For
the
past

years
I
have
been
staying
at
this
Hotel
on
my
way
to
the
south
and
on
my
way
back
from
the
south.
I
have
been
staying
at
the
hotel
at
least
twice
a
year.
Unfortunately
I
made
a
mistake
with
my
booking
through
Expedia.
I
made
my
reservation
a
day
early,
so
a
day
before
my
arrival
instead
of
the
day
of
arrival.
Without
a
doubt
my
own
mistake.
So
when
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
the
kind
lady
at
the
reception
told
me
there
was
no
booking
for
me.
She
could
however
see
there
was
a
booking
the
previous
day.
That's
when
I
realised
I
made
a
mistake.
I
spoke
to
Expedia
but
they
do
not
refund
mistakes
like
that
which
I
understand.
But
then
I
was
very
surprised
to
hear
the
hotel
manager
could
not
do
anything
for
me.
I
fully
understand
they
will
not
fully
reimburse
me
as
it
was
my
own
mistake.
But
I
had
to
book
the
room
again
and
pay
the
full
price
again.
To
my
opinion
a
discount
for
the
fact
the
hotel
received
the
money
for
the
night
before
would
have
been
in
place.
Anyhow
this
is
the
reason
I
am
very
disappointed
in
the
hotel's
service.
The
rooms
are
fine,
so
are
the
beds.
The
smell
in
the
hallway
and
rooms
is
not
so
nice,
sometimes
there
is
cigarette
kind
of
smell
in
the
rooms.
They
could
do
something
about
that.
The
breakfast
is
good.
The
whole
thing
why
I
like
this
hotel
is
the
location.
