the pinned point, need to climb up to 3 flr, feel super spooky. And the bar entrance is like just another wall, need to slide left to get in. First area was cocktail, we go for wine bar, need to go down for it. Decoration here is very minimal, focus on space and vibe. And they cab made people feel good. Wine list is like no other, i don’t know any of it, so I’ve asked for recommendation. The picked one was nice very nice, combined with the music, It becomes a really good vibe. Not bad at all, love here. Recommend!!!

Incredibly well executed one of a kind cocktails. Very calm and soothing athmosphere. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Best cocktails I had in a long while.

Great bar with innovative yet simple menu items highlighting regional ingredients. Quiet style bar so it’s great for conversations and geeking over cocktail talks with the bartenders. Great service too!

Very cool bar, delicious unique cocktails. Lovely atmosphere with attentive bar tenders. Nice music and cool vinyl area (although sadly music wasn’t on vinyl when we were there)

Would give it more stars if I could, it's really a nice place to chill. The drinks has dimensions of taste.. Atmosphere is fantastic too. Definitely need to come. Drinks cost about 380 to 470 and a group of us had almost the whole menu. I don't really drink much but it's a great chill out spot. Rice crackers were a great snack addition 😉

Completely private bar. Loving vibes and cocktails of this bar. We can meet bartender who is the best bartender in BKK.

Definitely worth a visit. When you in the alley up the steps you wonder if you are in the right place, yes you are! At the second floor there is dark cement room, walk ahead. Inside the atmosphere is chilled and special. Two bartenders are very attentive to service and professional. Great great choice of cocktails, I must say the best I had after trying various cocktail bars in BKK (Asia today, teens of Thailand, Opium bar..)

Probably the definition of a speakeasy, especially since the whole building is home to multiple different drinking establishments. Ku Bar’s menu has a huge focus on tea-like cocktails and the setting is zen and minimalist. Room for walkins on weekday evenings.

Hiddenness. Silentness. Mysteriousness. The bar to me was a hideaway from busy life and you find yourself end up here with your secret partner - have a fascinating cocktail 🍹 and great conversation. Such a refreshing experience. Will re-visit soon 🤍

The cocktails are very different to what I would usually see on a cocktail menu and the bar itself is amazing. Quite a unique experience but unfortunately all the cocktails tasted quite gross. $50 AUD for three cocktails so not too bad

I’m a local Thai but got this place suggested by my taiwanese friend. Everything’s delicious !especially the first 2 that I forgot the names (the one served like an ice cream with coconut water and the gold color one). Loved it. When I got friends coming over, I’ll definitely bring them.

This spot is a one drink place. The stark ambience and the cool service from the staff does not invite you to linger for a second sip. The interiors are too dark for photos. The entrance is now brightly lit, taking away the Thai horror movie vibe from stumbling onto this place. Also as mentioned by another reviewer, the first two floors are now a club. This place is so Ku even Arctic Monkey plays here.

Night cool bar is turning to be minimal cool tea bar at the day time of weekend. The reservation must be placed beforehand as the bar will be accepted only 8 seats/round (1.30hr.approx) then it's calm, relax and peaceful asmosphere. Simple decoration in classic loft, yet cool. Tea set will include a pot of tea (hot water refill for 3-4 times) + 2 homemade delicacy dessert which made wonderfully fresh everyday. Service is good and friendly. A bit pricey!

12/10 experience. Such a cool bar. The hidden location adds so much to the experience, the vibe at the bar is great and the cocktails are so good.

Prepare yourself. I have been to my fair share of speakeasies around the world and this one is … different. It’s not just hidden, it’s located on an abandoned floor of an rundown building. Yet the decor is japanese zen mix with industrial. Bartender was dress in almost monk-like shirt. And the spotlight was entirely on the cocktails with no distractions. It’s almost like you are expected to meditate as you drink. Very unique experience. But then when it comes down to it. The drink was ….. almost too subtle. And i like mine with a kick. Still go! It’s a unique experience you will not get anywhere else

Easily became my favourite bar in Bangkok. Intimate and chill, perfect for someone who enjoys to drink and be alone. If you are here, never ever miss out the Plum wine. Made by boss man himself and it's beautiful.

Super modern approach to cocktails that overall reach an impressive level of perfection. The whole is served by professional staff in an minimalistic and beautiful space. My new go-to place in Bangkok.

This place is amazing, its located in a old building in a dark alley. When we looked for the door & walked through the stair (the light is dim), it was kinda creepy though (lol). The bar is extremely minimalist, not like others Cocktails bar. Although there are not many alcohol show on the bar, but they make their Signature’s cocktails well (Banana, Chai). This place will give you an unique experience on both of their cocktails & atmosphere.

A cocktail bar hidden in old town area. The space was decorated in a loft/industrial/minimal style to truly reveal its structure. Overall a cool, quirky bar with fantastic cocktail variety!

Nice place and good cocktail.Just a little reminder that the long bench at t corner could only sit 3 people. More than 3 could make the whole sitting experience uncomfortable. Other than that, music and environment are also excellent.

Speak easy Bar in BKK old city area. Sophisticated and cosy place. I felt Japanese sense here. Actually, head bartender learned cocktail creation from Shingo Gokan, a Japanese famous bartender. In addition, owner named this bar "Ku(苦)" which means bitter taste in Japanese.
