These rooms are not air conditioned. Very hot on the front side. You can’t eat in their restaurant unless you have a reservation and twice in five days there were none available. Room service it only onion rings and cheese sticks. Nothing from the menu. Unpolite service desk clerks. Should be one star but if you get to eat in the restaurant it is not bad. Slow service as well. Breakfast is fabulous.

Very friendly staff in all aspects. Breakfast buffet is very good. Rooms are adequate, beds are fine. The hotel is very nicely located. Overall, the hotel itself looks a bit tired and really could do with an uplift. Carpeting, stairs, lift etc. all look a bit weary.

The place was clean enough and is situated on a beautiful property, the surroundings was stunning and it has a pool! However the place can use a major facelift! The building itself is patched up (quick and dirty) you could see the patch ups. The rooms are okay, but absolutely outdated. Our sheets even had holes in them. The ceiling had one part we could see it moving at night, and there was no air-conditioning. We stayed here on a promotion for pregnancy, i slept really bad (the bed was comfortable, but to warm and not enough pillows). They could offer extra pillows for more comfort. The breakfast was your standard buffet. All in all i am glad i had the promotion because i would have been way more disappointed if i payed full price. Oh and i did enjoy the chess board!

Nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was good though not very big so more for cooling down on hot days. Otherwise the decor quite tired and the motorway noise made it difficult to sleep. Would not recommend for more than a night or two.

This hotel is kept in very poor condition, missing maintenance in the rooms, swimming pool is heated at 21C, not great temperature for swimming . Restaurant had nice decoration, menu seemed appealing, I ordered vegetarian pasta, not a nice dish, there was no sauce, my husband ordered chicken and it was completely dry, not recommended.

What a sad hotel. Rooms are tiny, not too clean too. There was sand on the bathroom floor and coffee stains the bedside table. We got it through social deal but ended up paying the regular rate. Combo rip-off. Not recommended.

We had room 121. This was priced at 74 Euros per night. The room had a confirmation of the housekeeper that the room was cleaned for us, but this was not true: the bathroom was not clean enough, very outworn. The room smelled of bad sweat of the previous guest, the lamps next to the bed were damaged and the wallpaper tended to get loose. This room was stuck in time: 1985 to be precise. The tissues in the bathroom were not refilled by the housekeeper, nor did she refill the small toiletbag-holder. And that was not even the worst: we weren't even greeted at the reception upon entering the premises. We were only asked which name the reservation was placed for. The most decent thing to start welcoming your guests (who pay your salary!), is to say, Welcome or Goedemiddag!!! Also, we noticed that the garbage can next to our parking spot was overflown with garbage. We mentioned this, but the response was: "I just started here and I am all alone". This is not information meant for guests, but for your coworkers!! The only proper response should be "Thank you for the information, we shall clean the can". Also, the next day, when we wanted to check out, we were only asked for our room key. The proper greeting would be "How was your stay?". And this was a different Fletch colleague!! All in all, a very bad hotel experience, which is not encouraging us to revisit this place.

This hotel WAS exclusive .... But at '80 Now in hotel you can find dirty, old carpets, dirty rooms and poor quality bathroom. Try to be classy, but serving breakfast is totally sad, no vegetables, no eggs. Less than continental b. Not rocommend
