The hotel is totally fine for a valuable stay in BKK. However there are too many things that aren't ok enough to give a higher rating. The breakfast for example lasts until 10am. At 9:50am I was lucky to get last chunks of the remainings. A bit more effort and I am sure ratings will increase... Please "LIKE" if this review was helpful for you.

Horrible experience. This booking to stay here was the worst I have ever experienced. The service is terrible both face-to-face service and their service for customs online. My booking here is a very long period of 17 days 1nov-18nov, I faced issue with my flight transit had a delay. I am so shocked to see my reservation was cancelled by the hotel and even informed no refund which I have to contact all involved party to resolve this issue so frustrating, until now still trying to solve it. I paid for all the 17 days in FULL, there is no reason for them to cancel they are not losing any money. When i reach the hotel in person, the service persons there are terrible and do not understand the issue and the policies they have broken. Canceling our booking, taking the money for the days we book and selling the room again, it is no different from a scam. I highly do not recommend this place and hope someone can escalate this issue further after reading this review. I until today did not check in, do not have my money back.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Location is fantastic with bus stop Forum Park Hotel Bus Stop just outside. Room is clean and spacious. 4 star for service as housekeeping could be better, in terms of replenishing of shower gel, toliet paper could be slow or insufficient.

Definately good for its price. Breakfast could be better and was not a buffet. We were almost alone as guest though. The air conditioner was pretty loud and made it hard to fall asleep. Shower was bad, and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. Nice staff and pool area and good hotel overall. FYI : The pool is only in the sun until about 15-16. Picture is from our balcony on the pool area. It was not so much tourists in this area and you had to take a taxi for about 15-20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions. It was pretty calm and the area felt safe. Would recommend.

Comfortable, and quite lovely. Nice people who work efficiently and calmly. Relaxing. Everything you need, not cluttered with things you don't.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Forum Park Hotel during my visit to the city, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that is both welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of the Forum Park Hotel is its impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay, their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service was truly remarkable. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu that satisfied my culinary desires. Location-wise, the Forum Park Hotel couldn't be better situated. It's conveniently located near the city center, with easy access to major attractions and transportation hubs. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer. Overall, my experience at the Forum Park Hotel was exceptional. The combination of stunning design, exceptional service, and convenient location made it the perfect choice for my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city.

A nice hotel with service minded staff that make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and itโ€™s clean. Thereโ€™s a nice balcony and a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet is good and thereโ€™s plenty of food to choose from. Also the bar offers different refreshments and have a nice outdoor area with a small dam with fish. The gym and pool area are nice and well maintained. The location is in a quiet area and itโ€™s just a short walk to find shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Real good value for money, I always stay in Forum Park when I visit Bangkok. Hotel is in a decent location close to everything you need and not far from the main tourist attractions if you use Grab or metered taxi, there is a Tops supermarket 10 minutes walk from hotel and a 7-eleven 5 minutes walk. Rooms in hotel are really clean, beds are comfortable and big. My room was on the 7th floor and I had an amazing view of Bangkok cityscape. Staff are very helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to assist me. Hotel has a nice big deep swimming pool and sun bathing area, there is a decent gym in the hotel too. For the price you are getting close to 4 star quality at an affordable price. I see a lot of laughable negative reviews for things like no smart TV in room, no stand to put shower gels in shower even though there is shampoo and shower gel dispenser mounted to wall of shower and people complaining about the breakfast, thereโ€™s plenty of cafes/restaurants close by that serve nice breakfast.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Forum Park Hotel. Of course, the rooms, pool, and restaurant were all excellent but the personalized care and service we received from Addison & Sara at the front desk made our stay perfect and unforgettable. We'll absolutely be back soon!

It wasn't unpleasant at all; I spent five nights there. Because there is a BRT stop nearby, the hotel's location is advantageous. The outside and interior of the hotel are rather dated but clean. A very large room is one of the advantages of an old hotel. The room has a balcony and is rather large. However, the location of the air conditioner is a little odd because the hotel uses floor-mounted air conditioning, which is located behind the curtain, making the room heated when the curtain is closed. The hotel personnel is really nice and accommodating; everytime I requested for assistance, they responded right away.

Good hotel for its price. I lived here 20 days. But in last 4 days wifi became very bad. and on the last day they decided to paint the facade of the building and at 9 am I woke up because I was suffocating from the smell of paint. they painted the working air conditioner and all the smell got into the room. I'm allergic to this smell and I could die. this is a terrible mistake of the hotel. In response to the complaint, they answered me - I'm sorry.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The receptionists and the girls that clean the rooms were very kind...we checked in before time and check out after without any problem...we just paid a little bit more. I love the comfort of the beds and the swimming pool is very clean (open from 7am to 7pm). The location is not bad...not so near the metro but not so far (you have lumphini with the blue line at 3km and the green one at 2km more or less) but the truth is that if you are 2 people I don't think that the metro is cheaper than a taxi. There is an app called "indrive" where you can make an receive offers about a taxi ride ..it's better than grab because it's cheaper. We went to a night market with 300bath instead than 500bath that grab wanted....so I think that it's the best option. The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. There were a lot of salty things like rice, noodles and meat but as Italians we are not used to this kind of breakfast...just two times we found pancakes and we had 6 breakfast there. The last 3 days we bought croissants outside and had it for breakfast. And another thing is that the workers at the breakfast room were talking on the phone or watching the phone or walking around and did not refill what was needed. A lot of times there was not milk, eggs, ham anymore and we had to ask for it...with 3 people working there and just 4-6 people having breakfast at our time was unacceptable for me. Last thing: at the 4th floor there was not a good internet connection...I had problems working online on zoom...so if you have to work maybe is better to ask for a lower floor.

To quarantine 7 days is so boring for me but at least I can request Thai dishes here during quarantine which help soothing me a little bit.

Nice place, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool and restaurant was closed when I stayed.

Ok hotel. Nothing special but not bad either. The restaurant was closed during my stay so no breakfast was served and that is definitely a big minus. The room was very clean and in good shape, ant the Air-conditioning worked very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was forced to stay here by the Kluaynamthai Hospital after testing positive for Covid on day 7 of my trip. The very first night I arrived they provided no towels to shower or anything else. This is not good for entering quarantine. The very next morning I tripped and fell on a very dangerous step/bad design in the bathroom and severely broke my toe. I alerted the nurse but it took several hours to go to the hospital and get X-ray and patched up. 9 days later and my toe is still bleeding and looking infected and in pain. I contacted a Thai law office who told me the hotel and hospital will be responsible for the accident for failing to provide safe rooms for Covid patients. My neighbor across the hall also tripped and fell on the same dangerously designed bathroom step. Luckily he said he was wearing shoes. Also for quarantine, the WI-FI is absolutely terrible here and walls are thin you can hear your neighbors television. Nobody from the hotel contacted me about my injury, so I decided to call a personal injury attorney in Bangkok who will handle the case. I would not recommend to stay here under any circumstances. Please stay as far away from this hotel especially for quarantine purposes.

Foreigners BEWARE! Everyone BEWARE! THESE ROOMS ARE UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS! Do not stay here! I was forced to stay here because of a positive covid result. They forced me to quarantine here the first night with no towels to shower. The next morning I tripped on a very dangerous step in the bathroom and broke my toe. I had to be rushed to the emergency room and received an x-ray and a brace. I can no longer walk for the duration of my 10-day quarantine. I briefly saw my neighbor and he also tripped on the same step and nearly fell. Luckily, he said he was wearing shoes, otherwise he would be in the hospital too. These rooms are unsafe, especially for people sick on quarantine. The hotel should do the right thing and pay for the medical expenses associated with the fall and broken bone. It is a very dangerous bathroom step and when the room is dark or early morning it's almost guaranteed you will trip and fall and seriously injure yourself. BEWARE! Do not stay at this hotel!

It is clean and has friendly staff. But the location is a bit away from sky train, which is the most convenient transport meant in Bangkok

Overall good experience here. The room was quite cozy, with a balcony out looking a small section of the city. 2 bottles of water per day included. Some things to look out for are the slippery floors, make sure not to wear socks in the room unless you have incredible balance while slipping around. Also the breakfast didn't have an incredible variety, if you don't get it included in the room it is actually quite expensive, ~300 baht, but there are many nice places to get food nearby. Lots of yummy street food which you can get for ~50 baht. The staff was wonderful, and welcoming. No real complaints only the petty things listed above.
