Disgusting irresponsibility of the hotel. The staff has supported teenager’s plans to hurt another kid. The higher management did not do anything about this. The holiday was ruined because now people have to watch over the kids instead of actually resting and relaxing. Really shows the hotel’s attitude towards the guests

Staff was very kind and always up to help us, food was AWESOME. The pool, the beach were AMAZING. Yes, it may be expensive, but it’s definitely worth it. The rooms are also perfect and the view to the sea is very nice. There are a lot of fun activities that this hotel can offer you and you definitely won’t be disappointed. Absolutely recommend!

Service speed could be improved. It was not that busy. First room provided had a huge fan on during the evening, but was offered another room. Everything else was great.

Food and restaurants are unique by their extent, various options in world wide cousine with good restaurant quality. Individual private service, getting any feedbacks and taking actions accordingly. Rooms are big and comfortable makes you feel you are at home. I think maxx royal is one of the best not only in Turkey but also in world wide. Will be reserving my next summer holdiays in advance, exceptional experience..

This place never fails to impress, as the staff always go above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. Throughout my stay, I never encountered a single “NO” from the hotel. They excel at fulfilling every guest’s wishes, making it a truly delightful and personalized experience. The level of service and attention to detail is unmatched. I must extend a special thanks to our Maxx assistants, Julia and Meerim. Their dedication and care truly made our stay even more memorable. They were always available to assist with anything we needed and ensured our time at the hotel was nothing short of perfect. Everything is perfect but We are Iranian and came for vacation but There is not any persian assistant for being beside us asking them our questions , I wish there would be some Iranian stuff for our next trip.

We were at your hotel 5 times. we like to come back because we have no complaints about the hotel or the service which is great . the only thing, which annoyed us throughout the stay to the fact that all tourists are treated as if they were from Russia. every sentence or greeting is started in Russian - unbearable . Please stop this !!! You also have a guests from Europe Who do not want to hear as a first thing in the morning - good morning in russian! Please also pay attention to use italian ingredients in italian restaurant . Burrata salad was not italian . You use your local cheeses which supposed to be use in turkish restaurant. They have sepcific taste which should not appear there.

i was the fourth time there but this time nothing worked as usual. Booking made on wrong names. Already opened Ketchup received in Steakhouse, written confirmed TeeTime they did not want to let us play Golf, Roomservice in one room just entered room even if "do not disturbe" sign on, 3-times written confirmed Transfer not booked. Food in Buffet Restaurant is cold, Service at the pools not as before, and finaly Lounge at Airport is now used by different Hotels and Lounge providers and therefore is overbooked. Comparing with the first two times we have been there we can not recommend MaxxRoyal Belek anymore.

The Maxx is excellent!! Fabulous place to stay!! So spacious, spotlessly clean which is down to the hardworking staff. Unbelievablely highly trained staff in every area of hospitality & service is top class, rooms fab! Restaurants, food & drinks all delicious. Would recommend a stay here!! You will feel so good & looked after. We had two beautiful ladies assigned to us should we need any help or any information, my husband celebrated his birthday when we stayed at the Maxx, Mariem & Fatine arranged to have our room decorated with balloons, cake champagne and more, my husband was very happy!! it made his birthday great. Thank you Mariem & Fatine for your professional service, you ladies are absolutely fabulous & kind, the Maxx benefits for sure having you as part of the Maxx team working so hard for their customers!!

Staff are amazing and will always go out their way to help you. The food quality is amazing. It’s all high quality products. The design of the Hotel is well thought out. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Water park is amazing. It really is hard to fault the Hotel even at busy times you can always find space. I’d highly recommend coming here for a holiday. If they had retirement homes I’d sign up straight away.

It is an amazing hotel and has excellent service. The personal assistant we had on a daily basis especially Ivetta and Antonina was excellent. And the service is given in all the 9 restaurants, and spa was excellent. we would class this hotel as 6-star. Especially there were many choices of Food and it was a great experience to try those.

I have been coming to this beautiful hotel for almost 10 years now. And always a fantastic experience. Thanks to the fantastic facilities but above all the incredible service! Our assistants Mariem and Fatine will take your holiday to an unseen higher level. They solve everything and absolutely everything as quickly as possible. They really let you enjoy it to infinity. For the kids it's just heaven. And for me also the best hotel ever! The rooms are the utmost luxury and food and drink is simply phenomenal! Still looking forward to it after 10 years. Best hotel I have ever visited. 10 star hotel indeed!!! Service was 10/10, food high class. Ultral includes everything you can imagine of food, drinks and desserts. Luxurious and varied buffet in all hotel restaurants. All hotel restaurants from Italian, Turkish, Mexican are free. Restaurant is open 24/7. The rooms are cleaned twice a day. There are many swimming pools and a clean beach with very beautiful green grass.. The hotel workers are very polite and the reception is good. In particular, the personal assistant, Faten elbos and Maryam elamri. they gave us a full explanation of the hotel's services... A daily explanation of programs and activities for children and adults. All thanks to Mariam and Faten, they were amazing. We'll think about going back to the same hotel next year.

Excellent hotel. In the league of commercial all in inclusive hotels it is up there . A bit old but still a great experience. Beach is not that great but still managed to leave a good impression

Visited last week for a weeks stay with 3 family's 12 of us was a wonderful experience ultimate 5star hotel , service, cleanliness, staff & hotel grounds was amazing would recommend to anyone who's looking for everything in one place the kids entertainment is out of this world, so much to do for them . ❤️

Great resort for an all inclusive stress free break with the family. Kids had a great time with good facilities including aquapark, indoor/outdoor pools, kids club, games room and lots of activities. Some better evening entertainment would be nice but we perhaps visited too early in the season for this. A special mention to our guest relations team Aidar & Nigina who were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us.

Every aspect of the resort was phenomenal. From the multitudes of various activities to the diverse world of resort sites such as the beaches and outdoor pools. And of course above all the service provided was spectacular. You could order anything of your desire literally any dish, drink, dessert and they would within seconds serve you. The food was 10/10 banging. They have various restaurants but my favourite one had to be the Royal Villa breakfast. I’ve never loved breakfast any more than over there. “Emrah Dursun” is the server you should specially request for. There is no language barrier with him and he keeps you very entertained serving you the best dishes that they produce. I’d recommend you to go to this venue if you really like having a top breakfast!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maxx Royal Belek Resort and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the excellent welcome I received at Maxx Royal Belek Resort. To my surprise, they even served caviar, which was a luxurious touch that I had not experienced at any other hotel before. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I especially loved the balcony in my room, which is almost as big as the room. I would like to comment on the bathroom amenities which, unfortunately, were not up to the same standard as my previous stays at this hotel. The quality of the amenities was lower than what I had expected and did not meet my usual high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered a selection of five different types of pillows to choose from, allowing me to personalize my sleeping experience to my liking. The main restaurant at Maxx Royal Belek Resort, Azure, offers a buffet-style dining experience. Additionally, the resort boasts three fantastic à la carte restaurants (specializing in seafood, Italian, and Turkish cuisine) located near the beach, each offering delicious and unique dishes that are sure to impress. Maxx Royal Belek Resort offers multiple food and beverage services throughout its outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy their meals and drinks at their leisure anywhere on the premises. A visit to Le Melange Patisserie and the chocolatier is a must during your stay at Maxx Royal Belek Resort. While my overall experience at Maxx Royal Belek Resort was exceptional, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the kids club. Unfortunately, I found that the kids club had not seen much development in the past 10 years, and the activities and events offered were below average. There is certainly room for improvement in this area. However, the adventure park and Dinoland are great options for kids and offer an enjoyable experience. Although my stay at Maxx Royal Belek Resort was wonderful overall, I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of activities and events related to the Eid Holiday (Ramazan Bayrami). Since the majority of the guests during my stay were Turkish, I had expected to see more events related to the holiday. However, compared to other hotels where my friends were staying and had shared on their social media, the resort fell short in this area.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens, swimming pools, and a private beach. There are also plenty of activities to keep you entertained, from tennis and golf to water sports and fitness classes. The different restaurants are amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend the Maxx Royal Belek to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation experience. The facilities are amazing, the location is beautiful, and the Maxx Assistants like Aida and Daria make the experience truly special. Five stars all around!

Loved this place think it is getting a refund next year but the service and quality of offering was excellent. Staff and Maxx assistants were superb as well. We stayed in a family suite with direct access to a large pool. While this was a short walk to the main hotel, 100m, it was lovely and quiet and fantastic for the kids in relation the Dino 🦕 land, water park and kids club all of which were excellent. Food was fantastic with plenty to choose from and standards and hygiene were fantastic. Loved the well stocked gym and also throughly enjoyed being next to the Montgomerie golf club which was in wonderful condition. The private check in lounge and club offered to Maxx guests was amazing we got through the airport in less than 20mins - compared to taking over 1.5 hour last time we went to Turkey. All in all loved this hotel and will be back.

Amazing hotel stuff are very collaborative, receptionist and very professionals a huge resource water parks amazing for kids, and for adult room a very spacious and very comfy food good however could be better. I really want to thank Mariam Alamri for her kindness and for her help.

Can I give 6/5 please? Quite simply one of the very best hotel resorts I’ve stayed in and fully deserves its 5-stars. It’s a huge place so you’ll get the step count in. I know some people might criticise that some restaurants are an extra €20 - that is the Japanese place and the Beef steak house. However both totally worth it anyway. But the other 5 al a carte restaurants are absolutely fantastic anyway. Unlike some all inclusives I’ve been to, it’s not set menu stuff. You can literally order 3 starters and 3 mains each if you want! So much to choose from as well. The place is large enough to not feel busy. There were plenty of sunbeds for instance. We stayed in a family suite with our 2 kids. The room was huge, a real feel of space. The waterpark here saves a trip to land of legends. The games room and in particular laser tag were great fun. The chocolatier stunning and the patisserie as good as any where in Paris. But what really makes a place is the service, and everyone here without exception was happy smiling and couldn’t do enough for you.

Can´t compete with real high class hotels like the four seasons. Compared to other All Inclusive hotels pretty good though. For 800 Euro a night in November very disappointing, especially the food quality/taste, entertainment and service. Regnum Carya was overall a better experience

Amazing place With best service. Our personal assistents were very helpful before and during our stay. Rooms are huge and perfect. Beach is clean with wonderful white sand. Food and drinks were top class. We enjoyed DJ show and also steaks in nearby steak reastaurant over the golf course.

We had another wonderful vacation at Maxx Royal Belek and already looking forward to return back there very soon. Maxx Royal Belek (overall probably one of the best all inclusive resort with amenities in the world) continue to far exceed our greatest expectation. The view (beach, pool) is amazing, the service is unique, all the staff are very attentive, friendly and doing their best to take care of their clientele , all the restaurants are offering gourmet food specially the turkish one. Special thanks to general manager of the resort Mr.Şenol Yorganci, for gathering all those wonderful professional personals specially very distinguished one, Mr. Volkan Çetin, front desk manager and his team work for offering outstanding service to accommodate wonderful stay at the resort! Also, thank you to M. Deniz Özer for his positive attitude , politeness and his excellent service. We highly recommend this wonderful resort!
