Such a worst and Bad hotel i have ever visit in Thailand, It’s locate Soi 13 near Saint louis BTS station, the photos And the outside are Clearly 100% different, The Elevators are dark, The room is old fashion, light is broken, especially Air conditioner Is not working and is so loud,i ask them to change to another room they didn’t change for me at all turns out we have to checked out. Only one towel provide for you, if you want another towel you need to pay 100baht. No store close by, No swimming pool, No gym, along the road is dark, I do not recommend to all of you to stay in this hotel.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at The Heritage Sathorn Suite Hotel. The room I was given did not match the photos and description provided on Agoda, which was quite misleading. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely run-down and in dire need of renovation. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the hotel's policy of not providing room keys. Instead, guests are required to contact the front desk every time they need to enter their rooms, relying on the Concierge to open the door. This was not only inconvenient but also made me feel like I had no control or privacy during my stay. To make matters worse, the bed mattress in my room was visibly worn-out and uncomfortable. It was clear that the room was not properly prepared for guests, and the overall condition was unsuitable for a comfortable stay. When I requested to change rooms due to these issues, my request was flatly rejected by the hotel manager, Mr. Atsadawut Phutawinon. I found his attitude to be extremely rude and unaccommodating. Feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the hotel's response, I decided to leave immediately without staying for the night. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek assistance from Agoda proved fruitless, as they were unable to provide any resolution or support. In my opinion, The Heritage Sathorn Suite Hotel clearly prioritizes cheating their customers rather than providing a satisfactory experience. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. My time there was marked by a complete lack of sleep and the discomfort caused by a faulty mattress. I believe there are far better options available in Bangkok, so I encourage you to choose an alternative hotel to avoid such a terrible experience.

Worst hotel I have visited within 20 years of traveling in Thailand. Do not fall for the beautiful photos. At Agoda this hotel is categorized as a 5 star hotel, which is really a cheek. The TV has no signal, Parking place and WiFi is not available, there are no glasses, no tea or insant coffee, also no towels. The furniture is worn out, the rooms are dark and the air conditioning is loud and weak. At the reception they only offer a supposedly better breakfast as an excuse. They do not want to refund money. Please stay away, it is a scam!

I saw lots of bad reviews but to me as a budget solo traveler this wasn’t bad at all, you’re absolutely got for what you pay. Aircon a bit noisy but works well, the room is not that sparkling but acceptable, bedsheets was clean and no bed bugs, I got the big balcony n window with a nice city view, no hot water in the shower but not a big deal for me. Location is incredibly awesome for the price only 3mins to the BTS - from all of my experience staying in the budget room around Bangkok this is the biggest room I ever got - absolutely worth my $18 I recommend for budget traveler who needs some private in a big space with a great location πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

It's 5-10 min walk from Saint Louis Station, a few budget eateries are near by.Β  In a quiet neighborhood. I liked: A large fridge A large (queen?), clean and comfortable bed and linens A large room (deluxe room) with a love seat and a coffee table, a dining table with chairs Free bottled water Working WiFi and AC Elevator A balcony with a chair and a table I didn't like: Many things are broken Shower hose got holes, so the water leaks from there, and water pressure from the head was bad Closet handles were broken, so hard to open There's no light by the mirror No signal for TV.Β  I personally didn't care, but I see the same report from a reviewer a month ago, it tells how they're serious about upkeep. Final thoughts: appropriately priced with those defects.Β  Only recommended for those trying to save a few bucks.

Terrible experience ever. We were moved to another building which is older and the ac has very loud strange sound. The staff offered us another bad room which the ac didn't work at all. The more important thing is the room that we got is completely different from the pictures on their website. When we asked the staff in order to move back to the heritage building, he replied that the room we booked had already full

Old hotel. The room was very big with balcony, I appreciated it. But very hot temperature in the room. .. A wall in the room, exposed to the sun, was really hot when I touched it. And the air con system is old... not easy to adjust it how you like. Wifi didn't work well in the room. Staff ok.

While the hotel is not as bad as many comments, it does have quite a few issues: 1. Front desk first said the reservation was cancelled, then was able to find it after 5 minutes 2. Shower didn’t work 3. Completely not as pictured 4. Housekeeper did a minimal job of cleaning 5. Many flies 6. Front desk always disappeared and you had to go to the kitchen to find them

Definitely had its ups and downs but we would stay here πŸ’― again. The staff was so helpful and genuine and kind. We’re not too fussy. The price was very reasonable so we accepted as is. The ac stopped working for couple days while we tried to figure it out. The moved us to another room which had a major door locking issue. But it was the way they treated us that makes me want to come again. Very accommodating and want to help as best they can.

I was booked with Agoda, the details of Hotel confirm have car park but actually haven't, if you plan to stay here better without a car , small road , traffic But The promotion prices was great deal. I did contact Agoda service by myself then they are agreed to refund back , all good πŸ‘

Wrong name of hotel name should be Horrible Hotel. Nothing was right. Very unsafe hotel, door lock broken, safe locker was not working, tea kettle was broken and dirty unhygienic, hangers were broken, open wire connect in closet. Closet handle was not there, light switch was broken. Really very horrible.

The entire listing for this hotel is a lie...There are none of the facilities it claims to have, no pool etc. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on in my life...every single spring could be felt, no blanket and just sheets. The furniture had stains all over it. Were told we were not allowed to have airconditioning left on, so came back to a boiling hot room, the heat could literally be felt radiating off the walls. Had trouble finding taxis that would take us to the address...overall I would suggest avoiding it completely.

We were trying to save on accommodation cost but will never ever stay here again. Service from the night shift is appalling, utterly appalling; don't even try to ask for even the most basic thing, you'll just get a rude rejection with him raising his voice at you. Worse still, interior is in deplorable condition, no effort to rejuvenate an age old hotel. Shower heater not working as well, kindly bathe in cold water. And oh, when things go missing, contact your insurance instead; hotel has gotten you to sign an indemnity prior to check-in that you're liable for all your losses and all damages. Truly a cautionary tell tale sign.

Room is nice! It has a safe to use. The hotel has massage rates for us to choose from. But the place is hidden in a small lane. Taxi can come in but it's inconvenient. Plus it's a short distance for taxi. Otherwise you need to walk out

Very very basic hotel, no shower pressure whatsoever, mostly clean. The bed sheets arent changed at all even though we stayed for 8 days they were just flipped over so we wouldn't notice. WiFi is actually surprisingly good. They take 1000 baht deposit on arrival which would have been nice to know beforehand. Location is pretty great as between two stations and lots of attractions nearby. Woman thats there during the day is very very nice and helpful, the guy who is there in the evenings is almost completely useless and very lazy. All in all very average, would only recommend if youre there for a short stay and just want somewhere to sleep. Also must mention how very dark it is in the rooms, minimal lights that are already pretty dim.

Never experienced this kind of hotel. Hotel manager(as she said) is higher than guest. Everything she doing fir herself not fir the guest. Even when you need hot water for coffee then begging to her for water. μ €~μ–Όλ•Œ~에 μ˜ˆμ•Ό~γ„± ν•˜μ§€ λ§ˆμ‹œκΈ°λ₯Ό..

Location was hard to find from the map. Rooms are outdated. Only 2 towels per day. No wash clothes. The best thing was the air conditioner worked very well. Arrived 30 mins before check in and was not allowed in the room.

I saw some strange reviews of this place and I'm kind of surprised because for the price we offer the room I think this is pretty good value for money. You don't expect luxury when it's kind of price but it's a decent place which is pretty cheap and well located
