Amazing veg curries and garlic rice here! Our favorite in northern India. Also try the ginger, lemon and honey tea, and the pancakes! We loved everything we ate and went back twice. Breakfast omelettes are great too - all homemade food, fresh, clean, definitely worth a visit.

Feels a bit like a tiny underground cafeteria. The owner explained an suggested a few dishes but we went with our go-to aloo gobhi, rice, and naan specifically asking for spicy. It wasn't spicy and the portions were quite small (especially in the country of bottomless thali). All in all I would suggest taking a longer walk to jyoti cafe where the owner is super nice, makes the food fresh every time, quantities are generous, and the cost is less than half.

The place is very comfortable, you feel like at grandma's home. Lovely. Listen to Kailash's advices, he know what he do very well. The cooker is also a very kind indian guy. Me and my friend were very interested in learning some indian dishes and he explains us everything Thank you Kailash

Overpriced. They add 10% tax which is not advertised on the menu. Plus they want to rip you off again trying to sell overpriced offerings for golden temple plus locker. Would not recommend at all.

Nice live music in the evening. good food, although not up to the standard of other local places. Owner went from very nice to very curt when we didn't order his suggestions, then tried to overcharge us!

Terrible. Insincere owner who strongly recommends a few dishes that probably have the highest profit margin. Tried one of them, the dum Kashmiri aloo, it was clearly pre-prepared, cold and bland. Naans were also disgraceful. Avoid this establishment.

Aa fine and value-for-money experience with good, fresh food every day. Offers take-away lunch packs for your next long train ride. Warmly recommended.
