I have been a customer for over a year, I came following a friend's recommendation, and now I recommend the place to others. I don't have a regular nanny, contrary to the reviews I've seen here, but in the meantime I was satisfied with every nanny they brought me, they were all charming and professional. They tried to take into account the intensity of the pain and still reach an effective treatment level. (Except for one time when the power was too strong but there were no burns left so it's fine). Like the nannies, the secretaries are also welcoming. The telephone answering service is very courteous and nice, even when there were constraints during the Corona period and the appointments were set at really large intervals, the secretaries tried to help as much as possible. A point for improvement, if they agreed to divide my queue into 2 shorter times, they would have managed to get me into the queue faster without such a long wait...
