Another fabulous stay at the U Sathorn. The food was superb and all staff are so professional, friendly and welcoming. Serving staff in The Library were particularly good, especially K. Hot who was always warm and smiling. Beautiful rooms and a lovely pool with views that make you feel you're not in the city at all! We will certainly return again.

I had a great time staying here. The staffs were all so lovely and the facility was perfect. The only thing my friend and I didn’t like about the room was that the door of the toilet was open at the top.

Pros: Design is magnificent. Nice ambience. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is good, truly Michelin standard. Nice and warm reception from the counter staffs. Cons: We reached the hotel after 3pm for check in, yet the hotel room is not ready, we are told that it'll be ready only at 5pm. Spent two hours waiting, only after first hour that the staff approached us and apologised, then gave us a coupon for cocktail drinks at their lounge. Gym is small . When we were happily doing our workout, a staff came and ask us if we are staying here. It's strangely redundant as only people with their room card (which means their resident) can access the gym. I'm doubtful about their intention of doing so. We don't look like their guests??

resort-like hotel in the heart of bangkok city. excellent room. the bed was very comfortable. full amenities were provided. staffs were generally friendly and helpful. breakfast was not bad. afternoon tea and room service meals were all very nice. location was inside the alley away from the main road so not very accessible to public transportation but i loved it as it was quiet and less busy there.

What can I say about this place. I have stayed at this hotel since it’s opening back in 2014-2015. What makes this place special to us is its location. It is located in center of Bangkok but yet quiet and peaceful. And their staff are one of the best we have encountered with. Not because that I’m Thai and biased. They just are. Keep up the work and hope to be going back there in the near future

Paradise in the middle of an urban landscape. The Library offers delicious and reasonably priced local and foreign menu options. Can rent venue for private parties, too.

Lets start with the service: Excellent and helpful. They helped us on whatever we asked for. The GM Jason was all around, friendly and always open for questions and feedback. Breakfast was very good, nice buffet and a la carte, too. It comes out of the Michelin Star restaurants kitchen, thats probably why the standard was so high... Room was clean, nice interior. The location is like an oasis in BKK, it doesn't feel like you're in such a busy city. Anyway, is centrally located. We booked via the hotels website and got a good price there. We'll be back.

Well done U Sathon & team members. It was a great stay and start to our BKK trip. Great & strong impression from check in to check out. I really like the simplicity, functional design & layout of the property. Win was very helpful, he was all around handling the luggages, driving the shuttle, helping us book Grab. Always with a smile. He is the blueprint for hospitality at the highest standard. The only downside, ordering Grab was a bit difficult. Maybe because there was an event going on at Lumpini Park. Best to plan your time and use the hotel shuttle to Lumpini Station. We will be back.😊👍🏽

Clean and cozy rooms with some staff that have an amazing smile and really go out of their way to look after you. I loved the feeling that I got when I arrived at the lobby, felt like I was a VIP! I enjoyed spending my afternoons at the poolside having lunch and sun tanning with my friend. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy and so comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of selection in the bakery, Asian hot dishes and my favorite was the Asian noodle counter. I really had an amazing time and staff were so kind and helpful. My last comment is that this hotel does 24 hour use of room which made my stay so enjoyable when check in and check out. I will come back again.

Pleasant time in U Sathorn BKK I have stayed in many hotels and this place is just prefect for me. Location is right in the center of the city but it is so quiet and feels like being in an oasis ! I love it. My room was spacious and well kept and very clean and I like to welcome letter that the staff put on my bed. The swimming pool was so good I could stay there all day and I enjoyed eating breakfast in the mornings and renting their bicycles to ride around the city. I was always looked after by the attentive staff during my stay and the management was always greeting and talking to guest around the lobby and poolside. I am impressed by this hotel experience and thank you for making it memorable. I recommend this hotel and will return !

We absolutely loved this hotel. True oasis in the midst of Bangkok. It has a very resort feel to it which makes you forget you’re in the city (in a good way). The low rise really adds to the experience and the suites are spacious and beautiful. We usually don’t bother with hotel food but the food was delicious, no need to go out for dinner if you want to stay in and relax. Finally the staff, super friendly and extremely helpful. Our 11 year old son had a little accident, his foot was bleeding. Within no time a staff member showed up with an emergency kit and fixed him up like a pro. Couldn’t have done it like that myself☺️. All in all, we will definitely be back and absolutely recommend the hotel. Thank you for a great start of our holidays🙏🏻

This is my first time to Bangkok and i loved my stay at U Sathorn Bangkok. My check in was fast and effective with lovely greetings by the staff at the front counter. The room was clean and big with a nice view of the court yard and the amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious ! i had the best eggs benedict that i have experienced in a long time. the food selection is extensive and impressive. The poolside sunbeds are recommended it is a great way to spend a quiet day and read a book and enjoy a drink. Som and rock were so helpful at the breakfast and poolside during my stay thank you :) I will defiantly come back later this year and recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a fantastic find. A very pleasant oasis in the middle of the grime and noise that is Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Food is top shelf, with the breakfast offering a real highlight - it sets you up for a day of wandering or just lying by the very nice pool working on your relaxation chakras. However what makes it one of the best places I've stayed is the staff. Just amazing - everyone there is part of a great team. They were always around when you needed them but not when you didn't. Perfect. Thanks to everyone there for making my lengthy stay extremely enjoyable.

I stayed here 7 years ago and it was so good that I stayed again. But everything has changed. I'm disappointed. There was a moldy smell from the airconditioner in the room. Also airconditioner wasn’t cool at all, so it was hot the whole time I stayed. And the staff wasn't friendly and some of the staff didn‘t even smile at all All the good memories from 7 years ago are gone.. I will never visit again.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel and the opinion we have of it now is completely different from the one we had on previous occasions and for which we have returned several times. It is still an oasis within Bangkok but many things have changed and for the worse. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we did not feel treated as regular customers. We also did not feel the attention to detail and customer service that we had in previous years where we even got an upgrade once. I will comment in detail everything that happened: 1. ROOM: We requested a room with a view and the one we were assigned had no view of anything, only the building in front. We had to request a change to another room with a pool view. 2. BREAKFAST: It consists of a buffet and an a la carte breakfast. Of the 4 days we stayed, everything was quite chaotic: one day they offered us breakfast à la carte at the beginning, another day at the end,... the last day they didn't even offer it to us. 3. ROOM SERVICE: On two occasions, when we got to our room at night after spending the whole day in the city, we didn't have any towels so we had to call the reception and even go personally to complain since the day was passing. time and no one brought us any towels to dry off after the shower. 4. POOL: On other occasions the towels were rolled up on the sunbeds with a frangipani flower. Today it is a self-service. 5. FACILITIES: It needs urgent renovation and maintenance. It is very likely that, due to everything mentioned above, we will not return.

Came here with my close friends and it was a prefect escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and i think this is the most sophisticated hotel resort that Bangkok has to offer. We were so impressed by the way the local staff take the time and effort to make you feel at home and make constructive efforts to look after you each and every day. My friends and i would like to thank Pia at the restaurant for her outstanding service and P for helping with our travel arrangements. It is such a pretty environment surrounded by lush tropical flora. This is a special place and we are coming back for festive season to enjoy this hotel on our next vacation.

Never stayed in their rooms but used their meeting rooms and coffee shop and restaurant by the swimming pool. Their staff is always a bit slow. You order something the first person just disappears. Then a second person shows up and disappears again. Finally, a third person comes along you finally get your order. This happened to me a couple of times already in that place. They need better staff training

I am a boutique hotel sort of person so you need to be the boutique hotel sort of person to appreciate this hotel. Fresh flowers, have a unique character, excellent service, good food, understated elegance, and clean and comfortable beddings all ticked. If you want something glamorous and expensive, this is not for you.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, kind staff and good restaurant. Nearby park with nice walks and local street market too.

Good ambiance. Feel relaxed at the pool with surrounded low-rise guestroom buildings unlike all the high-rise in other hotels in bangkok. One could imagine being away from busy city center while inside this resort.

We had an amazing experience in this Hotel. Firstly with the fantastic welcome from Stephanie and how she looked after us for our two night stay was outstanding. 5* treatment. Rooms are really nice and comfortable with all you need. There is plenty of choice for food and we ate both evenings in the restaurant downstairs which was excellent. Location superb and best of all it was so quiet a hidden Gem in Bangkok Breakfast was out of this world for choice and taste we will never forget it as it was the start of our honeymoon in Thailand.

It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is friendly. We stayed here for two nights, and it was our first stop on our trip from America, so we were severely jet lagged (13 hour difference). We woke up at 2:00 AM and the hotel staff brought us some drinks when we asked. Great experience here.

My recent stay has been nothing short of relaxing. A hidden gem in the busy streets of Sathorn, housing a quiet but luscious hotel that is reasonably priced for the services offered. The hotel staff were very friendly, they speak excellent English and are very polite. The room I stayed in was the Deluxe Garden (unfortunately the Suite and Terrace Garden rooms were sold out during my booking dates). The view of the pool and gardens were really nice - the room size was surprisingly big as well and great to take a few vain shots of oneself. I As it was the fasting month, I was not able to try the food and breakfast buffet which was a pity. But would I come back for a second stay? Yes, definitely!

A hidden gem.... -Deluxe Room: It spacious, clean, large shower room. No bathtub. White/grey color tone. Nice green view into the central garden. -Breakfast: Good quality food, sufficient spread of breakfast. Multiple delicious items. The classic eggs benedict is a must. Recommended. -Fantastic service: Reception staff was very welcoming and attentive. Quick check-in. Overall, a quiet resort within the busy city or so to say a hidden gem with lush green scenery. A place with great service, delicious food and we dont have to worry about the hustle and bustle outside. Getting here maybe a bit of a challenge for those without a car as its a quite a distance from public transport, but they do have shuttle service to overcome that challenge For those with a car, it shouldn't be an issue just need to pass a few the small narrow streets before getting to the resort, but totally worth it. Will be back next month.

I was booking wrong date via agoda but it’s definitely my mistake. However, i already arrive at hotel. The status of my booking was showing ‘no show’ as the day was passing yesterday. I was asking the hotel for some support as the money was already received from hotel. The offer they give to me is to reduce from original price from 5,800thb to 5,500thb which is even more expensive compare to when i check against agoda website. Nothing that they doing wrong but they are not supportive and im very disappointed with what they response.

Staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean inside out. I particularly love their gardens and swimming pool, pretty and relaxing. We had to check out before 6am and the staff even prepared breakfast boxes for us to enjoy at the airport, super thoughtful and considerate. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and would stay there again when visiting Bangkok next time.

Excellent customer service. Right up until we checked out very early, of which they had preprepared takeaway breakfast for us to eat at the airport. Highly recommend if you want to feel looked after.
