21 years ago Gloria and the team at Zavius helped me pick the diamond for my wife’s engagement ring and even after moving to two other states we continue to shop at Zavius. I had 2 wedding rings that I wanted combined into one ring and updated from yellow gold to white. Luis quickly sketched out his idea and went to work. It took a bit longer than we had hoped but he replaced broken diamond chips and redid the mold twice because he only creates perfection. The ring exceeded our expectations. It is truly stunning. His wife Melissa personally followed up with me and is providing a dinner out to make up for the extra wait. Luis and his artistry, created a one of a kind ring for me. The design came from my sons tattoos and his ashes are inside the ring. It’s stunning, thank you, you truly are a gifted artist.

The ring was made with a cavity to hold ashes of my brother-in-law who tragically passed away young; then, the ashes were filled while my husband watched on. Showed him the first rims and asked him to make a similar ring with a more realistic skull and upper lower case name engraved around the entire inside of the band in what he measured as a size 9, and asked to see the proof mold before he made the ring... He said "no no need" to see the mold. I know exactly what you want... When they called and said not was done they called me 4.more times asking me how to spell the name and confirming upper lower case... what I ended up getting was a ring with a skull that looks more like a half melted candy corn with a crooked smile, than a skull. with all upper case 3/4 long name size 9.5. he had it for 6 months to resize and make corrections. Gave it back to me today and said there nothing he can do.. $2000 later I've never been so disappointed in my entire life

Hands down would recommend Zavius for all your jewelry needs. Luis was able to recreate my wife’s wedding ring from just looking at a picture. The custom ring turned out even more beautiful than the original. Luis is excellent at his craft and the Zavius team was a pleasure to work with.

We received excellent service from the time we walked in the door. Jaime was so patient and not pushy. He helped us find the perfect ring. We had looked at a couple other jewelry stores and we were told it would take about 6-8 weeks to get my diamond engagement ring reset. I fell in love with a gorgeous ring from Zavius because it was not like anything we had seen. We watched Luis put my diamond in the new setting and I left with the ring the same day! We also had the opportunity to watch Luis melt down my engagement ring setting and wedding band to make a new wedding band to match my new ring.
