I'm really sorry, but I can't review with more than one star here. I've spent a week there with my son and while the hotel itself carries five star it definitely doesn't earn more than three. That said, the hotel asks you for patience and expresses excuses for not having the room ready on time but forces you to checkout on time with a four year old boy and that without having the airport shuttle service managed. The hotel doesn't care if you are with a child and have to leave the hotel and waste nearly 12 hours until your flight goes. No late-checkout possibilities and no further stay in the hotel, but a very unfriendly Mrs. Hatice on the reception. Although the hotel has nothing to do with the shuttle service a hotel with five stars should have a proper concierge service that is willing to speak to their partners in order to manage the airport transfers. I would highly recommend to use an other hotel; there are enough around Antalya, but if you have to, make sure you do not rely on the mercy of the hotel itself.

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. 2. Outstanding Kids Facilities: Our children were delighted with the range of amenities and activities available for them. The kids' club was a hit, offering engaging and age-appropriate programs, supervised by friendly and attentive staff. The hotel also had a dedicated pool area for children, complete with water slides, splash pads. Our kids simply couldn't get enough of it! 3. Family-Oriented Dining Options: The hotel's restaurants proved to be ideal for families. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of delicious and nutritious options for both adults and children. The staff was accommodating to our specific dietary needs and requests including food allergies, and went out of their way to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. 4. Entertainment and Activities: The hotel organized a variety of family-friendly entertainment and activities throughout our stay. The hotel's well-maintained playground, movie theater and game rooms Arcades provided additional opportunities for our children to burn off energy and have a blast. 5. Attentive and Friendly Staff: The staff at CFR were exceptional. They were always approachable, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring that our family had the best possible experience. They were patient with our children's questions and needs, offering recommendations for local attractions and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. In conclusion, our stay at CFR was absolutely fantastic. The family-friendly facilities, delightful staff, and attention to detail made it an exceptional experience for all of us. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are already looking forward to returning for another memorable vacation next year.

Definitely not a 5-star experience! Only good thing - pool slides and the kids’ pool, but you can have that anywhere! From the very beginning things went absolutely wrong. Upon our arrival we were told that we had to be move to another hotel of the chain, because of “technical issues”. They put us in a bus with the room manager from Crystal Family, who took our accommodation voucher with him and took us to Crystal Paraiso Verde and left. Then we were given a room overlooking a pool slide, the room smelled bad and it was awfully noisy there. Mind you that we have two children(one of them is a 2-year old). When moved we were promised that we were being relocated to a BETTER place. We chose Crystal family because of the rooms, the restaurant and the children activity options. Nothing matched our requirements at Crystal paraiso! We got to reception at Paraiso and asked them to take us back to Crystal family, for which we had paid. They repeatedly told us that there was no way and they had no available room for us (again - for which we had paid!) For 3 hours they kept us at reception with our children, who had not eaten, slept or cooled off since getting on the plane to Antalya. They only moved us back after we threatened to call the police and they started panicking! Took them 5 minutes to organise our trip back! Suddenly there was an available family room… Lost our time and spoiled our whole first day! No compliment, no apology, no compensation. Staff is mostly unfriendly! Very few people smile and act their role. One night some manager was sitting in the restaurant and everyone was so nice and attentive. The next day everything was back to “normal”. The food is all the same all the time. Mediocre. Not a 5* menu! Thousands of euros worth a vacation, once a year, choosing carefully and hoping for the best of it, but then we got that absolutely bad experience. Last time in Turkiye for us. No such things happened when choosing TUI Blue hotels at our previous Turkish summer vacations.

Things I liked most: Animation team and their approach to the guests. Especially I would to express my gratitude to Firat, Ece and Assel. Furthermore overall service at restaurants and bars was very good. Photo Team and their professionalism is great Things which need improvement: Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced with something better Pier is too small, what's the purpose of it, if there is nothing there: no bar or no sunbeds,

We had an excellent stay this July 2023. Staff were brilliant- very helpful and attentive to every matter. In particular Leyla and Ebru from guest services were very helpful. We rely appreciated all that they done for us. Would highly recommend staying with Crystal Family Resort and Spa - excellent choice for families 👍👍👍

Animation team is awesome. There are different shows and activities everyday. It is so fun. My daughter loved the mini disco. Mini club personals are so cheerful and helpful. We had a great time here.

1st time at this hotel & wow on arrival reception staff amazing. Food has been fab especially the a la carte all have been amazing. The animation team where to start. Friendly especially Kameel he's absolutely amazing 1st day we arrived he was straight up introduced himself & has been brilliant the whole holiday. Will definitely return

Top services, great variety of food, comfortable, spacious and very clean rooms, nice outside pools and entertainment options! The beach is a bit rocky at the entrance, but otherwise is clean and well maintained. All in all, is a great place especially for family with kids.

The whole facility is very clean. All the staff are genuinely friendly, hard working and helpful. The compound is big but compact enough to not tire you out. Variety of activities to keep the kids interested. 24/7 food and drinks. Great variety of choices with each meal.

Back from a week here overall this is a great hotel offering a fabulous family holiday. Top points: Food..Great variety with snack bars aswell as buffet. Good quality and tasty. Cleanliness.. The whole place is spotless and well looked after. Location and facilities.... lots to offer with it being big enough to have variety. Location is brilliant next to the beach. Only negative is the Pools don't have shallow ends with only a couple of pools suitable for younger children who can't swim unattended to stand up in. Overall fab hotel would recommend 👌

Room is clean and nice looking with very nice view of the ocean and swimming pools. Service is great everywhere in the entire hotel except in the "Late Night" resturaunt inside the hotel compound (forgetfull and a bit rude). Costumer desk and reseption speaks english well. Some other random staff may or may not speak english, so I'd recommend using some translation service like Google Translation if you want to communicate complicated matters. The best resturaunt is the open buffet (Main resturaunt) which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good service and food. The late night resturaunt's food is not good. Location of the hotel is very far away from the airport or city centre, but I wouldn't take away any stars from the location rating. Even though everything is included in the reservation including food all day long, but some services inside this hotel will cost extra money, like the game room and some spa services.

I love all the animations specially the mini club. My daughter loves the mini club and mini disco very much,they do their job really good. I Loved lands sports too their activities is really different and excited. In mini club Zeynep is caring wlth my daughter very much. Thank you for this holiday.

The hotel is good, everything is good, the entertainment is very nice. You can go with your entire family and feel veery veery nice. The people who work here are so nice. They know how to threat you well. The staff here is very serviceable.

Had the best time at crystal family, the facilities and services offered were 5star, 24 hour round the clock food drinks, helpful staff. Nothing is too much for the staff, always helpful and happy. Entertainment team were amazing and kept all of us adults and kids entertained the whole Time. They do an amazing job!! Will 1000000% be back for another holiday..

Hotel offers almost everything a family needs. Food is great, staff is very friendly, animation team is amazing with lots of activities for kids and adults. We would like to mention Selver as one of the best , he would come every day to make sure we are satisfied and everything is exceeding our expectations. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants peace and happiness during their vacation

Enjoyed our stay here, a great place for kids, and family. Food, deserts and cocktail bar was too notch. Friendly and approachable staff👍👍👍A great choice of deserts. They have a great entertainment crew. Everyday we had something new to explore food, entertainment wise. The only problem was the size of the rooms (Double rooms especially) found it to be smaller i.e. of 27 sq meters, than other hotels offering same services in other parts of the world. The kids club team too is top notch The hospitality in this hotel was unparalleled 5/5 stars to the staff.

good hotel with good food! hygienic and room are nice. Animation team and mini disco my daughter enjoys. she likes it very much. recommended! only downside is that they don't have packs of drinks without milk at kids buffet. also no ice cream without milk. if your child is not allowed milk and would like an ice cream in the warm weather or want some juice in a carton. Then look for other hotel. because they didn't offer anything when I pointed it out. kids club asks 10 euros to dye a shirt. while the man on the podium calls out who will do it. afterwards you hear as a parent that it costs 10 euros. other hotels offer it for free.

Only stayed here for 1 night after flight being cancelled at airport. Lovely hotel and rooms were nice but the service here was atrocious, 5*? Food was poor but its never good when at a hotel of that size. Pools were nice and kids area looked really good, beach was very pebbley I'd advise swim shoes. Definitely wouldn't stay here mostly due to the food being terrible.

Great hotel for family with kids. Staff members were so nice, always with a smile and ready to help. Room was super clean, everyday they bring fresh towels and drinks in room. Food was really tasty, and with so many different dishes. Whole day is full with different entertainments for kids. We really enjoyed our time. *During our stay in hotel I had a birthday and they send me a cake, fruits and Champaign in room. Thank you one more time dear Crystal team!

Very nice place to stay and have fun with kids. Very tasty food and friendly staff. The night show includes mini disco for kids and show for the adults as well the thematic parties. Beach is nice and water is clean and worm.

We stayed in Crystal Family recently and had a lovely time. We can sing praises of the animation team,especially those who work in the kid's club. So much devotion,creativity and love for the little ones. The hotel is nice and clean,perfect for families. The food is good, fresh and tasty,though pretty repetetive. The beach is not the best you can imagine and it needs to be much cleaner,it is absolutelly littered with cigarette buds which is horrible,escpecially with so many kids playing in the sand. The sea is warm but murky, so don't expect clear waters. I can recommend the hotel,the staff and can imagine myself going back.

It was a great stay at this resort. The staff are great especially Ece from the animation team... She was spending huge efforts to make our stay great. The resort is so clean... Food is amazing... Activities are many and very well organized. Every night there is a different night activity and parties. As a conclusion, very good value for money. Strongly advisable. We love it.

Amazing holiday! Everything in this hotel is perfect starting with food through servis and finish with entertaining! We have been there from 21-29/06/2023 . Food was amazing so much to chose we ate something different every day. Our kids enjoyed food as well. 😊 food and drinks served 24h . Free ice creams all day. Large swimming pool with slides. Separate area for little children. Kids klub. Entertaining during a day untill 23:30 . Than you can go to disco untill 2am. Staff is amazing. Work very hard. All place very clean. The special thanks for Mehmet who works in late hours restaurant and Harun and Dilay who works in main bar they all are amazing! Thanks to them our stay was even more comfortable. All Staff in this hotel is happy friendly and very helpful. I can not thanks enough as thanks to them our stay is unforgetable ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The hotel is located nearby a quiet and peaceful village so don't expect a lot of options for shopping. The territory is compact but well thought. Everything is walkable and you don't need to walk miles to reach out to any service. The hotel itself might have been fresher but it doesn't look like an ancient one. The main disadvantage noticed is disregarding smoking areas - there are smoking free areas in the restaurant but they are completely ignored by visitors. Overall the hotel has left very positive impression and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for families which would like to enjoy themselves and avoid overcrowded places
