I
recently
had
an
incredibly
disappointing
stay
at
The
Heritage
Sathorn
Suite
Hotel.
The
room
I
was
given
did
not
match
the
photos
and
description
provided
on
Agoda,
which
was
quite
misleading.
The
overall
condition
of
the
hotel
was
extremely
run-down
and
in
dire
need
of
renovation.
One
of
the
most
frustrating
aspects
of
my
stay
was
the
hotel's
policy
of
not
providing
room
keys.
Instead,
guests
are
required
to
contact
the
front
desk
every
time
they
need
to
enter
their
rooms,
relying
on
the
Concierge
to
open
the
door.
This
was
not
only
inconvenient
but
also
made
me
feel
like
I
had
no
control
or
privacy
during
my
stay.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
bed
mattress
in
my
room
was
visibly
worn-out
and
uncomfortable.
It
was
clear
that
the
room
was
not
properly
prepared
for
guests,
and
the
overall
condition
was
unsuitable
for
a
comfortable
stay.
When
I
requested
to
change
rooms
due
to
these
issues,
my
request
was
flatly
rejected
by
the
hotel
manager,
Mr.
Atsadawut
Phutawinon.
I
found
his
attitude
to
be
extremely
rude
and
unaccommodating.
Feeling
frustrated
and
unsatisfied
with
the
hotel's
response,
I
decided
to
leave
immediately
without
staying
for
the
night.
Unfortunately,
my
attempts
to
seek
assistance
from
Agoda
proved
fruitless,
as
they
were
unable
to
provide
any
resolution
or
support.
In
my
opinion,
The
Heritage
Sathorn
Suite
Hotel
clearly
prioritizes
cheating
their
customers
rather
than
providing
a
satisfactory
experience.
I
strongly
advise
against
staying
at
this
establishment.
My
time
there
was
marked
by
a
complete
lack
of
sleep
and
the
discomfort
caused
by
a
faulty
mattress.
I
believe
there
are
far
better
options
available
in
Bangkok,
so
I
encourage
you
to
choose
an
alternative
hotel
to
avoid
such
a
terrible
experience.
