Just recently stay in dec. 2023. I would stay again. Room 1304 great view of the city at night. Service was great. Housekeeping kept room clean. It was a deluxe with kitchenette, washer/dryer combo. Front desk was of service if I had any issues. Bell boys always there to help with anything. Amazing pool! Breakfast was good every morning ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ. Definitely will return in the future. Cons: 1. It's 2023 let's get smart TVs hotel urbana.

Disappointed with my stay at Urbana - Especially after staying there multiple times. Had to attend a meeting outside the hotel on my check-out day. Therefore, I came back to the hotel at 12.30 to check out. Asked the front office to re-activate my access card to pick up my belongings in the room. The reception required to charge me an THB 2,000 to reactivate the card - For a 30-min delay! Just to get my things in the room! Very unfair and didn't have time to dispute that as I had a flight to catch! Definitely never going back there.

The room was excellent, on the 32nd floor. It has all the amenities, if you're travelling with family or groups this will be a good option to choose. The staff lacks warmth and hospitality. Which is sad because the location is good, they can get more business by better customer service. The doorman in the day shift was the only person who cared for the guests coming in the hotel. With his positive attitude, attentiveness and genuine smiles.

We stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago, it was great then, we stayed September 2022 for 4 nights, what a shocker. Rooms are dirty, has a smell of lack of cleanliness, furniture old, beds old, bathrooms are poorly presented. Hot water takes about 5 minutes to reach the shower. Breakfast is not good, reception and outside areas run down. Understand you get what you pay for, but really donโ€™t do it!

Even an excellent location will not change your opinion about this place. disgusting staff! doesn't try to solve the problem! completely indifferent. We checked in with a child, when booking we indicated the number of guests (3). Upon check-in, the request for an additional set of linen for the sofa was refused. need to pay extra. after payment they gave me 1 pillow and a dirty blanket without a cover. When I asked for a sheet, they said there was none! There are cockroaches in the bathroom, the rooms are dirty and require cleaning. terrible place! If you don't want your vacation to be ruined, don't come here!

Urbana Sathorn is not a 4 star hotel. It is a serviced appartment hotel. Id give it 3 stars at best in its current state and condition. It has a pool, that has broken spa and broken sauna and the floorbaords around the pool are covered in fake green grass that move and bounce when you walk on them. Majority of chairs broken and open use of cables trying things together. It has simply seen better days. I get COVID and no tourists but this place needs serious money spent on it. The pool bar is ridiculously overpriced- $7 AUD for a warm diet coke and took 20 mins to find ice for the drink. Wanted Ice for the room but couldnt have it because the bar closes at 5.45pm. Breakfast options were ok, at least omlette to order was available. Entrance staff in the lobby nice enough and the place was clean down there but the area outside stank of canabis which is now legal in Thailand. The room was a 1 bedroom delux. Clearly falling apaprt, no cupboard doors and the hot water took between 5-6 mins to come through. Wals stained lino style wallpaper which had some stains. Carpet had some older stains. It was very clean but clearly dated and not a 4 star property. Booked a room with a washing machine and it wouldnt work so came home with a suitcase of dirty clothes. One staff told me it is earmarked for a huge renovation in 2024. It absolutley needs it. It was convenient in termos of locaiton but be warned, South Sathorn Road turns into a carpark from 4pm for at least 4 hours so youll need to chose where youre going and what youre doing- use the overpass nearby to cross over the road. I wouldnt stay here again because I know I can do better for the money until it is renvoated.

Overall I was very happy with my choice. The room or better to say the apartment was big (65m). It had a large bedroom and living area as well as a kitchen. Cleanness was the most important criteria for me esp the bathroom and I would say it was really clean. The staff were super friendly and the apartment cleaned every day. The pool was larger than I thought it was enough for a morning sports and had a city view. Now a few point that I think was not optimal. The Washing machine was not working and I had to call the reception for help. It turned out that I had to close itโ€™s door with more strength and it worked at the end. Breakfast was a bit pricy for Thailand and what I was expecting was a table full of tropical fruits at leats but we had only two options and just a little of each on the table. To be safe book your room without and try it for one day. Although the hotel is in 15 min walk distance from subway, the weather is hot and also if youโ€™re planning to walk with your luggage just know that you have to cross a street over a pedestrian bridge without an escalator or lift. Another point that might be annoying for some is that the hotel is on a busy street and the rooms were not quite altho I was on 21th floor.

I have stayed here 2 times in the past 8 years. It remains not only the beat value for money proposition in Sathorn but actually one of my favourite hotels worldwide. All amenities are well-maintained. Staff is friendly and well trained. Clean modern gym and pool area. The rooms are spacious and nice. You are in a great area for restaurants. Can't recommend it enough. The breakfast is maybe only a 3.5 stars. But not bad by any means.

Enjoyed our stay here for 10 days. Loved the facilities, gym, basketball, badminton, and the pool. Our room had an odor (smell) that we eliminated with a good clean and air freshener's. The lobby and elevator need a good clean. Cleaning staff were fantastic and also the doormen. They always greeted us with a smile, something the desk staff could take a lesson from. The view was awesome, and the location was excellent.

The only positive thing I can write is that the location is quite good but I didn't actually stay at the hotel because the standard of the accomodation was so poor. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever refused to stay at accommodation that I have booked, I'm not unreasonable or overly fussy but for the price, this hotel is way below standard. It's very run down and in desperate need of a refurb. The room itself was very dirty. The fixtures and fittings were very old and dirty, surfaces were smeared and the coffee table even had a shoe print on it. The kitchen surface had grease and food residue on it, the floor was stained and marked. The whole apartment looked like it seen some seriously hard use (in fact the whole hotel did) and there was even a strange smell in the bedroom, in the bedroom the wallpaper was starting to peel off of the wall and was also very dirty and the windows also were filthy. To be fair, I reported this to reception and they apologised and offered to show me another room. The second room was little better than the first and that's when I decided that I just couldn't stay there. In all, an extremely negative experience, there are some major issues with this hotel and for the price, you can do so much better. I booked another hotel to stay in which was the same price and 100 times better. Urbana have since refused to refund my money.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a stay to forget. From rude lobby staff to unacceptable room conditions, this place left me thoroughly disappointed. Let's start with the lobby staff. Upon my arrival, I was met with an attitude that can only be described as rude and unprofessional. It set a negative tone for my entire stay, and I couldn't help but feel unwelcome. Upon entering my room, things didn't get any better. To my shock and disgust, there was a huge puke stain on the carpet that had clearly not been properly cleaned. This lack of cleanliness was not only unsightly but also extremely unsanitary. It was a serious hygiene concern that should never have been overlooked. Adding to my woes, the room lacked soundproofing. Throughout the night, I was constantly disturbed by traffic noise, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay. To make matters worse, I decided to check out two days early due to the overall poor experience. I emailed the hotel to request a refund for the unused days, as any reasonable guest would do. However, it has been over 72 hours, and I have yet to receive a response from them. This lack of communication and customer service only further emphasizes the disregard this establishment has for its guests' satisfaction. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Rude staff, a filthy room, poor soundproofing, and a lack of responsiveness to guest concerns make this a place I would strongly advise against staying at. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation that values its guests and maintains basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The hotel is s bit hard to locate from the main road, so you have to be careful not to pass the small entrance or else you will have to make a u-turn or waste your time during in heavy traffic. They have a small reception in the lobby area with one person working there, but should not take too long. The rooms are relatively large and comes with good view. However, the hot water system didnt seem to work there well as I barely got warm water for shower/bath after 15 mins of wait and it recurred during my 4D3N stay. The breakfast was pretty good, but quite small in their food options. Make sure you arrive for breakfast at least 30-40 mins before there closing time or you will have very little food to eat or choose from.

If you like the 80s you'll love this hotel. It's a travel back into time. Personally I find the overal look not charming or welcoming. I wonder why such place still exist in 2023. We booked two night but are happy to be outside and explore the city even more.

The room is good. Carpet needs to be clean. Stayed here for 15 days. The hot tub in the woman and manโ€™s room were broken before I arrived. Still broken when I left. Spoke with management, they said they will look into it and that was the end of that. The gym and pool need to be open earlier and close late, but no. It opens at 7 am and closed at 8pm. My suggestion to management is to open from 6am and close at 10 pm. Hotel staffs would come and tell people to go because they closed the pool at 8 pm. I would have giving 5 stars review if the issue I mentioned above wouldโ€™ve been resolved. However, Ling was the best manager. Smiling all the time. He went out of his way to take care the issues I had in my room.

Great welcome, we were lucky to be upgraded, very spacious room, beautiful view, and well-located hotel. Lovely pool as well, with a small restaurant overlooking the terrace. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our stay and with our upgrade to the 2 bedroom suit. The view form our room was beautiful overlooking the city and the balcony was a great place for my morning coffee.

Stay here numerous times but last 2 times have definitely changed my attitude toward this place. Both times, showers were blocked and I ended up standing in a puddle every shower I had. Last time they stuffed me in a room with the same blocked shower and the bathroom was just awful and the carpet was dirty and stained. It seemed there have been a change in management or ownership but they need to do better or no one is gonna stay there. Location? isnt the best as quite far from public transports

Hotel looks old, washing machine spoilt many times when we were there. Did not mop the living room floor while making-up room. Floor is dirty. Do not have much selection for breakfast. Sports facilities are old and water kept dripping from when it rains. The good thing is there is cold drinking water at the lobby and staff service is good. Location wise us 15mins walk from BTS

Loved my stay at the Urbana Sathorn. JJ greeted us at the desk and we felt a warm welcome from the moment we walked in. The pool was amazing and refreshing, although the chairs go quickly so we were on the ground most of the time. The pool menu has some yummy treats and drinks to enjoy. We opted to skip the breakfast buffet.

This is an awesome hotel, not like the comments in the reviews. Was staying there from 22nd May to 25th May 2017.

I had a 2 bedroom apartment in february 2022. The rooms are spacious but furniture is ran down. Doors on all clothes cabinets were missing (probably because theyโ€˜ve been broken before). Carpets in the bedrooms are old and really smelly and dirty. Bed linen had some stains. It needed 4-5 minutes!! to get hot water in the bathrooms. The sun chairs at the pool are broken. The breakfast was barely average with no fried rice, noodles or something similar and staff at the breakfast room was wearing jogging pants!? Generally staff was helpful and friendly. I payed 2000เธฟ for the 2 bedroom apartment. Thatโ€™s why I can hardly give still 3 stars. They should removed the smelly carpets and replace the beds to have a cleaner and more comfortable stay there. The view was great and the noise of the traffic was acceptable in the 12th floor on the backside.

The room was clean and definitely spacious. Got a room with 2 floors and 3 bedrooms. The highlight of this place are the rooms and balcony (huge). One of the Aircon in living room wasn't working that was the only downside. 17,000 baht was worth it. Good for a get together with friends and have a little party.

Bed and Pool are good. But no doors and sheets at the wardrobe. Only one TV for 3 rooms and the connection was so bad. Hot water after minutes. Breakfast was simple and no choices. This is only a 2 star hotel

Stayed here back in 2018 and it was a great experience. They were doing construction at the time, so it was a bit loud when you were near the pool unfortunately. Besides that, the staff was friendly, attentive, I felt safe and it's in a great area.
