A resort, among the best. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is perfect, rooms, the common areas were spotless, the whole place was magnificent. I had the impression that the staff at Gloria Golf Resort were like a big happy family. They were always available with a smile and always at your service to make your stay as memorable as possible. If you are considering visiting this hotel, believe me, you will be very satisfied with the welcome, service, rooms, restaurants, facilities all 5 STARS

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms and facilities. Top notch service and the food was excellent. The best part was the very professional and effective spa treatments including massage, pedicure, manicure and hair. Only downside is that it is a few minutes walk to the private beach but other than that, very highly recommended.

When I first met a Russian tourist at our Black Sea Ukrainian resort back in 2009, and when he was standing nearby, I subconsciously experienced anxiety and an incomprehensible feeling, seeing an ordinary person, like everyone else, only Russian. When I met a Russian in 2021 already at a Turkish resort, they already stood out from the crowd, were arrogant, loud. I had all the same anxiety in my soul, I already understood and guessed why! Then I forgot about my feelings and remembered them when the president of a neighboring country began to commit terrible and unthinkable things against us, unthinkable crimes and genocide. WORLD do not forget about it and help us! Sorry for the sad, this is a cry from the heart and hopelessness.

On my 4th visit and have stayed at both Serenity and Golf hotels. Both excellent in all respects. The golf courses are always good. I'm not sure which is favourite as they are all good, the New might just edge it over the Old on this trip. Don't miss out on the Verde, which is a proper test and the greens are always great. Practice facilities are top class.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel 🥰and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations, leaving an indelible impression on my mind. From the moment I entered the grand lobby to the day of my departure, every aspect of this hotel radiated excellence. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the impeccably dressed and attentive staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. The atmosphere was welcoming, exuding an air of refined elegance and sophistication. The interior design showcased a perfect blend of contemporary style and classic charm, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and luxurious. It seamlessly combines opulence, comfort, and outstanding service to create an unforgettable experience. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel will undoubtedly surpass your highest expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Gloria Golf Resort to anyone seeking an indulgent and unforgettable stay.🥰

We recently enjoyed an unforgettable family holiday at the Gloria Golf Resort in Belek. The warm and friendly staff made us feel at home right from our arrival. The well-maintained resort, a variety of dining options, and exceptional service ensured our stay was nothing short of a 5-star experience. The kids’ club was a hit with our little ones too. Highly recommended for a memorable family vacation!

We traveled with our two kids and very much enjoyed our 12 days in this hotel. Especially how friendly everyone was towards our kids was so nice. We really felt welcome. The food was amazing, both in the open restaurant but also in the a-la-carte ones. I especially loved the dessert buffet and the amazing Galician octopus in the Spanish restaurant. Everything was super-clean and in good shape (The age of the hotel shows in some details, but overall it's very well maintained.). Some stuff (water slides and the kids jungle) was still closed when we arrived end of March, but more and more opened by the time we left. Pool and sea were quite cold still, but easily warm enough for us. Big advantage: Nothing is busy at this time. We'll definitely come back.

About to go back to the Gloria Golf Hotel on 12 May 2023 for golf with friends. This will be about our 7th or 8th visit and it gets better and better each time. The rooms ,entertainment and food are superb but mostly the staff are wonderful and cannot do any more for you. The golf is also excellent. Well done Gloria, look forward to seeing you again. Great Hotel! What we really liked: - Easy Check-in with welcome drinks - Best Food we have had in any Hotel so far! Buffet is large and changes everyday with some theme days like seafood and Turkish cuisine. Definitely something for everyone there. Even an assortment of baby food is provided. For lunch and snacks there is many different options, all of which have been great! - Many activities for children - Very attentive and accommodating staff. - Premises were always clean - Professional photographers around that are available for a photoshop anytime (10€/ selected picture) - free Buggy rides at reception or pick up at the room - Nice spa area with free Hammam - Free Golf session at the range on fridays - Evening shows and beach disco were very nice - all inclusive sushi bar was awesome! - Amazing Turkish tea! What we didn’t like so much - rip off prices at the hotel store (7-14€ for tooth brushes), children activity center (30-60€ to paint) and the spa prices for massages etc. were way too high - Beach Huts were quite expensive, so that they were mostly standing empty - Rooms are nice but don’t quite live up to the prices (sleeping couch mattress was horrible), and the couch looked a bit old already - Some dinner and breakfast options were exclusive to second-time guests only

Fantastic holiday. The hotel is lovely, but what really makes it is the staff. They were all so polite, friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful 5 days experience with my wife and our 2 babies. The size of the family suites was sufficient. Children's play areas and pools were huge. The kids had so much fun. The beach restaurant was amazing and the fish and calamari here are delicious. All bar staff were very kind and professional especially Olivia (serenity hotel's). The lost and found department was inexperienced. My child's toy car is lost and if they find it, it's impossible for them to ship it to me because they haven't received a lost property report, they're a bit confused. (I went twice). The main restaurant of the serenity hotel is better than the golf resort.

Leaging 1 star feedback because of the extra drinks menu. Prices are unaceptable. 275€ moet champagne, 375€ louis roederer champagne. These 2 champagnes are 40/50€ in stores. This resort its more expensive for these drinks than miami clubs 😂😂😂😂 Also 15 min skyjet 90€ Any beach massaje starting from 100€

Loved the fact they had 4 water wheelchairs so I managed to get into the sea which was really warm. The disabled toilets could be a little bit bigger. struggled with my electric wheelchair. Some of the doors on them were a bit heavy.

The Gloria Golf Resort offers a spacious setting with a range of attractive amenities. The vast location is perfect for leisurely strolls, and the numerous swimming pools, each with its own pool bar, provide an opportunity for relaxation and enjoyable dining experiences. The food selection is impressive, featuring fresh and diverse options that both look and taste great. Our accommodation in a family room pleasantly surprised us—it was essentially a one-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. The main room boasted a king-size bed, while the bedroom had twin beds. For those traveling with a baby, the room comes equipped with a baby cot, a baby bathtub, essential baby toiletries, and ample baby food and water bottles for a comfortable stay. However, our overall experience was marred by encounters with certain staff members, save for two exceptions—the Romanian hotel receptionist and the Turkish bartender by the family room pool. Regrettably, we found some waitstaff overly insistent on receiving tips, even though an all-inclusive package typically implies no need for cash. One particular waiter seemed visibly displeased when we didn't tip him at dinner and avoided eye contact the next day. Personally, I encountered a significant issue during our stay—two days before check-out, my iPods disappeared from our room. I promptly reported this, explaining that I had never taken them outside the room and always kept them on the nightstand. After discussions with security and housekeeping staff, the hotel couldn't locate my iPods by the time we departed. However, two weeks after returning home, I was informed that my iPods had been found with the company responsible for laundering the bed sheets. What baffled me was their expectation for me to arrange transportation from the hotel to my home, which I declined as the loss was not my fault. Eventually, they arranged for the iPods to be shipped through the vacation agency, but unfortunately, they arrived in a broken condition. It's evident that the hotel's management could do more to empower their staff to enhance the customer experience. There appears to be both excessive waste in the restaurants and pool bars and noticeable cost-cutting measures in situations like the one I experienced.

Very nice course in great order. But you have to be on your game. All our group are senior golfers in our 70's and found some of the holes a bit long for regulation golf. Bogies and double bogies were more the order of the day with few pars being scored. But a very pleasant challenge.

This year we didn’t know where to spend our vacation time because every country has it’s own rules ( because of Covid-19) which could be changed any day . And after brainstorming with all friends and family we decided that Gloria Golf would be the best option because we’ve been there before and was hoping that this resort didn’t lose it’s level after that terrible year of pandemic. All our doubts disappeared straight after we entered the Gloria Golf . It seemed to us that we were in some kind of paradise where everything is calm and well. All the hotel staff were very welcoming. We are especially grateful to the girls from the guest relations. Although we already recovered from Covid-19 and were not afraid of it anymore but we were very pleased to know that all the hotel staff received the vaccine. Everything in the room was always clean, the hotel territory was in perfect condition, the pools were clean, there were some pebbles ( little stones)on the beach, but this was due to natural water flow , we think. We were pleasantly surprised that now every towel on the beach / bu the pool is individually packed. Our friends stayed at Gloria Serenity and we went to visit them and everything was great there too. The restaurants, as always, were delighted with delicious dishes and excellent service. Even one new restaurant was built right on the river , but unfortunately we didn't have time to visit it. However, we were very pleased with the Lancora( Italian) and Pescaddo (Spanish)restaurants. It was delicious there and the serving of the dishes created the feeling of being completely immersed in the national cuisine. I can go on and on for a long time, but it's better to just try it all yourself. We are very grateful to the entire Gloria Resorts team for such an excellent attitude towards guests.

The food was awesome, the staff were great. Weather was spectacular. Already looking at booking for next year. And we played 4 golf courses in the area and weren't disappointed with any of them. So, can't recommend it highly enough.

We have stayed in Gloria Golf, Verde and Serenity hotels for more than 10 times🤩. The staff, the food, the pools, the environment, the shows...everything has been great. Thank you. I highly recommend people to stay in these hotels if they want to have a great holiday.

Absolutely impeccable. Fully deserves its 5* status (unlike many I've been to!) The staff are all incredible. Friendly, professional and go above and beyond to please. The food at the buffet all tastes like something you'd order at a restaurant. A La carte restaurants are nice but tbh not worth waking up early enough to book them. This let's the hotel down imo. For what you pay, you shouldn't have to stand in a queue at the crack of dawn for half an hour to book a table 2 days in advance. It's very wheelchair accessible, with ramps and lifts. Even the beach has slats down between the rows of sunbeds and cabanas to allow wheelchair access. The mattresses are so comfortable. Mine felt too firm so Housekeeping turned it over to the 'soft side' and it's perfect. My husband finds the firm side better so he has it on his side of our bed. You can generally find space by the pools quite easily. There isn't anyone waking up at a 6am to put towels down or any of that nonsense! The waiting staff are exceptional. All so well trained and helpful. They work together really smoothly too. The shows in the evening are absolutely world class and such a great evenings entertainment guaranteed. The pools were 32 degrees the whole time we were there - making them absolutely perfect for chilling out in for hours. Also meant my daughter didn't get too cold and get all shakey and blue!! The pavillians on the beach are next level luxury! Comfortable sofas and a bell to ring for service whenever you need or want anything. Pillows, cocktails, fruit platters, lunch, champagne, fresh towels, ice cold water... Its the best way to enjoy the beach and our two pavilion days were the highlight of our holiday. The spa is very good. Lots of treatment options and the staff are all absolutely lovely; they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and make everything perfect for you. I highly recommend the hamam - it's unlike anything you'd have had outside of Turkey before. The spa pool was apparently 29 degrees but honestly was far colder than that. They allow kids in it in the morning and couples playing with balls etc so hardly the lovely tranquil environment you want after paying €150 for a massage! The small convenience shop is so crudely over priced, I thought the shopkeeper was joking with me! A £25 barbie set was on sale for €99!! Pop in to Belek for €10 taxi journey and find all the same stuff much cheaper. A hat I bought from the hotel shop broke after a few days, when I took it back to complain they had the cheek to make out id broken it on purpose (for reasons unclear to anyone but them). Was really upset by the whole interaction, even though they eventually conceded that I wouldn't have purposely broken a hat just to go in and complain. We stayed in the main building, almost directly under reception and found that it could be very noisy at times. Probably not too huge of a problem unless, like me, you need to nap in the afternoon (or have young children who need to!) although, the few days before we left, the hotel was at capacity and kids could still be running around and shrieking by our door right up til 11pm. So be aware if you're in the main building during peak times. I'm nit picking, of course. This hotel is the first I've ever stayed in that I'd happily come back to instead of exploring somewhere new. It's got so much included that we needed far longer than 10 days to possibly do it all whilst still relaxing.

Another level of quality in terms of food and staff. Shout out to basically everyone, literally everyone was amazing especially Yusuf and Ali. The price really does match the quality. It's as if staff are not allowed to say 'no' or stop guests at doing anything, I felt like I was in paradise. As a conservative Muslim it was perfect 👌 no loud music or and very comfortable environment.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous weeks break at the stunning Gloria Golf Resort Hotel. The hotel is set in stunning grounds and offers a wide choice of accommodation options. We enjoyed first class service from all the team and the quality of food , restaurant options and settings were outstanding. The Gloria Pub had some great bands/ singers performing and the staff really couldn’t do enough to make your evening memorable. A truly outstanding experience and I would like to thank the team for making our twin daughters birthday celebration so enjoyable.

Excellent Hotel, wonderful staff. Lovely room, junior suite, cleaned every day. Incredible choice of food, not the usual all inclusive same old buffet. Absolutely loved it. Well kept golf courses and plenty of onsite entertainment and activities. All inclusive at its best.

Our stay at Gloria Golf Resort was great. Food was delicious. We liked fresh juices. Espresso was good. Better that in other hotels where we have been. Stuff was very friendly. Our 10 month old daughter was absolutely happy because everyone was paying her attention. Especially many thanks to Bulent Serge. Great personality. He made our stay 100 times better. The only one thing that ruined our vacation was a photographer. Our photo session was organised very professionally. Locations ware amazing. Photographer drove us to a golf club. He was very polite, he acted professionally. Everything was great until we saw our photos. They were really bad. We had a lot of photo sessions before so we have something to compare with. We spent 1 hour trying to choose a least a couple of photos. We have chosen 2 photos and one photo that was taken at the beach the day before. But the photographer said that we should choose at least 10 photos. Please note that there was not an agreement on the quantity of photos. Before he told us that we can chose so many photos as we want. He refused to sell us our photos and told us to come back next day to talk with a manger. We came back but nobody was there. They were closed. We went to the guest relations and asked to call them but nobody answered. We had to leave in an hour so we could not do anything. We were very upset. I think that such a great hotel as Gloria Golf Resort should hire professional photographers. Owning a camera doesn’t make you a photographer.
