Love this place, have visited 8 years ago, revisited as friends from abroad came to Birmingham and thought this has to be one of place to visit when in Birmingham. Love the Pantomime! Educational. Staff is lovely and friendly. Could do with some air conditioning in the building please. Love the free chocolates that comes with it. Love my chocolate shopping at the end too.

Good day out experience! Have been before but not since I was a child, still the same experience, although I remember you used to see more of inside the factory, which is no longer included. Still great though, and free chocolate ๐Ÿซ

What a brilliant day out, loved every minute of it! Get there before your all located time so you can enjoy the 4D cinema experience, play area and live show!

Good interactive activities and a chance to taste the chocolate whilst watching staff decorate chocolate for retail. Itโ€™s such a shame you canโ€™t see more of the production that you used to be able to but Iโ€™m excited to see what refurbishments are being done and how it will look when itโ€™s complete! The 4D cinema is good, we love the movement on the seats. Great family day.

Bournville Village houses the Cadbury company. A whole tourist experience has been out of it, more suitable to children perhaps but still a very nice initiative.

Was very busy. Not impressed with things to do. Not much interaction for kids. Too much reading about history, should be more info or visual for kids

Kids enjoyed it but overall it felt quite dated and boring. The queues were horrendous and poorly managed. The attractions outside were similar to a playground you'd find in a park. Inside, the tour wasn't great. Everything seemed a bit old and dated. The younger kids enjoyed it which was the main thing so overall it wasn't the worst day out. Considering the price though, I don't think I'd go again or really recommend it.

If you want some childhood nostalgia then look no further. I thought it would be just another museum but I walked out of here with a smile on my face.

As a fully grown adult I've always loved going to Cadbury world. However following their renovations, it has been extremely 'kiddified' rather than for families. You can no longer see the factory at work. Everything is apps and interactive screens to play games on. If you have kids, it'll be great for them however for 'the kid in the adult's body', I don't feel it's that great anymore
