The doctor check ala kadar sahaja. Not explanation at all. Then the price was pricey. Bad service. Not recommended 👎🏼

Very bad service,OLD DOCTOR woman Didnt treat patient with manners. Did u think i come for free service?!!! The staff also looks arrogant,u just a staff not the clinic owner 👎👎👎😊 (not recommended)

Total check up and 2 medicine paracetamol + augmentin RM111. No blood taking or rtk test. My dad went on his own and no receipt given. Harga kat batu pahat more expensive than selangor area? Betul2 mencekik darah org kampung

The woman doctor is so rude. She didn’t treat patient nicely. She use “Kau Aku” in such an arrogant way and mood. She didn’t even showed any empathy and kindness while treating the patient who was in pain.

Very poor service! Not time efficient for someone who’s in pain! Pricey for poor services. Shouldn’t have come here. For people to take note in future. Not here to bring down the business. But really its a bad experience for us.

The clinic is opened on weekends (Saturday for Johor State). The service is quite slow. The admin staff doesn't seem to be able to manage the queue well despite using computerised queueing system. However, it does provide plenty of seats for waiting. The doctor is ok, with sufficient explanation. The medicine ok. Price is acceptable.

Poor service..doing for covid test, as promised will be 24hours ready result.but still pending for 3 days.call severals time to remind still no results.

Very unprofessional service. The staff keep on allowing patients who came after me to meet the doctor for diagnose, whilst me and my daughter had to wait for 1 and a half hours. Also the price is quite high for less than 5 minutes time with doc.

Very slow service. Came for my son diarrhea said tummy ok but in the end need to go to other clinic coz still have diarrhea lagi. After waiting 1.5 hours for nothing. Not recommended. Hope later company change the panel also.

It was so slow. Not many patience. Wait for one hour just to get done. Nothing happen.

Service need to be improve. Waiting time took long time eventho no people were in the queue(almost 1 hour). Wonder what happen if there was severe patient during that time..
