The hotel has a rooftop bar with very nice view and fresh air. Great hospitality from all staff. Although we could have a room with a twin bed booked in advance, the first room is not in good condition( broken ceiling light fixture and others). While I told them, I immediately received a response and changed the room. The room is neat and clean, however, I have to search how to use satellite remote control and find out how to install the new version of the satellite program because the phone is not working well. No information about how to use the satellite box set for watching the television. After spending time for a while, I can watch television and YouTube channels as well as other programs from smart tv and satellite box set. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Easily accessible for everyone and wheelchair users.

A lovely and modern hotel and it is set nicely away from the busy main road. All the rooms are fairly reasonably priced for the space and quality that they offer. Friendly and efficient front desk staff make checking in and out a breeze. It's a little bit far away from the main city and is closer to business areas but taxis are cheap and quick so it isn't really an issue getting about. Amazing rooftop bar with breathtaking views however if you manage to get a skyline room with a balcony you also get to see the city at your own comfort. Some of the items in the rooms can seem a bit dated but the space in the room and price make up for it. Would highly recommend and will stay here again. There's also a nice new coffee shop downstairs with delicious pastries.

From some of the finest properties in Bangkok if you want to enjoy night views and sky bar. It has zoom sky bar from where you can enjoy the night views of Bangkok. The food is good at the sky bar and views are also amazing. Room sizes are big and it’s filled with all the modern amenities. Take the higher floor rooms to enjoy the views. Room has balcony which is big enough from where you can see all the views. It’s a must visit place.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Lobby and sky bar have had the renovation so it looks brilliant but apart from that , nothing seems 5 star. We had a large family holiday booked in Thailand and had a very tiring journey as well which included a 3 yr old. We reached at the check in desk and we're told that we couldn't have the rooms until 4pm. We had booked 4 rooms. They only managed to give us 1 room to share. Also we had booked king size beds and all the rooms had single beds. not ideal for us as we intended to co sleep with out child. We asked for a cot bed instead and it wasn't delivered in the room until 9.30pm. when I called reception about this, they dint apologise and simply said they would bring it over. The cot was broken and dirty, no blankets provided. I had to put towels in the cot to make it better. We needed a late check out, so asked if we could get a complimentary late check out since we dint receive the rooms in time earlier, to which he said no sorry you would need to pay until 6pm. We ended up paying a silly amount for it because of our child needing to rest before the long haul flight. Our hotel card got deactivated at 12pm and we couldn't get in. I called the receptionist about this and she said someone would come to our room and replace the cards as we have asked to extend our check out time. NO one came and it was time for check out by 6pm. Avoid this hotel! Not good service at all.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It is in a decent location, but extremely dated. The views from the rooms are really nice, but the experience was overshadowed by the poor customer service, and lack of cleanliness. It seems like it may have been a 5 star hotel about 15 years ago. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel experience then there are much better options in the area for slightly more money.

I decided to stay at this hotel for 3 days in Bangkok with my husband and two children. First, I looked at the Google rating, so I considered that the room condition was very old. As soon as I checked in, the 6- and 8-year-old kids went around the room saying it was spacious, so they liked it, and immediately got in the bathtub and enjoyed the bath. My husband and I looked around the room and felt that the condition was not as good as Google said. The city view from the 19th floor was acceptable. Looking at the water in the bathtub, the water quality here is not good either. At the time of check-in, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the staff who carried the luggage was also friendly. When I asked to change the water filter in the shower, they sent a housekeeping staff and they responded kindly. Thank you.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights and could not recommend this hotel enough. The most friendliest and accommodating of staff, from when we arrived to when we departed. Lovely, varied breakfast and amazing views from our bedroom balcony window! Thanks again!

Furniture is a bit dated in the room, but everything is clean. Very nice view from the balcony. Polite staff. The pool area is nice although I found the prices to be too high at the pool bar. 220 baht for a fresh coconut + service charge + vat. This is 5 times the price compared to going to the market and buying it there. Also the cocktails were rather pricy but not that good. Well equipped gym.

The hygiene was really poor. Hotel is dirty despite just having completed a renovation. You are greeted with fingerprints on the doors of the hotel and a warm lobby. The room were decently sized but was really dirty and dusty. I broke out into a sneezing frenzy the entire night due to my sensitive nose. My first time encountering such experience in a hotel. Breakfast range was limited and food wasn't exactly what we anticipated. Overall, really something that i would not return to.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, great gym and pool, comfortable beds, and friendly service! Convenient walkable location near shopping, sky train, massages, food, etc. I stayed here for a wedding while our group stayed nearby at the SO Bangkok, so I checked out their hotel, and the JC Kevin was much nicer and easier to get around, and a better price. I would recommend the JC Kevin hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok.

I liked the hotel. It was not as bad as it seems. There was a misunderstanding when I first checked in but it was resolved. My favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast and a member of staff was thoughtful enough to pack a breakfast to go as we had to leave at 4am. The Spa is excellent and has good offers. Do check it out!

I recently booked a great deal for this hotel on Agoda for 3 days, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our room was spacious and had an amazing balcony with stunning city views. It was a delightful experience waking up to that scenery every morning. Service: ⭐⭐⭐ The only hiccup during our stay was a water maintenance issue on our first day, which left us without water from 10 pm to 3 am. It was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The breakfast, which was included in our stay, offered a good variety of choices and had a well-organized layout. It was a great way to start our day. In summary, this hotel provided a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences. The breathtaking city views and the breakfast options were definite highlights.

The room has seen better days, but is really big and clean. With a great view over Bangkok from room 1808 It has two bedrooms, desk, sitting area, eating area, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, ample closet space, a separate closet to put your suitcases and so on There are some old stains in places and some bits are a bit worn, but overall it was a nice appt With Grab you pay a couple of dollars/euro to get you everywhere you want to go (about 20,= to/from the airport) We paid about 100,= per night for a 2 bedroom sky view appt. which I think is good value. Will come again

The beautiful photos and the good reviews (from the good old days) are misleading, unfortunately this is now an old, poorly maintained hotel, I cannot recommend it! We stayed here twice, in a premier and a one bedroom suite, both rooms were large and generally nice, unfortunately both rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, surfaces in both rooms were not clean, foreign hairs found, carpet and pillows stained and even the bed linen had stains, disgusting! It should also be noted that the one bedroom suite, despite the kitchenette, does not have more kitchen equipment than the normal premier room, i.e. no plates, no cutlery, not even more cups or glasses, it is absolutely pointless to have a kitchenette if it is completely empty! The front desk staff is professional and friendly and does a good job, however the housekeeping not. The location is okay, about a 10 minute walk from the BTS SkyTrain station. I would definitely not book again!

Old, unmaintained building and rooms. I could imagine this was once a very nice hotel. It’s a shame that they have let it fall to the condition it is now. The furniture, walls and fittings in the room are scratched and stained. The restaurant, bar, lobby, gym, pool are all the same. Stained carpets, chipped and scratched furniture etc For the price, it’s okay. But don’t expect this to be a nice, clean and new hotel like their photos depict.

Hotel is fairly centrally located and rooms are good sized, I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Bed was very comfortable. This is where my positive vibes end. From the start of the process you can tell this is a very unorganized hotel. Lobby was a mess, no bell hop, cluttered reception desk, 3 people so busy they couldn’t even say hello or make eye contact. Apartment was dirty. Hair on the floor, vey musty when we came in, took a bit for the place to air out. I found a fake fingernail in the middle of the floor in the 2nd bedroom. Breakfast buffet was a train wreck, too many people, overwhelmed staff and other than the omelette bar which was decent, most of the food we poor.

Large and spacious rooms and a good price but if you live on higher floors the elevator can take a while and the breakfast doesn't have a wide variety of foods. The hotel also needs a renovation because the doors locks don't work properly and only opens after several times. If you aren't spending time at the hotel (e.g. shopping the whole day) I would recommend staying here, but if you are going to be spending time at the hotel I wouldn't recommend it.

The regular rooms are quite large, the breakfast has a wide range of international and Asian choices, and the pool and gym are quite nice. The location is well enough outside of the main throngs, yet close enough to walk. The staff is pleasant, dedicated, and always ready to help.

Bare bones hotel, no room service outside of very tight hours. It’s very cheap only upside really . Only good thing is they used to deliver food to room, now they don’t, but have no room service so you have to handle it all

Service is not on par with the 4/5 star rating. I've seen 3 star hotel with better service. Check-in & check-out was very slow and disorganised, woth guests cutting queues blatantly with very little manners and the staff could not keep a semblance of order. One bedroom suite was not very well maintained. The food and restaurant staff were good which were the only good points here.

I believe staff is not sure about the contracts and agreements they have while accepting a long term booking. They provide basic complimentary amenities like drinking water for couple of days and stop providing the same without any proactive communication and once you ask for the same you get notified that it's not part of the contract.... really disappointing

Had a lovely stay here. It's in a lovely neighbourhood. The interiors are sophisticated and posh. James and Lucky are two awesome staff who work here. The highlight here is the breakfast. Versatile and vegetarian friendly!

Vacationed in Thailand for 2 weeks and this place has the nicest and cleanest room while going around the country. The service was 5 star, giving you a royal treatment. Everything felt luxurious. The rooms were well maintained and extremely tidy.

Great valie for money. I stayed here many times before when ot was under another brand and the suites have always been great. Whilst it is starting to feel a little tired in places, the overall experience amd quality is superb value

The place is great. Clean, good staff, HUGE rooms and pool. Decent breakfast. Location is a bit out of the touristy part of BKK but in a very upscale neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Booked a family room months in advance, upon check in I was told sorry the room unavailable and had to stay the night in 2 single bed bedroom with our 5 and 7 years old. The hotel smells, hair everywhere in the room, under bed full of rubbish, rubbish bin full of rubbish from previous guests. No shampoo or body wash even though I asked reception to top up. Reception is a mess, no one knows what they doing. Took us 50 minutes to check in after a 20 hours flight. I think the management needs train staff and look after the building. Recommend some reno around the rooms

Average average average !!! The only reason we booked the 2 bedroom apartment , with kitchen, was so we could cook. Once we settled we realised there was nothing in the kitchen , no plates , pans , knifes - there was nothing. We phoned reception and we were told u are not aloud to cook and must eat at there (over priced) restaurant. The location is also pretty bad - along way from the train and nothing around. It seems like more of a corporate area. The staff did try to rectify our complaint about not being able to cook - we were offered 4 free drink vouchers - you can’t pick your drink - it’s the house mock tail. Very disappointed and I would definitely not return. If there was a positive- the apartment was nice and the pool and gym was good.

Had a great experience staying here. What I liked: Clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast buffet selection. What I didn’t like: There was a long hair wrapped around the noodles one day at the breakfast buffet. Good hygiene around safe food preparation is a priority for me.

Very happy with our stay. The rooms are little dated and due to the dated interiors it looks dirty, but it's not. Breakfast was basic, but it all tasted fresh and good. Very nice pool area, friendly staff and the bell boys always got us taxi very quick. The reception desk looked messy, but as I understood it was an temporary reception as they was renovating the reception area. We had an 2 bedroom appartement which was very spacious for a family and we will definitely come back at our next visit to Bangkok.

We booked this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, and pictures on website looked decent, which was a huge mistake, as we just came back from 4 days at this hotel, and the overall experience was disappointing. Hotel location was decent, close to city center yet far enough that it was quiet, ground was well maintained, and rooms are larger than your normal hotels, but that was the end of the pros. When we entered our rooms (we booked a 2bedroom suite, and our friends booked a king bed room), immediately we noticed how dated the rooms were, carpet was dirty with old stains, master bedroom rain shower head was literally spraying all over, and the shower glass door wouldn't close completely. Faucets, door handles and anything metal were showing signs of age with rust stains. Toilet seat was lose and move to one side. We found ants on floor, and our friends found small bugs on bed, and their closet door broke off/fell out on 1st day. If I have to compare, the resort we stayed in Cuba had better rooms than this hotel, its unfortunate that the location was great but we could see how badly the building aged and literally years of neglect. The hotel would benefit from a major renovation, but I guess the owner didn't want to fork out the money. We would definitely not going back to this hotel again, doesn't matter how much it cost.

This hotel’s that’s the most important parts are it’s rooms which are extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was OK nothing more than that and I guess that after Covid some more cleaning efforts needs to take place very unfortunately. Devon extreme cool place on top of the 38th floor but it’s awesome man for the atmosphere and the breathtaking view of Bangkok. The room is extremely comfortable for those who required to work. The Internet is working quite well. I wished I had some microwave or heater in the room for food like other residents like brooms in the city The pool is quite big in the gym is very comfortable. That’s a plus. They are not really any shops, restaurants to go, that near this location, unfortunately

Left the sweet from UK for my friend at reception in order to wait from him to pick up as we did not see each other at the hotel. When my friend was there the receptionist told him that the sweet was opened and ate some bits......and no one took any responsibility or tried to do anything.... They should serve the staff more food cos they seem hungry and ate customs sweet ......

The hotel was decent overall with satisfactory facilities, but cleanliness could definitely be improved. The location was okay, but not ideal for exploring the city by PT, it’s about a kilometre walk to the nearest train station. Though there are plenty of coffee shops, food and 7/11 along the way. The staff are lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall it was good value for money for that area and we would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable stay close to the city.
