Totally unprofessional hotel with Unethical Conduct. Do not take them to be any Big hotels like we usually across. There are shops on the ground floor over which there are certain rooms that they so call hotel. I must say that they are very good with the photography for the kind of photograph they upload in relation to what exists on ground. Seriously gross. I have been cheated big way by this hotel. I assumed them to be like any another hotel going by pics but they turned out very below standard on ground. It's certainly not worthy of any event. I even though having made advance payment of 50k could not continue with this location. Hotel management very shamelessly engulfed that too instead of being embarrased. NOT WORTHY OF A TRY...in this budget there are very decent options available unlike this standalone shop kind of hotels.

Acceptable choice in Varanasi N25.3195 E83.0158 on the Bisweshwarganj Road on the edge of the old city, this hotel is easily overlooked. The reception is behind a small door at the right up a chair case. The hotel has a restaurant and a banquet hall on the first floor (2F), two floors of hotel rooms and a disused banquet hall on the fourth floor (5F). In the basement are small shops. A gym, barbershop, sauna and massage salon are on the third floor (4F). It looks like the hotel occupancy was hit hard by the COVID-19 epidemic. They spray insecticide against invading insects. In October 2022, room 2023 was on the second floor (3F) with a window to a small courtyard without daylight. The room has a double bed, refrigerator, ceiling fan, good Wi-Fi reception, flatscreen television, room save, hair dryer and shower. Air-conditioning worked well. The logic behind the power sockets is unclear. On closer inspection, the room is not clean, the interior a bit dated and it lacks proper housekeeping and maintenance. We had to request toilet paper at the reception. The double bed slept well and the room is insulated from outside noise of honking traffic. Good room for light sleepers. Buffet breakfast is served in the first floor (2F) restaurant with local and continental choices. Good start for the day. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner a la carte or buffet too. The paneer lababdar (₹499) with garlic naan (₹85) tasted good. TriDev offers a good night's sleep, but cleaning and maintenance fall short.

This is my first time at this hotel. Extremely unprofessional staff. To begin with I was told that the hotel would send a car to pick me up. They sent a Ola cab and charged a huge amount. Then as a single lady traveler they put me in a room where the safety latch was not working and the room was smelling. I requested a change of room. They changed my room but then from evening and the wifi did not connect. When I asked the front office person Mr. Dharmendra he said server is down and IT personnel will not come till the morning and they can't do anything about it. My husband called on the hotel cell phone, and Mr Dharmendra asked me to come to the reception and take the call. He also told me to keep it brief as it's the hotel cell. I told him the wifi is not working and not being able to connect to anything. The worst is that the power keeps tripping and the room gets dark. I feel very unsafe in this hotel and I think it's not very safe for single lady traveller's. The room has a window with an alley way making it easily accessible. I am writing this review while being at the hotel and can't wait to check out first thing in the morning. This is not a hotel for single lady travelers and gives a very unsafe feeling. I regret booking this hotel and will check out first thing in the morning. Please avoid this hotel if you are traveling alone. A very bad experience.

The worst hospitality I have ever got. Took booking for 3 days and then shifted my entire family along with my mother, my sister, wife and daughter to a smaller hotel ( Hotel SV Grand C25, 1M, Ram Katora Rd, Ramkatora, Piplani Katra, Jaitpura, Varanasi )at 10pm . The worst experience, we ever had in varanasi.. Veunorganized management.. The person at the reception behave have soo rude. It may be their owners style.. very very bad...

My experience for stay in hotel was excellent. May some of the families may experienced difficulties or some bad experience but my stay was good and excellent. The main reason first of all basement parking that was the first good reason. And then the check in process was fast enough it only takes 15 minutes as I have checked in at 2:00 pm. They have handover the keys to me and my family. And then affordable prices. Near to ghats and kal bhairav temple. Which is in walking distance. Main market is also near to it. Everything is easily available near it whether it was e rickshaw or market. Then coming to room service It was quick and good staff behavior. And mostly staff behaviour is depend on how you treat to them. We have selected two family economy rooms that were good enough with complimentary breakfast. And then coming to breakfast I would suggest that you must try and take roooms with complementary breakfast . Nice and hygienic breakfast and everything are present that are present in the menu provided by the hotel. I would recommend that you can stay there for the great stay with family and explore the varanasi. And mostly the narrow roads of varanasi...😍

Front desk and the manager, Mr Ashish Jaiswal were all nice during the booking process and check in. Ashish provided the contact info of the driver, Mr Pankaj for pick up and drop off.the fare was RS 1700 for one way and we agreed thinking it is reliable. Pick up was all fine and we checked in. Traffic was extremely bad in the front of the hotel and loading /unloading luggage was a nightmare. The restaurant was good but bit overpriced and they charge for mineral water. Rooms were clean and ok for a short stay. We stayed for two nights. On the day of the check out, we communicated with the driver again for airport drop off. Even before that we told him during pick up also. On the day of check out after breakfast around 10am, the driver Pankaj was standing in the front desk along with other staff. I told him again we will come downstairs at 11:30am with the luggage and he can drop us off at the airport as agreed before. At 11:25 when we were bringing down the luggage he was standing outside and when we all came at 11:30, ready to leave he disappeared. I went and asked the front desk female staff about the driver, she doesn’t know where he went and said sorry we can’t do anything. I asked for the manager Ashish who was hiding in his room came out after . He said he doesn’t know either. And he said we didn’t book it with the front desk people. He didn’t tell us before as he was the one to provide pankaj’s contact info and asked us to coordinate with him. I said the driver was sent by you , he didn’t tell us, he agreed for pick up AND I confirmed it at 10am with him right on front of front desk staff. When I called the driver, he said Ashish sent him somewhere else and he can’t make it. Looks like they were honoring some other people’s request and trying to get away with ours. Then I requested Ashish to help us out as we were not locals and he called Ola and they brought a tiny car (INR 600). We were 4 of us with 8 suitcases and the car would not fit everyone. Then I asked for another one (of course we are paying the charges for the transportation) . On watching all this scene, the Ola driver tried to take advantage of the situation (flight departure time is approaching, one hour drive to the airport with huge traffic) and he offered another cab for INR 1200 (twice the amount) . We had to yes as we were running out of time. Then in the first car two out of 4 of us left and we were waiting for the second car. The second one was not arriving at the time promised and we were getting delayed further. Ashish went inside the room and did nothing. Then I had to call him back and requested to arrange for transportation as he sent the driver away. Luckily another person in front of the hotel was watching all this and asked Ashish why can’t he send their hotel car !!! All the time tridev hotel car was in the garage!!!! They said I had to pay Rs 1000 for that and I had to agree. We said since the second ola didn’t arrive then, I asked him to cancel it. He said he would take care of it. Meanwhile the first driver driver who took my husband and son started yelling at them in Hindi for cancelling the second car and threatened to stop in the middle of the road. With the all the stress and anxiety we left and thankfully we arrived at the airport just on time. In the whole process, what I noticed is lack of customer service, lack of empathy and dishonesty. They don’t realize feedback and reviews can go a long way. On a side note, when we checked out and paid our incidental charges which included mineral water, the front desk staff didn’t give the change back as she didn’t have any & she kept the remaining balance of Rs 20 or something!!! Really???? It is just a matter of small amount, still this is not right. Extremely disappointed and got stressed out at the last minute. We should have simply hired Ola on our own and it would have costed us only Rs 1300 vs Rs 1650 vs Rs 1700. No apology or anything from the manager and it was a worst experience.

Centrally located within the city and not far from the Ganges this hotel is the best on the spot. At first glance the hotel looks okay but is not as fancy as you might expect from brochures. Rooms are modern and come with numerous amenities like AC, fridge, safe, hair blower, etc. My rooms lacked any outside windows since it was located at the inner corridor. Except from this minor detail it was okay for a night or two. Staff was also very kind and the food offered at the restaurant was delicious.

I had taken my dinner there the quantity of food is not answerable to its price. Also the food is not that good it is ok ok. The washroom, banquet hall, corridor etc are very much good to see. Ill suggest having rooms here and for food, I'll suggest anywhere else.

In the middle of a very busy street. Two gathering areas for around 50 and around 100 people. Bigger area is at the terrace and pleasant one as well. All in all a good place to host small parties and functions. Residential rooms are cosy and sometimes its noisy due to the proximity to the road.

The worst experience ever in Indian. I have lived in USA. Wifi and TV wasn’t working. I told them 3 times but no one came to check. We checked out one day early we didn’t even ask for money back. All I asked for early check out paperwork and the manager argued with me. He was very rude and mannerless. If you from abroad don’t stay at this hotel.

We were a group of sixteen 60+ ladies and it was a wonderful experience staying at your hotel. Your rooms were nice and spacious. Your staff were very well behaved and the overall service experience was very good too. The food was awesome and everything was above our expectations. We want to convey our special appreciation to Mr Rajeev Dixit who went out of his way and extended all help required and made sure we had good time. We will always remember this trip!

Great location and easy to go to most prominent places in Varanasi. The rooms were excellent. I had booked 7 rooms and none of them had any concern. The rooms were clean and luxurious and large enough. They were kind enough to book all our rooms near each other. We only had one concern on the urgency of the staff for minor requests like getting the luggage and giving waterbottles, etc. Required more followups.

The location is good, but the service of the in-room dining and housekeeping is bad. Several times they got our food orders wrong. We told them to send roasted papad, and even after clearly saying it multiple times, we got fried papad. The servers took it as an offense if we returned the wrong items. The hot water was sporadic and every time we shower we had to call the front desk requesting they turn on the hot water. The breakfast was good but staff was rude. I requested them to make chai with less milk and he told me drink this (what was premade) or leave it. Near the end of our stay their service improved after we complained to the head manager at the restaurant. Overall it was a so-so experience . Don’t expect great views from the room. Hotel is well located for going to temple and ghats

Since I was a prepaid customer so check-in process was 2 hours long. I requested to let all members(4 kids and 2 females) go to the room and I will give the Aadhar card of all 8 members. He was saying to give identity proof of the toddler also. When I have given Aadhar card to one side they started to say that they need both sides, whenever I had already given the Aadhar of 4 adults. The guy at reception was not even aware about zoom out of the image to look at the whole image. He was a novice guy and behaved like a government officer. His attitude was very bad not fit for the hospitality business. Food was very costly in comparison to the area where the hotel is located. The road to reach the hotel is very congested and if you will stop the vehicle there you must get challan within 5 minutes. The facade shown in the image is not right, it's in mid of the wholesale market and the ground floor is full of shops and has no gap between the road and hotel. I was surprised to look at the location of the hotel which looks grand from the image.

The best 3 star hotel I have visited the food was very tasty 😋 and rooms were also nice but service was slow sometimes when we ordered something It didn't sent us the food and in the where we were staying the telephone wasn't working. This is why I gave it 3 star in service and 3 star in location. But I liked the rest I recommend this hotel .

I would never recommend this place. Rooms - We booked an executive room and were given a lower equipped delux room. Two staff members admited to this, but later lied along with a manager/supervisor about the room being executive. We had booked an extra bed, which interestingly does not come with an extra pillow. So it is being your own pillow and towels. We had to ask multiple times and wait for even a bottle of water. They manager promised us the executive room the next day, but did not move us till the end of the day, knor clean the room. The bathrooms is designed in a way that it will always to extremely wet after a shower. They do not even have a hand towel stand or place hang wet towels. The ac and fridge did not work and was never replaced. Breakfast - The sambar was flavoured water with some veggies, and I could hammer nails with the donuts. Wifi - I needed to ask the receptionist to activate the wifi for the room. Also, they only give one key card irrespective of the number of the members in the room. So either all the guests should only travel together or keep coordinating because they cannot issue a second key. Overall, a disaster of a place and should never be rented. Pay a little extra and book anywhere else.

Highly unprofessional, can cancel your bookings after arrival without prior information, and then suggest to give room in some lower grade lodge type of hotels. Don’t trust them

Lootera Hotel Didn't recommend to go there. Very rude staff and food is very bad along with quality. The water bottle MRP has 20 and they will charge 50 Rs from you with unnecessary reason. Luckily they didn't charge the oxygen which we consume inside their hotels. Go with your own risk and surely you mood will spoil while returning back.

It's very good hotel in Varanasi. It's in the centre of the town. Very much crowded in front of the Hotel. So it's very easy to get any vehicle to go nearby at any time.

Very nice hotel near Baba Vishwanath Mandir, service here is good and rooms are very comfortable. Only thing that wasn't good was WiFi, it is very terrible to connect with login authorisation and hotel reception staff wasn't able to fix it! Facilities like WiFi are basic amenity which should be always good in hotels.

We booked 3 rooms including breakfast. But at the time of Check out they forced and compelled us to pay for breakfast extra. When we strongly protested and talked to the general manager he agreed for 35% discount. We felt cheated and decided to pay in full. The staff present at reception were very rude and rough while talking. Very bad experience. Not recommended. Pls avoid.

The hotel staff is very rude, the person on reception. Asks irrelevant questions, hotel is over priced , didn't even have a chair in the room, the restaurant is way too costly. The only good aspect is 2 minutes away from kal Bhairon mandir. But take am auto man. My suggestion is to avoid it

The hotel is on the Kal Bhairav Chowk, close to Kashi Viswanath Temple and few kilometers from the main Gangaa Aarti location Dashashwamedh Ghat. The washroom is very small but clean. Breakfast was good. Overall good stay.
