👍 Great location and good view of your are seated by the window. (Got an extra Star rating for that) Service was a little slow even there was not many people there in the afternoon. Food was well cooked and tasty but not that fantastic. Will consider this place if I want to chill after lunch. One of my go to restaurants whenever I am in town. All of the food tasted wonderful and their service is impeccable. Although not overly fiery, coconut and mango shake is not to be missed to soothe your palate.

Tried out this restaurant in Terminal 21 (5th Floor). For dinner time, they normally are packed and also can accommodate large number of people. Tried out their Fried Shrimp with Chili Garlic. They have an option for small portion that is served with rice & clear broth. The shrimp was already cut into bite size pieces. It is tossed in plenty of garlic and chili. The taste is yummy but would love it more if the garlic is crispy. For small portion, actually it’s quite hefty & filling. The broth is also nice and meaty. For the drink, got the Iced Lemon Tea which has that just right balance of sweet and sour, & so refreshing.

Higher end Thai food with good overall prep and taste. Suitable for foreigners as well. Service tends to be a little bit slow at this restaurant chain, but the food makes up for it. Give it a try. Everything is fresh and well-prepared.

Our first Thai meal during our trip and Baan Ying did not disappoint, we ordered a few dishes but I was very impressed with their signature omelet with rice. So silky and not too oily. They offer quite an extensive choice for vegetarians as well. Price range is definitely affordable too. Definitely will visit again next time !

Authentic Thai food located on 5th floor in Terminal 21. Cha-Om Sour Soup with Shrimp is tasty, not very spicy. Tendered and juicy merinated roasted pork. Not too crowed at lunch on a week day.

Impromptu decision to grab lunch.. I am happy to have walked in here. An extensive menu that caters to (predominantly ) western and Thai tastes. Service was fast and efficient and food served as each dish was prepared.. (so not all at the same time as one might understand from typical Western restaurants) .. dishes were tasty.. the view excellent.. and the price also something to smile about. Thumbs up!

Love the purple colour lycee drink... it caught my eyes immediately on the menu The place is spacious clean and neat just the service is abit slow and not so responsive at times

Love the pork belly rice and also the garlic shrimp, and lastly the tamarind boiled fried egg. It taste new, we didn’t order any tom yam or pad thai, thought we would give a try to the rest of their special cuisine, looks like we made the right decision.

Very centrally located, 10 mins walk from Sukhumvit mass rapid train station, this restaurant is located in T21 mall. There is a big variety of traditional Thai dishes in the menu. Each dish holds up to its Thai flavour and ingredients used are fresh and of good quality. The steam lime chilli steam barramundi and the king prawns in tamarind sauce are excellent.

i expected too much from it. the food tasted really good. the tomyum soup base was flavorful, smooth to drink. the only thing i was disappointed about was the rice dishes. it lacked flavour. other than that is really good.

Excellent is the word to describe our late lunch here. Sit by the tables at the window overlooking the BTS line. Being two persons we could not order more than 4 dishes. Serving sizes are not overly large but ample to fill up. With an extensive menu, we were keen to try some novel dishes such as the stir fried malindjo leaves with eggs. The fried sticky rice with Vietnamese sausage is also another must try. Prices reasonable and associates very friendly. It was a great dining experience.

Window seat view is pretty awesome with Asoke junction and BTS training running. No particular impression on any fusion thai dishes.

A good traditional Thai restaurant serving Thai food prepared to original recipes. The prices are mid-range. It is best to order a variety of dishes and share. The service was OK. The food was fine. It was not crowded but we were eating quite late. Worth avisit and we would go again.

One of the worst green curries we have ever had. Covered in a layer of oil and fatty meat. Poor quality. Three star only because the rice omelette was tasty. Felt like a low quality and cheap Thai restaurant that can’t even make a good Thai green curry.

We tried this place for the first time for lunch and decided to come back for dinner. The service was friendly, and the food came out in a timely manner. You had to waive them over from ordering, but there were frequent someone available. Their omelets were really good, and the French fries can also be recommended. The place is busy at lunch and dinner time, and locals also eat here. Both are good signs.

Food was good. And the restaurant is pretty big. All food has english menu and little bit explaination. When visiting, this restaurant is packed during dinner time. Food coming fast. Some staff doesnt understand english. So you have to communicate using google translate to avoid misscommunication. We wait about 3 minutes to have seat. Price around 200 baht per portion

Worst Thai cuisine experience. I though Baan Ying is famous and good. 1. The green curry tastes very dull, without any signature highlights of Thai green curry. It seems like it’s been overnight and refilled with water. Failure. 2. Tom Kha Gai doesn’t have layers, only the coconut milk, which is totally wrong. Failure. 3. The stir fried clams… worst ever. And they take the shells out… the chili doesn’t go with the spice, and not good chili paste either. The clams are totally not fresh. Failure. 4. Pineapple rice is ok, pass. Strongly recommend this restaurant to have its chef replaced.

การไหว้! Greetings from Singaporeสิงคโปร์ Very friendly service from the owner. Took the owner chef recommendation of omelet rice , tom yum goong, ice lemon tea and garlic river prawns. and fried sea bass No regrets. very good. Wallet-friendly without breaking the bank. We will return again. keep up the good work!!

Background A highly recommended restaurant within terminal 21. Passed by it on the way to their famous food court. Decided to slot in the last meal before we left Bangkok Ambience A typical restaurant at a mall. It is a no-frill and no-thrill kind of place. If you have the opportunity, you can try to sit at the window to have a meal with a view. Service Being the first customer at the door even before they opened could have annoyed the staff prepping for lunch. The service was lukewarm at first, but it improved as time passed. Food Understand what all the fuss about was about. The food was unpretentious and was very wholesome. The dishes ordered were very flavorful and delicious. I enjoyed the tomyum dan the egg rice Value for money Besides the hiccups in service, the food made up for their inadequacies. Worth a try if you are at terminal 21

Tried their fried chicken omelet rice, and the mango ice dessert. The omelet rice is supposed to be rated #1 but I found it just to be decent. The chicken was a little bit overcooked and tasted like any other fried chicken. The mango dessert was nice. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and brightly lit and have nice decor, and the service was pretty good too.

Authentic Thai food with couple of branches in Bangkok and one in Singapore. There are many typical Thai dishes which are quite difficult to find in other restaurants. Staffs are nice so do the owner. Avoid the table next to the door since you might be need to wait sometime for the staffs to stop by.

Went to this restaurant in Terminal 21 mall food area for the first time. The food tasted authentic, delicious and fresh! The staff was also good and attentive. The price is reasonable for the restaurant in the mall. Nice atmosphere, too. I’ll be back again!

Convenient located in the Terminal 21 at Asoke. Here they serve traditional Thai food with some dishes from the southern part of Thailand. We had a delicious yellow curry fish bowl, the legumes were from the coconut tree which was absolutely amazing. The other dishes were outstanding too: fried pork and a spicy salad with seashells. The service was like it has to be, the price was reasonable

👍 This food court is good... You can get cheapest food as well. Before order the food you have to receive a payment card from their designated *Card booth*. It will be better if you select the food and know the price... And sum all food price. Then go to the designated place to buy card by paying food...

🫤 We were not here because of the review. But now looking at it, we wonder how in the world this place has a high rating. We didn’t find the sunrise we were looking for. It’s not a full-serviced restaurant so we did not expect that quality to be honest. However, what we had tasted more like a ‘subwa...
