I ordered 2 burritos, 1 with, 1 without cheese, was told, no they are pre-made all have cheese...OK.. that's not true, there were only tops, 3 cars in line, I was sent to wait..called the manager Trevor, .when i got home, my 2 burritos had no cheese, were cold, as was the wrap...I will never go back...ever.. Oh, I did return them, and walked out...get better employees, cause this whole experience sucks.. if I could give no stars, I WOULD...

This is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the food is fresh, other times super stale. Sometimes service is fast, sometimes so slow. With the increased prices and wait times, there's no excuse for stale sandwiches.

This place I thought was one of the better McDonalds. Check your food prior to leaving the drive through window. Time and time again they mess up an order. This time uncooked bacon that was still ICE COLD on my breakfast sandwich.

They’ll tell you that their coffee with or without vanilla cost the same. Of course you think well I’ll go with vanilla then. Thats not true. If you order on the app at the same location, the prices are different.

Whenever I come here it's always a disappointment. I ordered a bagel BLT and the tomato was soft and mushy and the lettuce was brown everywhere. I'm always receiving old food from this location, nothing is fresh.

I don't understand why it's so difficult to make an iced coffee. "Sub milk" doesn't mean "nearly all milk and ice with the slightest hint of coffee grinds". This is the second time this month I've received this undrinkable beverage. Directly into the garbage it goes. Again. This was my location of choice due to its proximity to the highway, but not anymore.

Stopped by for dinner here on a weeknight, after visiting Niagara Falls on the way back home. It’s a good location, right off the QEW. We dined in. The service was prompt, they weren’t too busy. Shani was great. The espresso machine wasn’t working so he upsized the original medium regular latte order to an XL coffee. One of our party was vegetarian so he was very accommodating and let us order a custom veggie sandwich with burger buns. We ordered double double coffees and they tasted great. We also ordered the new McCrispy Spicy Chicken Burger and it was good, not too spicy though. We had a big order and it was prepared in a timely manner. Shani even gave us donuts at a discount. Even though they close at 11 they didn’t rush us as we cut it quite close to closing. The washrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. They have a great sitting space with lots of tables. Keep up the good work!

I used to stop here almost every morning for a large orange juice. They’ve either completely watered it down now since it tastes like orange water, or they have changed the brand they serve - either way it’s awful! 🤢
