Good Hotel in city centre of Batman. Excellent location. Large rooms. Clean. People working in the hotel are very friendly and welcoming customers. Fast services. Good furniture and comfort. Close to restaurants cafés and shopping area. Hotel is excellent in general 👌

I’m a tourist from America backpacking turkey for almost a month now and stopped at this hotel for one night. I was impressed on how loving and caring all the staff was. Even though I do not speak Turkish that well they helped me out and made sure I was happy with the food and all of the services. I would say this is one of the best hotels I stayed at here in Turkey. Keep up the good service hotel Mesopotamia.

Great value. Clean comfortable rooms. Small but useable gym and quality breakfast. Wifi could be faster, but is in normal range for Turkey. Small disagreement about payment during checkout.

The bathroom has a nice looking 🪙 gold shower. Its fantastic, perfect, so good, beautiful and fancy. Workers were helpful, respectful and cheerful 20/20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars! Good food. They have a nice breakfast of coffee, tea, food, and everything. It was beautifully decorated too. I wish we could stay more time.

The hotel was very poor in terms of cleanliness, arrangement, management and dealing, as it lacked providing good service to customers, and the hotel management represented by the manager lacked the manner of welcome and smile. As for the inquiries, they are very bad for me. It was a bad experience during my stay

The hotel is too dirty. Very impolite crew and not helpful at all. Complaining to management doesn't work so don't try it. I don't recommend this hotel to be stay in.

The staff is amazing, customer service has been the best I’ve experienced. They welcomed us right away and everything went so quick from then on. The rooms are very clean and I felt good to stay at this hotel 100%

Wow this place is Awesome!!! Me and my friends were looking for a hotel. We met the owners of the hotel. They were very friendly and welcoming felt like home! The mangers and the staff are awesome!! Rooms were very clean and spacious . Lots of amenities including a sauna, pool, turkish bath, steam room and a fitness center. Fast WiFi.They served us a delicious breakfast and dinner!! Totally recommend 5 star hotel!!

The worst hotel i have ever been to. Booked for a certain day on arrival i was told that my booking was cancelled for no reason so asked to get me another room said they dont have any. The night manager was really harsh and ill spoken and the staff were really rude. I only wrote this so that people get aware fron this hotel and the sort of treatment.
