My son has had his chain a year. It has broken twice. They charged me twice . The first time was within the first month or two.. It was of no fault of his. Which is frustrating. I invested alot of money into something that has broken twice in a year and having to pay for it to be fixed both times. That is wrong . I would have been a repeat customer but after my personal experience here and hearing from word of mouth that this isn't an uncommon occurrence, I don't think I purchase anything more. As I would be risking the expensive items to break

They also re-created an earring for my daughter. I saved the earring we had since she was a small child and they were able to make a match. Turned out great. We are so happy with the outcomes.
