Lovely Punjabi joint. Nice cosy atmosphere and service is decent. Food is fresh and tasty. If you like North Indian food, you'll enjoy. Tad bit pricey.

All the foods are tasty and it's reasonably price. Large food portion so it can be shared by 2 persons. Downside, staff are quite annoying 😂 when they stare at you while deciding which food you wanna order. One staff was quite impatient. Overall, it was a nice dine-in experience.

Great location and service. The Chai was delicious, Naan was average and the Chicken Tikka Masala's chicken was cooked very nicely. So why 3 stars? The Tikka masala sauce/gravy was very bland. I did not taste any hint of spices, sweet or sour. Just nothing. I quickly ate the chicken and left the sauce behind. Normally, it's the Tikka masala sauce/gravy that's the star of this dish so I am perplexed. Still, a worthy Indian option if you are in the area but do note the Chicken Tikka Masala sauce/gravy is bland and numb. EDIT - Revisited a week later to order the Chicken Achar, as per Mark Wein (popular food vlogger) and the food was superb! +1 star 🌟 However, despite being sat near the window for pictures (same seat as Mark Wein), I was asked to move to the dark seating near the front due to a larger crowd that came in and needed seating. So I was excavated from my seat to accommodate a larger party. Furthermore, this seating was near about 10 loud f*ckboi tourists which was unpleasant to say the least. Food service is reasonable but Chai service is endemic slow...I finished my food before getting my 2nd Chai I ordered at the same time. All in all, minus 2 stars 🌟 so the original 3 star review has been reduced to 1 star purely based on bizarre service, slow Chai service and bland Chicken Tikka masala sauce. Moving forward, if I eat again here, I will order to-go via Grab to avoid this chaos. EDIT Part 2: And now their credit card machine is down. They are asking for CASH ONLY. Unacceptable as I did not come here for cash and my expense must hit my credit card 💳

Delicious!! Best Indian restaurant in six months in my Thai life so far. Most of customers are Indian so we were already thinking it should be good and our guess were 100% correct, we were so happy about food we ordered tonight, they were authentic and tasty. Update - They called me after I posted my review and understood the problem that I experienced. They again cooked the whole thing for me and came personally to deliver those fresh food items to me. Hence I pulled down my review. Not many food joints or restaurants does that. It’s people who maintains their reputation when it comes to food and service. Thank you for the gesture.

I fell for the reviews and made a visit here The food is okayish: good enough to satisfy the taste buds What i tried? Achari chicken tikka: okay at its best Daal makhni with cheese naan: first of all they got regular garlic naan and masked it off as cheese naan which felt like cheating!! Dal makhni was okay again Chicken biriyani: this place is a disgrace to biriyani please dont eat biriyani here ! My honest advice: try to eat local food in thailand its cheaper and u wont be sad eating sad indian food

Wow! Amazing. We were a group of 4 and the quality of Indian food surpassed that of what I thought was possible to find in Bangkok. The service was also great and quantity of dishes are fantastic enough to share. I highly suggest getting the chicken briyani as the rice was fragrant and meat was tender. Highly recommended for sure!

The food is as delicious as expected, flavorful and filling. The service is nice, a little too chaotic but they can managed it well at the end. One thing I was not that impressed is the restroom, they need some serious work on it.

Decided to pop by this place since the reviews with stellar! And I was not disappointed at all. Every dish we ordered was flavourful and authentic! The starter dish that is a must order is the Chicken Achari Tikka. Our server, Sunil gave us great customer service as well. He gave good recommendations and was very prompt in his service. Incredibly tasty food at this restaurant. Quiet atmosphere, good potions sizes. We had chicken samosas and spring rolls to start, and chicken tikka and chicken curry for main. The meal came to just under £50, with drinks included. For the quality of the food, size of the portions and how friendly the staff were I would say it was worth the money.

Omg. You wont believe that in this restaurant, you will get the actual Indian food tatses exactly same as India. Tried Chola Kulcha and Masala Tea both were super awesome. Kadhai Paneer was also superb in taste. Ambience is good as well but its not pure vegetarian.

Good ambience and amazing food quality. Restaurant location near to busy place and road. In case you want to eat North Indian food, mainly Punjabi food- this is one of the best places. The ambience is good and has an Indian Dhaba look and feel. Food is very good, fresh and has Indian authentic taste. Masala Chai is also very good and takes time after ordering. There is some table paper placed which can help you wait till the food arrives. The staff is also friendly and courteous. Accepts visa card and also can provide discount if you want to take away food by yourself.

Best Indian curries in town and at value prices unlike other places nearby. The homely feel and homely taste takes you to a small village in Punjab where meals are shared and enjoyed together. Make sure to have everything!! They have been open for just a week and already filled with repeat customers of all nationalities. Sign of definite quality!

Ask what's good on menu? Well... Everything. I am a frequent visitor of Nana Amritsr. Qualified to say - Everything on and off menu. A token of Punjab and taste of India. Do pay a visit for authentic Indian food.

Very prime location. Veggie items are good here. Curries and masala items are nothing to brag about. Loved the way of their serving tea - it's served in a very traditional cutting chai glass. Indian Chinese dishes are very good here. Parking is ridiculously expensive, no discount/free parking for any of the restaurants in that compound. Overall, satisfactory. Bangkok got better options in their medium high price range.

Excellent food and excellent service. We had mutton josh rogan, butter chicken and chicken tikka. Also had a garlic and a cheese nan. The nan portions are large so 1 would have been enough. For two people this was more than enough. We even had to take some of the food home. Highly recommend this place.

First time I stepped into Amritsr by accident, as I crossed the street from Aloft hotel. The curry was so enjoyable, that I have returned and ordered tandoori chicken. A perfect choice! Very soft meat with delicious flavor. I would recommend this restaurant for those who like Indian cuisine from North-West of the country.

Not recommended. The staff try to be nice but keep interrupting or staring and it's quite annoying. The food is so so. Some things are okay but most of it is a let down. There are better Indian restaurants like Punjab Grill that have far more professional service and great food.

Probably the best Indian food I had in Thailand. We liked it so much so that we had dinner here 2 back to back days. Veg chilli garlic noodles is just wow. Paneer and garlic naan were also very tasty. Highly recommended. Though a bit expensive food, but it is worth it.

The food was excellent! I love Palak Paneer, Samosa, and Tandoori chicken. The staff are very helpful. The atmosphere is a bit dark here, but everything is great.

Wonderful place to grab an early bite when there’s not a lot of options. Stumbled upon this restaurant tucked behind an alley and decided to give it a try. I felt it was over priced... The lassi was good... The chicken Tikka kebab was not at all fresh... The best Indian restaurant amongst everything else. Delicious Indian food with many Vegetarian options. The quality was more than decent and nice. We have had kulcha and chole (reminds of the ones we have had at Amritsar, India), triple schezwan rice and veg biryani and loved each dish. Very courteous staff and the place has great vibes as well. On a Friday evening they had Hindi live music. Also the pricing is on the higher end with an additional 7% tax and 11% service charge, the bill gets bumped up to the menu prices you had ordered. (Again a typical Indian restaurant thing) However do try this restaurant and you won't be disappointed.

Nice restaurant tucked away on a busy drinking street. Almost all locals were eating there, which made me think i picked a good location. When i got the food, butter chicken, rice, and garlic naan, everything tasted good and there was a good amount of chicken, which normally i don't see. The naan was crispy and soft with good flavor. I like that the give you a big circular tray where you can put all of your food, first time seeing that. I went at a busy time and was seated behind the waiters, likely why it took awhile for me to get service and the bill. But they were friendly and fast once they did. I did mean to go to the one on 22 , not knowing they had two locations, but the food was good.

Excellent food and service at Amritsr. As reviewed by many reviewers, Sanjay and his team made sure we were well taken care of. I really like the Garlic Naan and Palak Paneer. Definitely will return when I'm craving Indian food in Bangkok.

Amazing food here. The curried came with a lot of meat and the grilled chicken was delicious. Butter chicken was super good. For the Rogan Josh, mutton was super tender. I love it. The rice menu was also really tasty. Staff are very polite and attentive. This branch at Sukhumvit 11 provides space for parking. Really recommend this restaurant

This place is great. The food is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend the Mutton (goat) Rogan Josh curry and the Prawns Masala - both are incredible. If you’re gluten-free, ask for the Missi Roti, which is made with gram flour (chickpea flour). The manager was inviting and answered all of our questions. This food didn’t make me bloated like most restaurants do. I can’t wait to go back.
