One of the best places I stayed at during my travels, I do recommend it for families seeking luxurious services with a relatively good price. The laguna room I stayed at was very nice. Staying here gives you the privilege of using all the facilities of the nearby Gloria Golf hotel which I believe you won't need to use any except the Aquapark. The Resort Beach is a relaxing place with lower crowds and finer services. All staff are so friendly and they really serve you with a genuine smile and eagerness of getting you satisfied (I know some other hotels where staff help for tips, but this one is not like this, but any tips you give is really worth it) Great points: *The details in furnishing the rooms with extermly high quality is noticed. *The laguna room is fully furnished with the luxurious needs including Nespreesso coffee machine and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. *Turkish Hammam is available in the spa. *An external warmed swimming pool is available. *The beach is very clean. *Great views for photography including a forest with flowers. *Nice kids club activities and entertainment facility. *Variety of Areena shows every night. *The main restaurant provides very elegant food presentation. *Swimming pools to the villas side are very relaxing and quiet. *A lot of activities to cover a full week. *Great thanks to Mr. Aziz in the Japanese restaurant, Mr. Nurullah from the French restaurant, Mr. Birhan main restaurant and Mr. Ali from front desk for extensive follow-up on requests. Mr. Erdinc is a great guy as well, he helped a lot in the check-out process that made my family highly satisfied. *Room Service provides good variety free of charge from 11 p.m. - 7a.m. Areas of development: *The room scale in the bathroom was not working but they replaced it. *Insects repellent needs to be sprayed more frequently, as there are a lot of mosquitoes near trees. *Electricity outlets are of 2 pins only which didn't work with my phone charger, but an adapter was provided. *The front pools are salty unlike the ones near the villas.(Some people may like that)

Staying in this hotel is dangerous for your life and health A tourist from Moscow was beaten with a metal ladle and poured with boiling water in the hammam of a five-star Turkish hotel. Because she is Russian. On Maundy Thursday, she went to the hammam to wash. There, a German approached her and began to chase her away with shouts - they say that only Turkish women can swim here. And when he found out where Anna was from, he splashed boiling water from a bowl in her face. Then he was hit in the face several times. The girl ran away, turned to the administration - they apologized and offered a free massage. And that's it. At Anna's demands to keep her safe and take action, the management shook their heads. Like, there are no cameras in the hammam, and the German is leaving soon, be patient. Bruises and bruises were also not impressive. While she fearfully walked around the hotel, the offender continued to flaunt in slippers, tasting a complete all-inclusive.

My stay at Gloria Serenity Hotel as a disabled guest was the worst experience that I ever had on arrival I was as to sign a form to say I request to stay in the handicapped room. A term handicapped I found very offensive to myself and my family. The wheelchair room was not accessible for me toilet is too high for wheelchair and shower is too small to fit wheelchair in so could not have a slower. I went to reception on numerous occasions to see if they had a shower chair they gave me a plastic Sun chair which would be too dangerous to use. I went back to reception to hire a shower chair and was told it would be here in the afternoon it never came went back again to reception they told me I needto buy the shower chair. I said ok but the shower chair never arrived. In addition to this I was unable to get a wheelchair taxi from the hotel the staff were very unhelpful and even laughed at m. I have never been in a more discriminating atmosphere in my life and I would not recommend this hotel to any other wheelchair users.

Very beautiful, modern, state of the art resort with all necessary amenities in 5 star category. All inclusive meals are too good to resist. Highly recommend it

We recently stayed at Gloria Serenity and had an overall fantastic experience. The level of service was impeccable, making our stay truly memorable. **Service: 5/5** The hotel's WhatsApp service for guests was a game-changer. Quick and helpful responses to all our questions. The staff, especially at the heated pool, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. **Accommodation: 5/5** Our Garden Villa was simply gorgeous! Comfortable beds, a well-stocked mini bar, and a heavenly pool. The modern gym with top-notch Technogym equipment was a pleasant surprise. **Dining: 5/5** The main restaurant's food was so incredible that we didn't feel the need to explore the a la carte options extensively. However, the Italian a la carte was a standout, and we visited twice. The French restaurant was good, though not outstanding. **Entertainment: 4/5** Nightly entertainment was great, but the trio performing seemed a bit unhappy. Might be worth checking in with them. On a positive note, the lobby snacks were delicious! **Kids Club: 3/5** While the Kids Club was good, it could use some updates as it appeared a bit dated inside. **Reservation Tip:** Reserve your spot for the a la carte restaurants early as they fill up quickly. In conclusion, Gloria Serenity provided us with a blissful retreat. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. Happy travels!

I have recently returned from a week stay at Gloria Serenity and this was one of the best experiences I have had within a hotel. The Cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was exceptional and the food was in a class of it's own. The staff were all attentive and friendly. We had exceptional service from a waiter called Ozkan who was in the 24 hour restaurant and was really a highlight for our trip. He engaged in a great manor and really made our dining experience the best it could be. I look forward to visiting again!

A very nice place to relax! The service is unique, the staff very accommodating. The cleanliness fully meets expectations! The spa area offers something for everyone. Short distances from the main building to the beach! The service on the beach is also really good. Breakfast is very varied and everyone should find something in the various restaurants!

Taxi drivers try to scam you otherwise it’s great hotel.

Way far best holiday resort in Turkiye and possibly the best in Mediterranean . I would say feels like 7 stars more than 5 stars. Special thanks to Özgü in Serenity lobby bar, was the most professional among the other very good staff. The best of all materials are served . Strongly appreciate the mindset who established such a paradise on millions of square meter. Thanks Gloria !

STEALING THE BAG FROM THE VILLA I stayed at the hotel with my family from July 2 to July 12 in Villa 3107. Everything was fine during the stay, but on the way to the airport I remembered that I had not put a limited edition Prada bag in my suitcase. I immediately contacted the assistants, they promised to find the bag, but later they said that there was no bag in the hotel!!! Every year I go to Turkey with my family and it’s the first time when my bag was stolen right from the villa! I reported that the bag was in the room and compensation was requested, to which the hotel did not give an answer. Never came back here again because stealing personal belongings from villas in hotels of this level is not available! Of course, the impression is spoiled. I do not recommend this hotel.

Second visit to this fantastic hotel and nott inconvenienced by some building work that ongoing. If you're visiting Belek I highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

The room service let it down. Considering it's five star this can and should be improved. The mini bar wasn't re filled and I had to continually ask for the glasses and cups!

Stunning location, luxury accommodation with excellent service. My only qualm is that the huge amount of daily food that is thrown away and the fish and Moray Eel that are kept in display tanks is no longer acceptable these days.

The best holiday I had so far in Belek was my stay at Gloria Serenity hotel. I highly recommend this place as it worth the money you pay. You get a really delicious food, friendly and polite service and staff. There is special treatment for kids. You could order any food for your kid so they bring to your room. I hope I can come to this hotel next summer. Keep up good job 👏👏👏

Our stay for 12 days was wonderful. We have visited this resort on numerous occasions and keep thinking about a change but never do because of the friendliness. The resort is very clean and spacious but the best feature is the staff who are extremely welcoming and couldn’t have done enough for us. All of the staff were very pleasant but I would like to give a special mention to : Selcan - main restaurant; Mazhar -Route 66; Birham - outside breakfast; Bilal, Youniss and Inan -Pier; Halil, Isa and Tugay -Tracies; Matsut -steak and Ali -French. The above staff went that extra mile hence our reluctance to try other hotels.

The hotel is very big. The greenery and landscaping are amazing. Reaching to the hotel was very positive, you can tell from the first impression that the staff are friendly, smiling and they want to help. Check in was very smooth and they made us wait in the lobby and offered drinks, snacks etc. check in process done and we were escorted to the room. The room is spacious. Clean and well maintained. Toilets are clean. 1 shower room available and a jacuzzi is available. Nice overlooking balcony with bamboo seats which make a great coffee for the morning. Food and beverage are outstanding, delicious and with variety. Many stations available and different cuisines from worldwide till specific kitchen such as Indian Chinese etc. the only bad comment is the flies. The flies are attacking the buffet which I believe that this is due to a resort and doors are most of the time open. When the restaurant is busy you also don’t feel it as many stations are there. The waiters host etc are super nice and smiling and they took it to the next level which is recognition although we stayed 3 nights only. Pool, salty pools are available and normal pools. Bar and drink stations are available to have drinks on the chaise lounge or sun tan beds or inside the pool in specific places that have tables. Sea shore very clean and long. A dock available with a bar and sun tan beds. Special area to rent a pavilion. Fruits and snacks are available on the beach area. A nice river stream is crossing which adds amazing natural views. Water park is 1 minute walk and they are amazing for little, kids and parents to enjoy. Many ppl there but you won’t feel it as there are many slides to choose from. Sun beds are easy to find to settle. The water park opens from 10 till 12 and then from 14:00 till 16:45. The life guards are friendly. Spa, was amazing. Super clean and they are professionals. I did a massage session and a Turkish bath experience. Entertainment center are good, bowling pool etc Arena is super nice for kids. Overall the experience is amazing and I’m completely satisfied. From the very start of our holiday and through to the end of our stay at Gloria Serenity, in a Deluxe Villa, we had exceptional service. The welcome from the team after a long day of travelling was incredible. As soon as we stepped foot into the villa we were greeted by the friendliest of staff, beautiful flowers & incredible treats. This level of service lasted all the way through. The wonderful team ensured we knew what the events of the day were and supported us when booking activities. If we needed anything throughout our stay we just let them know and they did their best to accommodate it The facilities were incredible including an amazing spa, evening entertainment, arcade games, bowling, tennis, aqua park, table tennis and watersports. The food was delightful with so many options to choose from, both a la carte & buffet style restaurants and the service was impeccable The Cabana's on the beach were a great way to spend the day with incredible serve and amazing cocktails to watch the sun go down on the mountains. The rooms were large and clean and the complex well kept. We had such an amazing time we will be recommending Serenity to our friends and family.

Relatively small but nice hotel. Food is amazing. The water near the beach (not the beach itself) was a bit dirty but they havea very nice pier from which you can go down to the water. At the hotel bars, don't ask for a cocktail that they don't have on the menu, because they will not know how to make it well. Even such a famous cocktail as Old Fashioned they managed to make very badly. I give this hotel 5 stars because it satisfies well the requirements of an all-inclusive hotel in turkey: food, relaxation, convenience, evening entertainment.

We’ve stayed at the Gloria Golf (once) and the Gloria Serenity (our personal favourite - twice) and have been blown away each and every time. They’re impossible to fault! The resort and facilities are excellent. The staff are all true professionals and can’t do enough to help (Abidin, who works in the Serenity buffet restaurant was outstanding and deserves a special mention). The rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a villa on our most recent stay, which was both brilliant and perfect for families (the hot tub was incredibly popular with our kids!). Honestly I can’t fault the Gloria resorts. They are simply wonderful and we will definitely be booking again! 🏝

Service is awful. First day life guard is kick us out is sun-beds because we miss to stay on them going to lunch (our staff are just dismissed). Missing time for breakfast or lunch - you’re not allowed ti take meal easily- go to waiting cue 1-2 hours.

Best resort in Antalya! Good food, amazing nature, friendly staff, well maintained amenities! I recommended booking rooms with access to the pool area - worth the price. Their a la carte restaurants are amazing and free - Steak house was my favorite. To do: rent a bicycle and take a tour around the golf course and visit the farm

Fantastic place to celebrate my 70th birthday and engagement to my partner Gabriella. Staff were so helpful and friendly, food was different every evening and was top quality. I would highly recommend this hotel and the golf course's were a pure delight.

Fantastic place for a visit, whether you golf or not I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The villa's are fantastic and the food and drink are absolutely gorgeous. The staff are also 6* and are always very helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.
