This
is
the
fourth
time
we
have
stayed
at
this
hotel
and
the
opinion
we
have
of
it
now
is
completely
different
from
the
one
we
had
on
previous
occasions
and
for
which
we
have
returned
several
times.
It
is
still
an
oasis
within
Bangkok
but
many
things
have
changed
and
for
the
worse.
From
the
moment
we
arrived
at
the
hotel
we
did
not
feel
treated
as
regular
customers.
We
also
did
not
feel
the
attention
to
detail
and
customer
service
that
we
had
in
previous
years
where
we
even
got
an
upgrade
once.
I
will
comment
in
detail
everything
that
happened:
1.
ROOM:
We
requested
a
room
with
a
view
and
the
one
we
were
assigned
had
no
view
of
anything,
only
the
building
in
front.
We
had
to
request
a
change
to
another
room
with
a
pool
view.
2.
BREAKFAST:
It
consists
of
a
buffet
and
an
a
la
carte
breakfast.
Of
the
4
days
we
stayed,
everything
was
quite
chaotic:
one
day
they
offered
us
breakfast
à
la
carte
at
the
beginning,
another
day
at
the
end,...
the
last
day
they
didn't
even
offer
it
to
us.
3.
ROOM
SERVICE:
On
two
occasions,
when
we
got
to
our
room
at
night
after
spending
the
whole
day
in
the
city,
we
didn't
have
any
towels
so
we
had
to
call
the
reception
and
even
go
personally
to
complain
since
the
day
was
passing.
time
and
no
one
brought
us
any
towels
to
dry
off
after
the
shower.
4.
POOL:
On
other
occasions
the
towels
were
rolled
up
on
the
sunbeds
with
a
frangipani
flower.
Today
it
is
a
self-service.
5.
FACILITIES:
It
needs
urgent
renovation
and
maintenance.
It
is
very
likely
that,
due
to
everything
mentioned
above,
we
will
not
return.
