What a gem!! Great playground, with a splash pad, decent trail to bike, rollerblade, ride a scooter or just stroll around with a nice river view. Plenty of picnic tables and excellent location! But wait it there is more to it... Yes there is also a very nice skate park few steps away from the park... Highly recommended!!

I love this park so much - it’s got a skate park, a splash pad, a skate park and a music garden along with good family bathroom facilities and picnic tables that can be placed in the shade. Wonderful for kids of many ages!

What an awesome park! The pirate ship was definitely enjoyed by the kids. Little splash park to cool off and lots of picnic tables with shade. Nice walking paths and lots of parking.

Great park for the kids, sure wish more were like it when kids were toddlers. The fence all around with just 1 entrance open is better than a constant roving keeping kids in view constantly. Our kids were aged 10-31 and all ran around and played....o.k I climbed on and over a few things also.

Great park, full fenced which is a huge plus. P Lots for a toddler to do and explore. The splash pad across the parh seemed great too and was also fully fenced in.

Great park! Trees provide shade by the water, park benches to eat on, a splash pad, a huge playground, washroom facilities (including family bathroom) and a water refill station. This had it all. Great spot to stop.

The kids will have a field day at this park. The park also has a musical instruments area, skateboard area and splash area for kids to play. It's equally fun and entertaining for the youngsters as well.

My daughter loves this place. Usually lots of kids to play with and plenty to do in the park area. There's also a splash pad just across from the ship playground, and nearby there is a skateboard park. Trails to and through the park so we can use our bikes from downtown to get there.

Stopped here on our across Canada Road trip to stretch legs. The kids (3 and 7) loved it. Huge pirate ship park as name suggests, climbing structure and swings. There was also a music park at the back outside the fence. As well as a little splash park. Would be a great place to stop for lunch. (Wished the back entrance was unlocked so you could get to music park easier)
